The Sev Poori was fun too, and the Parotta and Iddiyappam were quite good as well. The desserts were lovely. The Chakka Pradhaman was great, with the jackfruit flavor present but not overpowering, and the gulab jamun was nice as well. The biryani was also amazing. It's a very wholesome biryani and it hits a particular spot for us Malayalis (the cashews and the small grain rice are a part of that), and will keep us coming back many more times. Everything was top notch, and you could sense an attention to detail that separates Aahaar from many other restaurants.
