The manager/employee at the front refused to do it, telling me that only active employees get the discount, when the card clearly stated my grandfather was eligible for said discount. Then the employee had the gall to apologize because he "didn't want to get in trouble." This is not the first bad experience at this Walgreens. I continually have issues with this location and the employees. My grandfather felt hurt and disappointed as he has given a lot of years to this company, and should have been given the employee discount. Sad that this policy isn't followed when the card clearly stated the benefits, and had it signed by the CEO. Do better, Walgreens, but especially at this location.

They offer to contact my insurance and doctor whenever an issue arises rather than telling me to do it myself, as I have been told when going to chain pharmacies. The wait time is very short and my medications are always in stock. The pharmacists here are also very knowledgable and actually have the time to talk to me. I don't know why I didn't try this pharmacy sooner!

Also looked on their app and website for pharmacy hours and didn't see a lunch time. I go over and they close right when I walked up. I told them they really need to post the lunch time on the app and website, which the Pharmacist, in a smart alec way told me it was there on the sites. I left the pharmacy ticked off, but wanted to double check the sites and it took a while, but I found the lunch time in small gray print, which is easily missed even with my glasses on. She could have been nice about it, but I imagine patrons come in all the time having the same issue. As soon as I do not have to use CVS pharmacy, I'll go anywhere else.

CVS as many people have experienced is always crowed and understaffed. And the employees always seem like they're ready to slap me in the face for asking a question about a prescription (can't blame them though, read about how they overwork and underpay their employees). Not these guys though. Always so ready to help. Only downside is just a result of them being a small business, less stock and variety on some over the counter items. But I can always make do with what's there - they always have at least one option for whatever you'd usually find at a pharmacy.
