    So i am usually a fan of Sam's Club. I'm shop here weekly for personal and business. I also love to gift the memberships today kinda of changed my mind at the moment. I went shopping as usual and got rotisserie chicken. I came home to cut the chicken to prepare for dinner and I was hungry so I bit into it. Well the chicken was not cooked through so that was an unpleasant surprise. It's also a health issue to I wanted to call so they could know the ones from this morning may not be cooked all the way. I called and was transferred to the bakery but that wasn't where I needed to be so I got transferred again. The person who answered was really nice and he then sent me to the manager. While the manager was nice I feel as it was brushed off and that's concerning as this is a health concern and people can get sick off of this. I don't have time to go back today so I took pictures but the lack of concern is a little concerning to me. I hope they take these concerns serious in the future.

    Oddly enough, after visiting other club retailers in the area, Sam's Club had the best deal on a television. The other clubs had the same television but the price was actually about $50 more than the price here. I think people tend to think of Sam's as the little sister of the bulk retailers so they are often overlooked. Each club has its on specialty as far as products they carry but so far this has been as sure thing when it comes to a television. They do offer a warranty as well that will cover the TV for 4 years. If you do not want to mount the TV yourself, they do offer installation services as well at an additional charge. Just make sure when you get to the register that you are charged for the right warranty which is based on the price of the TV you are purchasing because if the cashier is unaware, you could end up paying more than you should. For those of you who are early holiday hunters, they already have their Halloween and Christmas decorations on display.

    My thoughts on Sam's Club. If only I could give this place zero star, I would! No wonder Costco is the place to go and everyone's preferred warehouse. Sam's club makes everything so inconvenient for its shoppers! You can only enter and exit from a specific entrance and the poor employee at the exit has to scan every single item in your cart. If you are in a long line, good luck! I slipped on some oil at their gas station, cracked my iPhone as a result and they refused to reimburse me. Shawn from HQ claim accused me of intentionally finding the oil spill on their ground and orchestrated the slip and fall. I immediately cancelled my membership and returned to Costco. Slightly more expensive but worth it. Shame on you Sam's Club!

    Bugs found in boxes

    This was our first time ordering online and won't be doing it again. We found bugs in separate boxes. We ordered a few cases of water and grocery items so it's very disgusting and had to throw everything away. Very unacceptable that one would pack grocery items filled with dead & alive bugs. These pictures are just a few of the many bugs we found. DONT ORDER ONLINE..

    I love their pizza and especially the price! Products are good and so nice it's not crazy like Costcos! Easy parking and getting gas.

I've been to this location several times, and every visit has been busy and crowded, regardless of the day or time. Getting there can be a bit of a hassle, and parking often takes patience. I have had to circle the lot more than once. Inside, the payoff is the prices. These stores consistently offer solid deals on bulk goods and everyday items, and the pre-packaged food section is one of the reasons we visit. There's a wide selection of ready-to-eat items, with plenty of pies and dessert options that are hard to pass up. Throughout the store, samplers are often set up along the aisles, clearly doing their job of nudging impulse buys if you like the item that you sampled. Checkout is a mix of traditional lanes with cashiers and self-checkout, which helps move lines along, though waits are still common on both sets of checkout. As always, don't forget your receipt--staff check it against your cart before you exit. If you're hungry right then, the hot food area past checkout is convenient and inexpensive. Overall, it's a busy, high-volume store with good deals, constant crowds, and parking challenges--but for value, it is often worth it.

    As of today, I've been a member and going mostly to this location for almost 4 years…read more positives: 1. Better layout than Fairfax location 2. A large parking spot that looks divided into 2 sections and if the closest section is full, you can always find parking a bit further away. 3. Really good samples and hard-working employees making sure samples come to you fast. less positives: 1.     I wanted to share a positive experience that deserves recognition. We often hear about customer…read moreservice in stores and restaurants, but rarely acknowledge the people working in automotive service departments. Today, I visited the Newington Costco for a TPMS issue and received outstanding service from Tony and Norvel. They were friendly, knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely committed to helping customers. Despite an extremely busy shop, they remained calm, courteous, and respectful with everyone. When my vehicle wasn't ready at the original estimated time, they took the time to explain the delay and sincerely apologized. At no point did they seem frustrated or dismissive. Instead, they continued treating every customer with patience and kindness. I also remember Tony helping me tremendously with a battery issue about seven months ago. He may not remember me, but I certainly remember his exceptional service. Tony and Norvel are a credit to Costco. Their professionalism, positive attitude, and dedication to customers make a lasting impression. Thank you both for a job well done.
