Conversation with pharmacist was helpful and professional. THEY EVEN ANSWERED THE PHONE in a timely manner. They made one mistake that was bothersome. I was told my rx was ready for pickup only to get there and find out I couldn't get it until the next day. Despite that, there were enough good things to give them another chance.

Avoid this place if you can, unless you like to be jerked around, made to come back multiple times, and then told that what you need was never available in the first place. My insurance co does not want to pay for anything my Doctor prescribes and twice now Walgreens staff has helped me more than the insurance's 800 number. Most recently Alyssa figured out what generic was less costly as well as locating a coupon that cut my price in half! The pharmacist has also been extremely helpful -a different prescription that my insurance would not cover is at Costco about 90% cheaper and he did not mind answering my question "is it exactly the same?", with a "yes". Now I don't know how Walgreens would feel about his honesty and subsequently loosing my $350, but because of these two employees... they have a customer for life!

We needed to make a last minute stop to pick up some hygiene essentials and this particular employee kept making remarks like "if you're not going to buy it don't touch it, all you guys do is come in here and make messes." She said something similar to one of my husband's brothers (who is 20 years old) from all the way across the aisle when he was just looking at shampoo. I would have understood her attitude if we were being disruptive and messy just before closing, however that was not the case as we were in and out within 10 minutes and made no mess and were altogether respectful. I'm a 22 year old adult and it just feels like I got profiled as an obnoxious teen. I'm not sure if she was simply having a bad day, but overall I'm very off-put by the experience and it was kind of upsetting.

Photo Center Senior Associate working tonight Review:…read more Wife spent 2 hours st the kiosk working on a photo book for Valentine's day tonight. Our antivirus software says the walmart photo site isn't safe to use. She was very proud of the work she did. She tried to proceed to checkout and the computer froze. Waited for 10 minutes or so for the "senior associate" to come try to fix it. Senior associate promptly cancels the project and erases the work. No apology, no acknowledgement except to tell me wife "you should do it at home." My wife tells her about the website security concerns and the two hours spent on the project. Senior associate shrugs her shoulders. My wife speculates that she did it on purpose since the ohoto center was set to close soon. As my wife walks away almost in tears over the wasted time, effort and lack of empathy by "senior associate", senior associate is laughing. My wife's text to me: "I am really sad with how she handled it. She new when it warned it would lose the product it would disappear. And she acted like no big deal." Yes General Manager of the Queen Creek location and yes corporate, you can reach out to me to discuss. Shout out to Nick who was kind and apologetic and who should get promoted when Senior associate gets demoted.
