She was friendly, welcoming, and truly made our visit memorable. The market has an amazing selection of hot foods and desserts, and everything we tried was delicious. When entering we encountered there new shopping carts that basically take weight of everything you put in the cart as you shop and tally up the amount of items you have and before exiting you pay and then leave. Well we did not trust that option and it did not seem anyone did because every cart was there and all shoppers were taking the regular small carts. Upon entering the store seemed very clean and smelled like BBQ food right away. Just like all standard food chains they have their deli with cooked foods, cheeses, meats, cold cuts, sandwiches already made as well. They had a good size produce department , still selling all lettuce that has been on the news with its issues . No signs about purchasing the ready made bags of lettuce just like nothing is going on. They had an entire department for Wines and liquor that was very nicely laid out as well. Prices here are much higher. After finding everything we needed we went to the cashier open. I asked her, are many people using those shopping carts that ring up all the groceries? She replied? No, our manager here is a tech nerd and does not understand our demographic, she then went on to explain that she wished they would work because she hates her job because she's not a people person and does not like to talk to people and she would be more than happy to loose her job. We stopped in on our last trip through Sedona, and what stood out immediately was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely nice. Not forced, not rehearsed. Just friendly in a way that makes a quick stop feel a little more relaxed. A couple of brief conversations, a few smiles, people actually acknowledging you. It's a small thing, but it sticks with you. The store itself is clean and well organized. Nothing confusing about the layout. You can get in, find what you need, and get out without wandering around wondering where anything is. Selection is solid across the board. Produce looked fresh, shelves were stocked, and there's enough variety that you're not settling for second choice items. Prices are about what you'd expect for the area. Maybe a touch higher in spots, but nothing surprising given the location. It's convenient, and sometimes that's part of the equation. Checkout was smooth, no long delays, no frustration. Just a straightforward experience from start to finish. It's not a destination grocery store, and it doesn't need to be. It's dependable, easy to navigate, and backed by people who actually seem to care a little. That alone earns it four stars.

Their dairy also was a bit slim. Apparently thousands of folks are up for spring break and they must have beat us to the store. The store is clean and well maintained. There was some blood this time! I took all the chicken off down to the bone to see just how bad it was. I called the corporate office and filed a complaint because it had to be thrown away and I'm not a fan of wasting food or money. Now we'll have to stop somewhere else for food since it's not safe to eat.

So this market is just out here selling useless product to customers with a ridiculous no return policy regardless of the fact that it is their fault that they are selling defective product. Extremely disappointing inventory management!…read more Every single time I visit this location, the frozen food section is nearly depleted leaving the frazen cases with lots of bare shelves. It is only an aisle and a half, yet there are consistently massive gaps where products should be. As the only major grocery store chain in a busy tourist town, you would think management would understand the high demand. Instead, the bare shelves show a complete lack of competence from whoever is currently managing this department. They are failing to meet basic retail standards, losing sales, and making the store look terrible. Occasional out-of-stocks are normal, but this level of chronic emptiness points directly to poor oversight and incapable staff needing to be put in place. Hopefully, store leadership addresses this management failure soon, because the current situation is incredibly frustrating for customers.
