When we called, Safeway's prehistoric tech didn't even show the cancellation, leaving us in limbo while the store offered a pathetic $5 credit for hours of wasted time and stress. The most frustrating part is that Safeway's broken system forces our delivery through this specific Sandy location with no option to switch fulfillment stores. We are officially done with Safeway delivery. We are switching to pickup only just to avoid the consistent incompetence and terrible customer service of the Sandy branch. If you value your time and actually want your groceries to show up at your door, look elsewhere.
