I took my brother in for a tooth extraction and filling appointment scheduled for 12:30 PM. I understand there is a 15-minute grace period, and we arrived inside the office by 12:36 PM. Parking at this location is extremely difficult, but we still made every effort to arrive on time. After checking in and making a payment, we waited until almost 1:45 PM with absolutely no communication or updates. Meanwhile, multiple patients who arrived after us were being called back and serviced before us. Then, after waiting over an hour, we were called to the front desk and told we needed to make an additional $40 payment because the insurance information had apparently been entered incorrectly during a previous visit -- by the office staff. While I had no issue paying the balance, what was frustrating was the lack of communication. Why was there no phone call before the appointment to notify us of the issue? To make matters worse, the administrator at the front desk responded with attitude when I politely explained that the insurance information had been manually entered by their staff previously. My concerns were completely ignored. The doctors and dentists may be great, but unfortunately the front office administration is extremely disorganized and unprofessional. My family and I will not be returning due to the poor customer service and disrespectful experience we received. read more

I had 7:30am appointment for cleaning and an 8am appointment with the Dentist for some work that would take about 2 hours. I told them the previous day and that morning that I had a work meeting to get to so they said I would be the first patient in the morning. I get there at 7:15 to get my cleaning done, done at 7:40 get called into a room at 8 and wait for 30 minutes and nothing. The doctor never came. I went outside to ask what was going on and they tell me the doctor is with other patients, that they book 4 people at 8 and left me for last because "my procedure would take longer." This is extremely disrespectful, I requested my deposit back and left. Why on earth would a doctor with 2 hands be scheduled with 4 patients at the same time ??? According to them it is company policy but that doesn't work for me... my procedure was worth $1000 now they get nothing. I will see when I have free time to go WASTE or simply find another place. read more

My family has visited this office several times. They consistently register you as the wrong patient, even after you show your ID and insurance. Wait times are horrendous; we wife scheduled an appnt for 8am today for a broken crown. Even though she was in quite a bit of discomfort 2.5 hrs later we were still waiting. The ppl at the desk are not friendly at all and their waiting room is like a cattle car. The treatment rooms are dirty. Switching dentists today. Stay away! read more

Expect to wait at least an hour after your appointment to be called back. They never answer the phone and all the females constantly gossip in the back. Terrible service. Unprofessional staff who care more about conversing with co workers than pleasing customers. Not many fluent English speakers either. Whole business and staff needs redone. Scheduled a NP appt the end of January where they confirmed my coverage active at the time of scheduling. I show up at 8am and the front desk worker tells me the doctor is not in. They never called to tell me or r/s my appt. I r/s in office for this morning. I walk in and the same girl tells me my insurance is inactive. I pull up my account to show her it's active and she asks for me to call my insurance and fax over eligibility- which is literally HER JOB? She prints the inactive coverage to show me and it's from my previous employer with the wrong address which all could have been cross referenced to know she did it wrong. I asked why I wasn't called and informed about the insurance issue and she said they have to verify same day. They open at 8 and my appt was at 9 so still doesn't make sense why I wasn't called before driving here AGAIN to be turned away AGAIN due to staff not having it together. I manage a call center for 16 pediatric offices. This place is unprofessional and lacks patient care standards. read more

Wish I could give zero stars! Scheduled my son an appt for a possible cavity. When scheduling asked if the take Envolve dental was advised yes. Show up for appt today at 8am to be told they do not take the plan and arguing with me that is a medical plan and not dental. I called the dental plan, who advised Greenberg does have a contract with Envolve dental and even if they do not have a contract he would still be covered for continuation of care under Liberty and tried to advise front office staff how they should proceed to file claim for payment. She flat out refused care and was extremely rude with me and dental rep! Envolve is the dental plan and Greenberg is a contracted provider! Reached out to Customer concerns who also called me back like I was dumb stating this is not a dental plan. Check your facts and contracts! read more

the worse place you can go for dental work,if you like errors on crowns ,errors in filling,pain and pressure in your tongue while they are just placing the plates to do x rays this is the place for you, ah if you like a place where you call leave messages to reschedule appointment this is the place ,they don't answer your voice messages,if you are paying almost $2,000.00 from you pocket for a dental work and the work they do is garbage this is the place for you to waste your money in a place that they just care about money not the work they do. What a super clean, professional, friendly and smart Dental Office this is. Had 4 crowns made and put on and Dental Assistant Maydel and Dr Lopez were very concerned about me and any pain, and also concerned about the perfection with my teeth. Thank you to Greenberg Dental. To be honest it doesn't even deserve this 1 star but there isn't another option they never pick up the phone at all both this location and the Saint Cloud location and they are never on the same page about anything good luck trying to schedule anything correctly because they don't. It's a mess and I don't understand how they still haven't fixed any of these complaints the staff needs to shape up and quickly it's beyond annoying already at least start picking up the phone!!!! read more

Dr. Marin is the best. She is very knowledgeable, genuine and helpful. I visited this location in order to get a second opinion, after Canoe Creek Dental quoted me $2500 for a simple procedure. Of course they were dramatic and made me feel like my teeth were going to fall out. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Marin, my first time meeting her. She was wonderful. She explained everything and said it would only be $500. Saving me $2,000!!!! I will say the only thing about this office that needs improvement is the attitudes of the front office staff. Incredibly rude, the complete opposite of friendly. The other reviews about the wait times are true, but that's to be expected at any great office. Everyone wants in so sometimes appointments run behind. I wanted an additional 60 minutes after my appointment time but it was definitely worth it. Can't wait to go back! I'll definitely schedule my appointment first thing in the morning though and beat the line lol They unfortunately only have 2 other reviews on yelp definitely hurting their rating. Both reviews are pretty accurate, but I will say google reviews has them at a 4.5 with plenty of positive experiences so it's worth checking out all review avenues. If I could give this facility 0 stars, I would. I had previously used this facility as it was the only dentist that accepted my insurance (at the time) and it was always awful service. I recently changed insurances, and was going to continue using this facility because it already has all of my records. I made an appointment, specifically requesting to have my visit with the dentist AND a cleaning done on the same day due to my work schedule. I was ASSURED that this was possible. I show up almost 45 minutes prior to my appointment, wait an additional 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment, only to be told I couldn't get my cleaning done in the same day (even though when I checked in I was assured it would be done on that day). The office staff is incredibly rude, and insisted that I was lying about being told I could have it all done in the same appointment (by the woman who assured me previously). I walked out. I luckily have found a wonderful dentist nearby who was able to do an initial consultation, dental work, and a cleaning all in the same day! STAY AWAY unless you have no other option!!!! :( read more

Awful....even with an appointment there is still a wait. So after an hour of being there without being seen we just left. Front desk staff were not friendly and kind of just brushed us off. My father needed an extraction and a new set of dentures so we returned and this time only had to wait half an hour. After being seen they sent us to another office for the rest of the work. Once there they told us that it would basically take a month and a half for my father's dentures to come back from start to finish... WTF? So we decided to just put the extra money in and went to Lake Nona Dentistry (definitely pricier but worth it) better customer service and he got his full set of dentures in less than two weeks.
