I wasn't…read morefeeling well at all, but I want to say that every employee I spoke to was extremely helpful, kind, and patient. They honestly made my day a lot better. Because of that, I wanted to speak with a manager to let them know how great their team was. Unfortunately, that experience was completely different. The manager, Viviana, took a long time to come out, and when she did, she immediately said she was "way too busy to talk and deal with me." When she finally approached me, her attitude was annoyed and unprofessional. As someone who is a manager myself, I found this really disappointing. Great employees deserve recognition, and it shouldn't be treated as an inconvenience when a customer wants to give positive feedback. I hope CVS takes a closer look at how management interacts with customers, because the staff on the floor truly deserve better support and appreciation.

My son and I came to Walgreens to take passport pictures for his passport renewal. The store was…read morenot busy overall. We walked straight to the back of the store where the photos counter was. There was no one working the counter. There was a contractor waiting to sign off some work there. After a few minutes I asked him if there was anyone working the counter and was told that the lady was suppose went in the back room and was going to come back out. After close to 10 minutes, the contractor finally went to ask an employee molted to go get the lady so she can sign off his work. Afterwards, she did help us with the passport photos. She was nice, took my son's photo, uploaded it to the system and told use it would be a few minutes while she crops, touched up the photos and print them. It ended being up closer to 10 minutes as she had to help another customer with something. Walgreens is a place to get passport pictures ($16.99 plus tax) and have other pictures printed (self serve kiosk), but if you need help, be prepared to do a little waiting around.

When I got there, the pharmacists said the prescription had expired. I aksed again, her refused. Then why the hell didn't the virtual assistant tell me that? The lack of human contact and the pure misleading information from their telephone droid are inexcusable and, in some instances, could be life-threatening.

I received an email reminder a couple of days before the appointment and then the day of the appointment I received a text with a link to click upon arriving at the Target store. Once inside and link clicked, I was directed to the pharmacy counter where there was a special check-in counter for shots. They found my record in their system. I was directed to wait on line next to the pharmacist consult window and when my turn came up, I was seated, my temperature taken, my date of birth asked for, and then the shot was given before you could say BOO. Band-aide adhered and to top it all off, I was given a coupon good for $5 off a $20 purchase at Target. Convenient and the coupon was an unexpected benefit of using this CVS.

I returned to CVS, spoke with pharmacist & told her that I never want RX switched as she had done. She said she'd put it on my CVS file. INSTEAD she tried to get my doctor to ok substitutes. My doctor told pharmacist to talk with me plus doctor informed me what the pharmacist was trying to do. -- It's a long story--not yet ended--but as noted: there's a safety concern with this CVS pharmacy managing prescriptions and/or with the specific pharmacist now employed at 1550 E. I would avoid checking out with him at all costs. He has a bad attitude and not fit for management position. I had interaction with another rude person Michael in internal operation . He comes to check out when staff needs and argues with you if you tell him about coupon redemption or mispricing on items. Both of them have very inconsiderate behavior and I have to consider going to some other pharmacy for my prescriptions.
