The beef jerky was absolutely amazing different flavors and their top sales is prime rib so definitely recommend that one but the reason I gave this a three star is because the customer service every time I ask for a piece of beef jerky. He just seemed like he just wanted to get out of there so at the end of the day the beef jerky was great, but the customer services was horrible The guy seemed like he just hated his job and being a owner of a business myself customer service is one of the things that drives in customers when you have someone that really doesn't like their job it drives business out the door and here we are leaving reviews but great beef jerky keep making it but maybe hire someone with better energy or should I say synergy !!

The restaurant itself has a lot of character, it full of textures and colors, had a cute little fountain outside. It just feels homey and welcoming. The menu...is hella pricey for a tamale. I mean even with inflation these days I could get a tamale at most spots where I live for like half the price. I just told myself it's Sedona just except it lol so I went wild and got their extra special tamale with lots of topping to make it a more complete meal. I chose the chicken mole for my filling. I also got their dairy free horchata. First thing the horchata was delicious! Creamy, great texture, not to sweet, seasoned just right. Extra points for being dairy free as milk is not my bodies friend. The tamale however was a major let down. I was so close to just sending it back, but was on a time crunch and starving. The masa was so salty. The mole sauce was barely existent and had no complexity or flavor really. I didn't taste the chocolate or the Chile . Just blah. The toppings and horchata helped make it possible to consume despite the saltiness. So overpriced salty tamale gets 2 stars, ambiance 5, and horchata 5, which is why this place gets a three stars overall. I wanted to love this spot so bad, and maybe it was a bad day, or the wrong thing to get...but their name is literally tamaliza. Their tamale should have rocked my world.

She was friendly, welcoming, and truly made our visit memorable. The market has an amazing selection of hot foods and desserts, and everything we tried was delicious. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their food and customer experience. My only tip is to go early because the popular items go fast! Definitely a must-visit while you're in Sedona.

When entering we encountered there new shopping carts that basically take weight of everything you put in the cart as you shop and tally up the amount of items you have and before exiting you pay and then leave. Well we did not trust that option and it did not seem anyone did because every cart was there and all shoppers were taking the regular small carts. Upon entering the store seemed very clean and smelled like BBQ food right away. Just like all standard food chains they have their deli with cooked foods, cheeses, meats, cold cuts, sandwiches already made as well. They had a good size produce department , still selling all lettuce that has been on the news with its issues . No signs about purchasing the ready made bags of lettuce just like nothing is going on. They had an entire department for Wines and liquor that was very nicely laid out as well. Prices here are much higher. After finding everything we needed we went to the cashier open. I asked her, are many people using those shopping carts that ring up all the groceries? She replied? No, our manager here is a tech nerd and does not understand our demographic, she then went on to explain that she wished they would work because she hates her job because she's not a people person and does not like to talk to people and she would be more than happy to loose her job. I in return told her that I appreciated her anyway took our groceries and left

Service was amazing too - attentive, friendly & joyous. Menu is innovative and while we didn't vibe with the taste of every item we tried, we enjoyed how healthy and gut friendly the food was. They say all their food is prepared in-house and is never from a can. Their dessert selection is amazing (tried the freshly baked vegan, GF scone which was soooo yum). The chocolates were good too but a tad overpriced imho. And omg, the seating in this restaurant is something else... there's PLENTY of inside and outdoor seating, incl their magical garden area.

Given that the burrito has two ingredients as of yesterday (menu says it has salsa, but upon ordering you're offered an up sell to pay extra for salsa or avocado), I was disappointed it didn't err on the side of extra chickpea chorizo. If you want a more quiet patio experience, then I would opt for the dog-friendly patio in the front as opposed to the one through the restaurant toward the back. There wasn't anyone there when I came at open.

We made our reservation a few weeks before our visit, which seems necessary given the popularity of Elote Cafe. The restaurant has a small parking lot that was full when we visited, but we found a space in one of Sedona's free parking lots a few blocks away. Note: the restaurants in Sedona seem to close fairly early. Elote Cafe technically closes at 9 p.m. and our reservation was for 8 p.m., although the kind hostess informed us that every table is given 1.5 hours for their meal. We sat inside and if you run cold like me, bring a jacket. Now, what we came here for. The food! This may be an unpopular opinion, but we both loved the appetizers but thought our entrees were just okay. Given how great the apps are and the massive price difference between entrees and appetizers, we will just order multiple appetizers next time. To start, we ordered both the Elote and Quesadilla de Costilla (short rib quesadilla). The quesadilla came with four slices that were packed with short rib and topped with a variety of saucy drizzles and a heap of fresh, creamy guacamole. It could easily be an entree for someone who isn't starving. The Elote was enough for four people to share, and included plenty of spicy mayo and tangy lime juice. To drink, I tried Elote Grill's homemade limeade, which was nice but a little tart. My table also ordered the White Peach Cooler mocktail, which was slightly more expensive but much better. We enjoyed Elote Cafe's complimentary warm chips and homemade tomato-jalepeño salsa. For our main course, we ordered the Carne Asada and Smoked Brisket Enchiladas. The Carne Asada was plated atop a sea of smokey guajillo chile sauce and served with homemade corn tortillas. The enchiladas were also smokey, however included less meat than the quesadilla appetizer. We enjoyed the side of rice with pieces of corn in it (very on brand). I'd return to Elote Cafe for the delightful appetizers and friendly service. Next time, we'll try to leave some room for dessert (the on-theme Pastel de Elote is calling my name).
