So far, I've ordered online twice, and pick up is pretty quick. Employees are friendly and even though there's a short line sometimes, they get my order to me as soon as I give them my name when I get to the counter. The reason for the 4 stars is because they are usually out of stuff that I want. Mainly shampoos & conditioners. Other than that, I like this store. They keep it clean and organized. Parking is never a problem, either.

She'll get you what you need, she'll ring you up, and she knows her stuff. But the vibe? Straight-up "customer service by Darth Vader." Zero warmth, zero chill. It's like she took the "helpful" part of the job description and set fire to the "friendly" part. If this were my only Walgreens experience I'd think Walgreens was running a training program on "How to Lose Friends and Alienate Customers." Ana, you're good at your job, but service isn't just doing it, it's how you make people feel while you do it. And right now you're giving "final boss battle" energy at the checkout counter. My insurance co does not want to pay for anything my Doctor prescribes and twice now Walgreens staff has helped me more than the insurance's 800 number. Most recently Alyssa figured out what generic was less costly as well as locating a coupon that cut my price in half! The pharmacist has also been extremely helpful -a different prescription that my insurance would not cover is at Costco about 90% cheaper and he did not mind answering my question "is it exactly the same?", with a "yes". Now I don't know how Walgreens would feel about his honesty and subsequently loosing my $350, but because of these two employees... they have a customer for life!

I looked up for the nearest testing sight, and this location had an opening that day. Came in for my appointment through the drive through. The young lady explained everything step by step for what I needed to do. She did a great job, and was very patient. Even better, I came back with a negative result.

Giving an optimistic review because not everything here is awful. Sure, the drive thru window is…read morenever option and I don't even bother calling but as long as you don't mind walking in like I do, I've had a pleasant experience. There have been a few workers that have gone above in beyond in being kind and showing me they care beyond filling my prescription. I had insurance issues and they patiently tried to resolve it to save me that extra $10. Obviously I'd love to see a little improvement and have the convenience of not having to drag my two babies in to fill prescriptions but it isn't all bad.
