She allowed me in and they sent a link to my phone number and I filled out my credit card info to pay , and sent it back to them. Sky went above and beyond what she had to do. She didn't even need to talk to me or even acknowledge me. I wasn't sure what I was going to do if I couldn't get my kitty's medicine. She really did save me a huge headache that was absolutely my fault. I obviously highly recommend elements pharmacy, as they showed me that they do really care!!!

The last straw was them sending a refrigerated medication that was out so long it was hot to the touch, given this is AZ I can accept that, and they agreed to replace it. But then they claim my second medication was in the same bag which it very much was not, and they refused to address that one. This medication by the way I had been asking for over two weeks. I did a price check on my items with other local compounding pharmacies and Val vista was the most expensive in the area across the board by at least 20%! I have asked my doctor to send presscriptions elsewhere because it was always a struggle and bad experience.

I called at three because I hadn't received a text saying they were filled and she said he doesn't think he has them in stock. I asked wouldn't that have been something good to let me know since I need them today and it's Friday and I need to contact my doctor. She checked with him again and he said he didn't think he had them. I called my doctor so they could transfer this prescription somewhere else, also not knowing if that Pharmacy would have them. I didn't get a call back from the pharmacist and he says he does have them and that he was going to fill them. Shortly there after he calls me back and says that my doctor canceled the prescriptions. I went to the pharmacy where the prescriptions were transferred and they could not build them because it said too soon. I had to call back Safeway Pharmacy repeatedly and finally got through after about eight times and told them. She check with him and he hadn't yet returned them so that the insurance could be billed. I've been with this Pharmacy for years now and this will be the last time they see my face. They are playing with peoples lives and time here and it's gross and disgusting and unacceptable!

I had been admitted to the Banner women's ward here at the hospital 2 days prior, being treated. The doctor had initially sent my prescriptions to my usual pharmacy at CVS to pick up upon being discharged- but for whatever reason the crucial antibiotic I needed to continue immediately would not be ready for an entire WEEK! Not at all an option after the infection already landed me in the ER before being admitted, to begin with. It was a little difficult getting the script transferred- because good luck FINDING the on call doctor when they aren't on call anymore! However, this pharmacy was very helpful in the endeavor. They did diligently try to track down the doc & get everything transferred. Unfortunately only 1 out of 2 was successful, but that was the most crucial so it's still much appreciated. And, this was around 5pm on a Saturday. Very grateful they were still open! Both the tech and the pharmacist were very patient with me as I explained the situation. They not only tried, themselves, to contact the doctor, but also advised me on how to seek follow up on the second script. The wait time was not bad or too long- about 20 minutes. Right outside the cafeteria, so grab a snack while you wait! But, this pharmacy is not easy to find. I had to ask one of the ER desk employees to help navigate the maze of hallways... who kindly pointed out there is decent signage for "pharmacy" with arrows along the path. Just, finding your way back out is kind of another maze! I was able to get the crucial antibiotic needed. The help was appreciated & it's actually better than others. Only, it's more meant for patients being treated in the facility. Not where you'd want to typically have your scripts filled, but certainly better than going without. And, they do offer a host of OTC products if you are admitted & need something within the facility when unable to leave. I kind of wish I had known that while I was two floors above wishing I had some of my overnight supplies not expecting a stay! So, it's a pretty nice amenity on site. It could just use a better "waiting area". 3 hard plastic chairs outside staring at the food court isn't exactly ideal when the wait is 30 min or more. But, that likely isn't an issue if you're admitted as a patient with nothing to do but wander the halls to kill some time- pick up your scripts along the way!

First, I repeatedly tell them that I want to pick up my prescription in person. Despite calling to confirm this, I still receive emails and text messages saying my prescription will be mailed to me for an additional fee. If I have already requested pickup, why is the system continually processing it for mail delivery? Then, when I arrive to pick it up, they always require my driver's license. That raises another question: if they were willing to mail this same prescription to my home after verifying my address and date of birth, why is an ID suddenly required for an in-person pickup? The process just isn't consistent. The refill times are another major issue. Their phone system says they're working to fill prescriptions "as soon as possible," yet I've had refills take up to two weeks. For medication that patients rely on, that's simply unacceptable. The final straw happened this week. I received a text message saying my prescription was ready to refill, so I called to update my HSA card for payment. Instead of processing the refill, I was told they couldn't fill my prescription because my provider is not authorized to prescribe this medication. WHAT?!! I've been receiving this exact same medication from Strive Pharmacy, prescribed by the same physician, for the past two years. This wasn't a new prescription--it was the last refill remaining on my current prescription. Suddenly, after two years of filling it without issue, I'm told my provider isn't authorized? The representative's explanation was simply, "Yeah, it's a new thing." That answer makes absolutely no sense, especially when you've been filling the identical prescription from the identical prescriber for years. At that point, I ended the call because I no longer had any confidence that anyone could resolve the issue. Unfortunately, this wasn't an isolated experience--it's been a pattern. Every interaction with Strive Pharmacy seems to involve unnecessary delays, conflicting information, or a new obstacle to getting medication that should be straightforward to refill. I expect a pharmacy to provide reliable, consistent service. Sadly, that has not been my experience, and I've decided to take my business elsewhere.

I went in between 10am-2pm when you can have a consultation, but the woman working the counter was helpful enough. I was in and out in just minutes and I am happy with the service. Absolutely the worst…read more Let's start with the people who answer the phone: condescending, short-tempered, irritated. I have never talked to anyone who was nice, or seemed to have time to talk with me about my questions. The prescriptions (rx's): I love that they compound. That's great, but hey, let's not pretend to do something they clearly struggle with. So many of my rx's have been wrong, or have wrong information attached to them. When I pay for them online (with their stupid text - I hate that and have told them, but no, who cares what I think or want. They keep sending them instead of calling with a live person. Again, customers are just something they have to deal with, apparently.), my total will say one thing, then I get a text saying I owe more money. This time it was for shipping when the system didn't charge me shipping online. Here's a hint: if the system doesn't know how to charge for an rx, then you either change your system, or have someone call to get payment. And SWEET JESUS...when Synergis calls it's an automated call, and you get a prompt to "press 1 to speak with a staff member." Press 1. "Hello, thanks for calling Synergis. How can I help?" First, based on my experience, there is no help happening. It quickly turns into irritation. Second, why in the world does Synergist send out a robocall and when we get connected, it's like WE called THEM. Again, the system needs to be fixed. In the end, we usually end up picking up our rx's, and usually it's my husband who goes. He has also come home saying they are rude and irritated - so the trend continues even in person. He was very submissive in a condescending manner....as if talking down to someone or that I interrupted his day.
