I called a couple times and got the in 3 months, without asking for my name. Something was said about their respiratory therapist, but did not catch exactly what. I've had my CPAP a number of years. All I have needed from real suppliers is supplies that they fill from a prescription from my pulmonogist. Simple! I have complained to my doctor. I asked the person at Uptown if I should keep using supplies such as filters I can no longer clean or mask that is wearing out. I was told yes, In my opinion, with all the years having Sleep Apnea, they are outrages. Yesterday when I called yet again I was told to come in and fill out their packet. I did that already. i got upset, since I prefer to be able to sleep at night without my breathing stopping. (no accent) The old system worked VERY well but some dope has decided to replace it with new technology. UGH I'm so frustrated, I tried for over 15 minutes and numerous attempts to refill my diabetes meds. No luck at all. Now I have to wait until the store opens and speak to a human who btw is also frustrated by the new system. They are getting blasted by patients struggling with the stupid new phone system. I'm just going to move my 15 prescriptions to another pharmacy! Staff there has always been wonderful, especially Arlinda and Christine and Joe. It is just the phone system that REALLY SUCKS.

I drove over 30 miles the day after a holiday to pick up my sleep medication, only to find the pharmacy closed and locked. Unfortunately, that left me without my medication for three days, which was very discouraging. My husband has been suffering with horrific back pain for years, dating back to 2020. He is in desperate need of an MRI. Kelly keeps saying that the insurance is denying it because he needs to do x, y or z. However, we got the actual denial letter from the insurance company, which states that it would be approved if he had been doing at least 6 months of a medically approved home PT program, which she had given to him a year ago. Which we kept bringing up. Which she clearly isn't notating right. But anyway, he is doing the 6 sessions of chiro. She also has messed up a prescription he has been on for 4 years by 60 pills, shorting him on Gabapentin, and having to go to the pharmacy and even having them go, why would she do that? And then have them have to get it corrected. Or what about when she sent him for newer X-rays on his back and hip, but messed up on orders on his hip? He got the X-rays on his back, but she never bothered to respond to the multiple requests from KMRC to send the corrected orders for his hip. Oh, and let's talk about how bad gabapentin is! It isn't even meant for nerve pain! We did research because it isn't helping his pain, and we saw that Lyrica is a more effective option. Even read research papers (really boring, but a lot of information) and Kelly said she wasn't going to risk her licence to prescribe it to him. My husband hasn't had a prescription for any controlled substances in the 25 years that we have been together. I told her, look at his prescription records. She refused because she is too worried about her licence. Lyrica isn't even a narcotic. The cream on this cake is that we needed her to sign a simple form so he could keep his insurance so he could keep seeing the chiropractor and take his gabapentin (because if you stop taking it cold turkey, it can cause life threatening withdrawals) and she couldn't even be bothered to do that! We gave her plenty of time to check the box and sign the form and she went on vacation without doing it, knowing the week before we called and emailed, reminding her that we absolutely needed it by today. I give a thumbs up to the nice lady on the phone who really tried to find a solution but there was none to be found. But don't ever go to Kelly. She is the worst provider they have
