As a courtesy, a waiter could mention to us that charge when we placed an order, or when we paid our bills, but he deliberately did not. All of us were very disappointed, as it turned out we paid 40 (!!!) percent tips (20 percent tips and 20 percent a large group charge). We are not against this large group charge, but we had to be notified in advance, so we could pay our tips accourdingly. It does not show these people professionalism.
