    The office attempted to charge $50 cancellation fee for not making it to an appointment we didn't confirm although I am here late and they booked 2 procedures (cleaning and filling). Apparently they're refusing to do both procedures even though it's literally empty! (See pics) The billing was disputed because they supposedly have set prices for all HMO Guardian dental and my in-network copayment is $0 for my consultation yet they charged $15. They're charging another $15 today even though I have my fee schedule and the front desk person said they'll see me but I am not allowed to make future appointments. I'm definitely going to write to corporate but people need to know how racist they are. They haven't submitted anything to Guardian and the billing person said it's because that's not what they do. I was previously licensed for life and health insurance in NY and it is absolute garbage that they aren't submitting claims to my insurance.

    SO far just ok. I was able to get an appointment within 2 days as there was a cancellation otherwise it was a 2-3 week wait. And that is just for the first appointment. I was able to fill out all the forms online which was a plus. What is bothering me about this appointment is that I had an 8am appointment. I arrived early to the appointment about 7:45. At 7:50 the whole office staff went behind closed doors to have an office meeting that went until almost 8:15. My appointment was supposed to start at 8:00. There were 3 other patients there with only one other checked in. I understand meetings happen, but these seemed to be something I got the vibe they did every morning. If so, then don't schedule 8am appointments. I happened to be off today but if I wasn't I would not have been very happy. There was someone who came in who had waited 4 weeks for an appointment she made online only to be told she shouldn't have been able to make the appointment online and she would have to wait another 3 weeks for a new appointment. I do feel when given my treatment plan they were trying to sell me things and upcharge me. I still do not believe they have taken all of my insurance into consideration. I will see what happens after my next visit.

    People very kinda and respect they take care of you and your teeth and they are so fun to talk to. I love this place and office is clean.

Parking at this location is extremely difficult, but we still made every effort to arrive on time. After checking in and making a payment, we waited until almost 1:45 PM with absolutely no communication or updates. Meanwhile, multiple patients who arrived after us were being called back and serviced before us. Then, after waiting over an hour, we were called to the front desk and told we needed to make an additional $40 payment because the insurance information had apparently been entered incorrectly during a previous visit -- by the office staff. While I had no issue paying the balance, what was frustrating was the lack of communication. Why was there no phone call before the appointment to notify us of the issue? To make matters worse, the administrator at the front desk responded with attitude when I politely explained that the insurance information had been manually entered by their staff previously. My concerns were completely ignored. The doctors and dentists may be great, but unfortunately the front office administration is extremely disorganized and unprofessional. My family and I will not be returning due to the poor customer service and disrespectful experience we received.

    Coast Dental of Kissimmee…read more I have never been to a dental office like this. I was taken to the back of the office by the hygienist. She wasn't even ready for me. She had to get all her supplies. She checked my gums.She said they were fine. She told me I would be talking to a dentist on zoom. He came on and kept asking the hygienist where my X-rays were. She told him a couple of times but he kept saying he couldn't find them. She told him a little about me. Operations and medical history. He asked how I was. I said ok. He said to me keep up the good work on your teeth. I found this strange because he didn't even examine me. The hygienist said she would clean my teeth. She used an ultrasonic scaler to clean, but it seemed I had water on my neck, face, nose and other areas. She didn't floss very well either. Polishing my teeth was done in a rush. She didn't do a very good job. She then took me to see the dentist. The dentist saw me for about 5minutes. She asked me if I had any problems I said no. She checked my face. She then talked to a different hygienist. She left. The hygienist told me that I needed 3 crowns replaced and explained why. He told me how much for each crown. I wish the dentist would have explained my problems about my crowns. Most dentists spend a lot of time with their patients and this office did not. My son and mom also had the same experience as well. My mom had one additional problem. Her appointment was at 11:00 am and she didn't get in until 11:50 am. The hygienist took her back did a poor job of cleaning her teeth. Hygienist proceeded to tell her the dentist wasn't there and would have to reschedule for another day. Why couldn't they do that when she came in? That way she had the option to reschedule for everything another day! I won't be going back to coast dental again. I did not feel that they were very professional and I felt uneasy with the whole situation. My son and mom felt the same way!

I had a hard time believing that (with it also costing about $1000) so I actually found a dentist, out of network mind you, to get a 2nd opinion. Didn't need 2 crowns and just a redo of an old cavity at the cost of about $130. I'd stay clear of this office and this company if all they're doing is trying to get money for unnecessary procedures. I didn't even get the usual toothbrush and toothpaste kit I usually get at the end of a checkup either.
