Mario and his team are incredible! I hired Saga to paint the entire first floor of my house as well as two very large walls (20ft ceilings), banisters and the hallway on my second story. They came out on the same day I reached out to give me an estimate. I had been quoting this job for almost two weeks and out of the 4 estimates I got, they came in well below all of them. They were ready to paint 2 weeks out from the estimate and came in ready to work. He quoted me 2 days. I was a little skeptical as I was expecting a 5-6 day time frame but they finished right on the mark. We hired Mario to fix up my grandmothers house for her 95th birthday. Mario and his amazing team prepped, replaced some fascia, repaired some wooden paneling on the side of my grandmothers home, and painted everything (including front door and cement slabs). He even put up the new house numbers and lamp for us. He was very reasonable in costs. He sent me photos throughout the process and completed the work on time. He was reliable. Nineteen months after overpaying for work that was poorly done by Saga, I had to repaint the exterior of my home. I had bubbling and peeling problems within months of Saga's work. Their arrogant owner came out and after looking at the problems he said that the problems were caused by the previous painter five years before. I was so pleased with Mario's work that I wanted to go ahead and post this review. I'll post pictures a bit later. He is not only great at what he does, he is a good guy too. He and his team have, almost, painted the inside of our house, over the last year. He is very flexible and his pricing is very fair. If I ever had any questions about the work or asked him to touch up this or that, he would always help out and do so in a manner that showed he cared for his work. I left a message via the Internet for Saga Painting and got a return message in my email almost right away, with a phone number to call. I called and spoke with a very nice young lady and she said someone would come by late this afternoon to give me an estimate for the painting. She was very friendly and courteous. I called her back just now, lunch time, to thank her for speaking with me and told her it wasn't necessary to have someone come later today because I just hired a gentleman who showed up and gave me a good price. Don't recommend I had painted my house already, I just need it to change my front door and garage door colors, and I ask this company SAGA PAINTING & DESIGN that was painting my neighbor's house to do my garage and doors. They came in to do the job at 6:30 PM the remove all of the hardware, and seals, the Bugs got all over the paint, they scratch the door trying to put back the hardware, and because it was already late at night, they never painted the trims, and never put back the door sealers, the paint was pealing the following morning, and never came back to fix, and repaint anything. After numerous attempts to get them to comeback, they never did.
