Two gentlemen came and worked on my equipment (they really tried to bring it back to life but the thing was just too far gone). When they came back, within an hour... not only was it working again, I had my buns pressed right against that grill warming them up against this everlasting cold in NYS! The technician was incredibly knowledgeable, and even though he came on a Saturday at 3:30 PM he told me he could have the job done Sunday morning at 9 AM. Just as he said, they arrived Sunday morning and put the liner in. He told me the smell would go away, which I was very dubious about. However, he was correct. My home does not smell like creosote anymore. I saw this company had a lot of negative reviews and I just want you to know that they did right by me. Not everybody has a bad experience. I was given a fair price for something that was absolutely necessary. I would definitely recommend them.
