I'm reading reviews about the Pharmacy and people are talking about everything but the RX. Well, a review about photo department, left under RX tells me everything I need to know about the reviewer. Amber my pharmacist is an absolute Rockstar !! I have been us customer for 10 plus yrs, literally a 2min car ride, so obviously convenient , but I have never felt more cared for since she's been the pharmacist!! I don't even have t ask her to go the other xtra mile she's already resolved any issue before it's even brought to my attention plus she's just a GEM of a human!! Only came here for a covid test. Just returned from a trip from California about five days ago. I wasn't feeling that great a few days ago. I actually had a couple of symptoms for covid. I looked up for the nearest testing sight, and this location had an opening that day. Came in for my appointment through the drive through. The young lady explained everything step by step for what I needed to do. She did a great job, and was very patient. Even better, I came back with a negative result. read more

The shelf sign said that there was 30% off our products, that you have to scan a bar code on the shelf sign and load to your cvs apt. I could not get it to scan, so the cashier goes over to the shelf sign a 100 feet from the cashier and helps we scan the the bar code to my CVS apt account. She says that this is a new program for CVS and she is not sure how it works. So we go back to the check out and then she tell us that because it's on sale for 2/15, you can not get 30% off one since it's 2 for 15? Very disappointing and when suggested that the 30% sign should be removed so as not to mislead your customers? She says that a third party sets and remove the promotional signs, CVS employee can not take down signs. That does not make since, REALLY ??? read more

Pharmacy only!Careful who you get that day. Sometimes they are super nice, helpful and just kind people. On other days like Thursday mornings not so much. Especially the pregnant lady, not sure if she thinks she is the only women in the world who has had a baby but her demeanor is very inappropriate, maybe she is just like this all the time. When you hear a pharmacy tech talk about you to another tech like you aren't there and lie and say they told you it was going to be a certain time length... that sucks. Overall this lady was rude, talked to me like I didn't know what a deductible is and just inappropriate. She needs to go on leave ASAP, until then I'm coming weekend mornings or Monday mornings when I know the nice people are working. read more

If I could give this place less than one star I would. We sat in the drive thru line for over 10 minutes without any service. Went inside and tech went to help someone at the drive thru window. At that point I was absolutely annoyed with their lack of customer service since they also fail to answer their phones. Regardless of the fact that my Rx had issues, they have no care for the customer or intent to help you understand what's happening with your Rx. Pharmacy tech then avoided the pharmacy for the remainder of the time we were waiting for our Rx to be filled. If you took just a moment to acknowledge that you'd be with us but you were busy you'd have a completely different interaction with your customer. Let's not even get into the fact that this store is disgusting inside. Carpets are stained and has an odd smell. Feels cheaper than being inside the dollar store. Get your shit together CVS. read more

Typically I love CVS. But this is the third time I've been to this location and it's only progressively gotten worse smelling. To the point that walking in this time I almost threw up. I do not understand why it smells so badly it's a major assault to your nose. I feel really bad for the employees who have to work in this smell. Brian, the photo center customer service "manager", is absolutely unhelpful and should not be a manager based on his customer service. My printed photos came out with stripes all over them, and I asked for them to either be reprinted, or refunded, and he told me there's nothing he can do. He did give an option for him to clean the printer so I opted for him to do that and Ide wait an hour like he told me to do, but when he realized I agreed to that, he said he couldn't anymore and that it really wouldn't change the quality. I asked if everyone's photos are just being printed with lines then, and he said yes. He didn't want to help resolve my issue whatsoever, so I'm stuck with my lined photos. This place is absolutely awful. They have managed to mess up every single one of my prescriptions. I have had to go days without mandatory prescriptions. The pharmacy takes no responsibility and tries to make you feel like the prescriptions aren't getting filled because it's somehow your fault or the doctors. P.S drive through always takes an hour plus and whenever you finally get to talk to them they ask you to give them another 30 minutes because they failed to even start filling it. -Going back to Walgreens read more

The pharmacist at this location is an absolute joke. She knows nothing! I came in for my second dose of vaccine and she told me I had to wait 90 days because I had Covid two weeks prior. After researching, the policy is 90 days if you have received antibodies or convalescent plasma. This question was not even asked of me. Many businesses are doing their best due covid but not this store Twice I went there only to sit in line for 15 minutes to be told when I got to the window I needed to go inside because they had a covid test to do. They have signs out that look like this store belongs in the Geto. I will never shop here again. It doesn't take too much effort to put out a sign saying you can't pick up prescriptions at the window because you're making the big bucks doing covid testing. If that's the way you treat customers maybe you won't survive after covid is done. This store has been managed poorly before covid too. read more

VERY UNFORTUNATE CUSTOMER SERVICE! After waiting in line at the full service drive thru, it was my turn and as I'm ready to had the tec my Prescription she denied me saying" I'm sorry we are closing soon and I'm about to close the registers" I said but I just made it on time,I have a 2 year old in the back seat that has a double pink eye infection and needs this prescription. She said" I'm sorry I can't help you". I can't believe how heartless that was. I was a committed costumer for 5 years. My poor daughter was almost asleep by this time , tired from her trip the Urgent care, and this lady couldn't give me some simple eye drops. So I went to "Walgreens"! They helped me in 5 minuets, no joke. They were efficient and thoughtful. CVS has just lost another costumer. I still can't believe they turned me away after waiting in line with a very sick toddler. It's clear why this pharmacy is rated as low as it is. The customer service is beyond horrible. How you cannot have monthly prescribed medications ready every month when you have been a customer there for years is beyond me. But Louis is the pharmacy was "nice" enough to tell me that I shouldn't wait until the last minute if I needed a medication. The medication is a monthly medication that our son with special needs has taken every month since 2013. He also called me belligerent for questioning him on why they wouldn't have this in stock. I am absolutely appalled at the disgusting customer service and downright disrespectful behavior. I cannot imagine collecting a paycheck with that customer service. We will be pulling our prescriptions and going anywhere else at this point. Beyond belief. read more

If I could give this pharmacy a negative star I would. Been trying to get my prescriptions fulfilled here for three months. From the very beginning it was terrible, but I thought it might have been because of Covid so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Boy was I wrong. Let me tell you the facts: 1) When they tell you your prescription will be ready at a certain time, think again, It won't be. Probably not for another 24-48 hours. Not ONCE has my prescription been ready when they said it would. 2) When you pull into the drive through. A) You'll sit there for (not joking) 30+ minutes when only 1 car is in front of you. B) When you finally arrive to the window you're lucky to even be acknowledged. C) When they finally get to you, it appears they have to manufacture the medication from scratch because it takes an eternity for them to close out your bill. Like seriously what are you doing back there?! D) I put my card on file to speed up billing (thinking that would fix the problem) About every other time they charge my card on file, the remainder of the time the employees will say it's not on file UGH! I chalk this up to bad employee training because it absolutely, 100% is on file. 5) Don't even bother calling them. Today I tried to call the pharmacist to ask a question. Waited on hold for 40 minutes and finally hung up. Doesn't appear they like answering phones either. Avoid! The customer service here is non-existent. No one cares and it's pretty evident. This place needs a complete management overhaul. There are so many other pharmacies. This place is a disgrace. I don't know why I ever waisted my time when Walgreens is just down the street. read more

Every single time I come to this Pharmacy, my prescription isn't ready even though I've received text messages that it was, in fact ready to go. I tried to show the tech the message and got a flippant, "we don't send those messages out". Clearly they do, I have the messages. When I insisted they fill the prescription while I waited, I received a message via text (the text they don't send out) that my order was ready. Take your business elsewhere. read more

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had the misfortune of doing business with. My complaint is commutative over a 2 year period. They are often closed during published operating hours, the drive thru is almost always closed and they don't get prescriptions filled in a timely manner. UPDATE: PRICE GOUGERS $90 for a prescription that everyone else sells for $7 to $10. SCREW THIS PLACE. THIS PHARMACY SUCKS!!!!!!! I bet I have to visit this place on average 3.5 to 4 times each time I try to get a prescription. Again today, they called me, told me my prescription was ready and again I get there and it is not!!!! I even spoke to someone that told me that it was ready, this was not the auto caller. This pharmacy is so close to me so I still use it sometimes but it is the worst pharmacy I've ever used. I'm not sure how but even when i requested monthly auto refills ,I still have to call. And it's no secret they tell you that. They don't do it automatically but have the capability they just don't have it ready. Idk if they are understaffed or mismanaged but it's been like this for three years. I've also called many times, not a couple but probably 5-6 and they told me - prescription was ready so I came and when I arrived they told me to come back in an hour or I waited twenty minutes. I see other pharmacies like Walgreens help customers 5x as fast. read more

I really don't like leaving bad reviews but I have now had 2 bad experiences here and I feel like it is deemed worthy. The first was I called to get a prescription filled and they left me on hold for 45 minutes and then disconnected the call. The second I did a mail order through CVS that keeps getting delayed so I have been limiting my medication dosage for a week and I finally called to ask for an emergency refill and they advised that they don't have access to CVS mail in I will have to call wait on hold again with the CVS company when I am missing work to make phone calls and if the lady who answered the phone had even an ounce care in her voice it would not have been so bad but you could tell she doesn't care about her customers at all. Just an FYI no one picking up or ordering a prescription is there because they want to be it's because we have to be. Use Walgreens they are at-least are kind when delivering bad news and it goes a long way. read more

Not a fan of this pharmacy. I went to urgent care yesterday for an abscess, because I have diabetes they gave me a prescription for a strong antibiotic. The prescription went over electronically at 4:30 in the afternoon, and I kept calling to see if it were ready. Because you cannot ever get a pharmacy tech on the phone I followed the prompts to find out the status of my script. It keep saying we are processing your prescription and it should be ready by 9:23 pm. I thought why so long for an antibiotic, but didn't question it, it's not like anyone picks up the phone anyhow. I called again at 9:15 the automated dude that answers again said it would be ready at 9:23. I drove over at 9:25 got up to the window and the automated dude said, I'm sorry our pharmacy is closed right now. Today I got a text stating my prescription was ready, I took a break from work to run over there, sat in the drive thru for 2 cars, about 15 minutes pulled up and gave my name and birthdate, and the tech told me it wasn't ready and to wait 15 minutes so they could fill it. I am beyond mad, not only did I waste my 15 minute break only to find out it was not ready, we're going on 17 hours waiting on this prescription that the doctor told me to start immediately. I get quite a few prescriptions a month for ongoing medical reasons, I'm going to transfer all my scripts elsewhere, this is a joke. read more

The pharmacy staff does not seem very motivated, did not know how to read a prescription for a pneumonia shot. Then after a time told us they don't do injections at this store. Generally a "who cares" attitude about this place. Went to use a 40% off any in-store item I received via email. Picked out an item only to be told that the discount was not good on sale items. I'm done with CVS. The VA sent over my prescription 2 days ago to get CVS to fill it. I stand in line in pain from infection in my foot from a surgery. They help everybody that approaches the counter but not me. Then they said they don't have my prescription. I verified from the VA they sent it over. So now as they infection gets worse I cannot get antibiotics to get better before it gets worse. It's Saturday and I have to wait all weekend and Monday or Tuesday to get my primary care to issue a new prescription to a different pharmacy. Update. VA sent via fax my prescription multiple times they never received it something wrong with their fax and I suffered. I will NEVER come back read more

As I read the one star reviews of this pharmacy, I thought to myself, it can't be that bad. Well here I am, reviewing a pharmacy, telling you it's that bad. The staff (John) was extremely rude and after asking for my prescription in 30 minutes and being told it would be an hour, I'm now waiting in the drive through lane 2 hours later with no prescription. Bottom line is, go somewhere else. If my employer didn't change our prescription insurance to CVS/Caremark, I'd be at Walgreens right now. read more

The Pharmacists who work here could not get a job bagging groceries at circle K. They have no common sense, can't follow simple Dr directions. My doctor ask me if I shouldn't use another Pharmacy because of all of the issues he has had trying to get me a prescription. They have the people skills of a pregnant Yack. Most don't have a good working knowledge of English. There is no sense of urgency at this store. I get a text telling me that my prescription is filled, go to pick it up and they didn't have the medication and would have to order. Then I go back when I'm told to have them tell me it's not done yet, come back in two hours. 3 and a half hours later I go in and they still do not have the script filled. When you question why they get mad and say "I don't have to talk to you". Talked to the CVS manager and they say they will look into it. Talked to the manager 3 times, no change. CVS, I hope you go out of business. You don't get any better and you don't care. read more

I have been filling my sons prescription here monthly for the past 6 years. My son is going to a soccer camp tomorrow for roughly 7 days and has only 3 days of his medication left. We went to the dr. On Wednesday who refilled his prescription no problem. Went to the pharmacy today and they told us it was cvs policy to not refill earlier than 2 days before the prescription runs out!! I have never been compelled to write a review before, but man I need to vent. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I've lived in the area for nearly 6 years, so this CVS is (you would think) the most convenient pharmacy. I have never once received a prescription smoothly from this pharmacy. They will tell you literally any excuse in the book and act like its your fault for bothering them. Just now, I went to get an antibiotics prescription for strep throat. She told me that my insurance wouldn't cover it until two weeks from now (Why would my insurance not cover some antibiotics? What difference would two weeks make?). I told her that my doctor had literally just written the prescription today, and I needed because I have strep throat - I can't wait two weeks. She offered no help and acted like I was wasting her time. After leaving the drive thru, I called another CVS, who found that they actually did have my prescription after all. The second CVS was able to transfer it no problem and have it ready an hour later. This CVS is an absolutely insulting waste of time. This is not the first, second, or even third time they have messed up my meds and acted like it was my fault. read more

I decided to call for my refill at this location because it is closer to my house and the pharmacy tech made a big stink about having to call higley location and have them fax over paperwork. Well after all of that talk he got my phone number so I could receive a text when my prescription was ready. Jerk never made any calls because 3 days later I still didn't get a text. I called and he told me "your prescription is at the other CVS" really??? So I call...& they are JUST now refilling it because I JUST called. I felt like all she wanted was for me to leave and didn't want to do her job. Just plain lazy. This was not my first bad experience here either.
