I was nervous that this would make him afraid to go to the dentist but he went through the whole procedure like it was nothing because Dr. John and Ms. Claudia made him feel super comfortable and relaxed. I can't thank them enough for making it a positive experience for him. All the staff here are always incredibly friendly and polite and wonderful with my kids. We've been seeing the drs here for over two years and couldn't be any happier. When it comes to pediatrics dentists, it's never an easy chore. I have 3 Kids all 17 months apart and each could t be any more different than the other. The great thing is that they know inherently how to work with each of them; particularly with my son that has sensory issues and auditory processing disorder. I can't begin to tell you how challenging it's been to find a doctor for him in Orlando. The practice is very nice, extremely clean and has a very amazing staff. The office works hard so that we know of any costs not covered by insurance and the prices are very fair. Most importantly...let's talk about scheduling and waits. Surprise! They schedule appropriately and we have NEVER waited. Plus they even have enough chairs that all 3 of my kids can get cleaned and examined all at once!!! I love this place :-)

Mansour always walks through the process very thoroughly with you and your kids. The techs are great at that too and have an epic amount of patience. My oldest required two rounds of braces and had minimal pain thanks to Mansour not rushing the teeth like some other places do. I love how he makes this a positive experience for my boys as I don't want them forming any negative thoughts about orthodontist or dentist.

Parking at this location is extremely difficult, but we still made every effort to arrive on time. After checking in and making a payment, we waited until almost 1:45 PM with absolutely no communication or updates. Meanwhile, multiple patients who arrived after us were being called back and serviced before us. Then, after waiting over an hour, we were called to the front desk and told we needed to make an additional $40 payment because the insurance information had apparently been entered incorrectly during a previous visit -- by the office staff. While I had no issue paying the balance, what was frustrating was the lack of communication. Why was there no phone call before the appointment to notify us of the issue? To make matters worse, the administrator at the front desk responded with attitude when I politely explained that the insurance information had been manually entered by their staff previously. My concerns were completely ignored. The doctors and dentists may be great, but unfortunately the front office administration is extremely disorganized and unprofessional. My family and I will not be returning due to the poor customer service and disrespectful experience we received.

I'm definitely going to write to corporate but people need to know how racist they are. They haven't submitted anything to Guardian and the billing person said it's because that's not what they do. During the exam, they identified localized periodontal concerns around two back teeth and recommended additional treatment. I understand that the dentist has to make treatment recommendations based on what they find. My frustration is that I came specifically for a cleaning before traveling, and had I known I could spend most of my afternoon here and leave without receiving it, I would have scheduled somewhere else. Instead of receiving my cleaning for the year they tried to charge me almost $1000 like all other reviews said for deep cleaning and tooth fillings, I walked out. The customer service also made an already frustrating experience worse. After waiting that long, I asked whether I could have one additional Sensodyne sample and was met with an unnecessarily stingy and dismissive attitude over something so small. Obviously a free sample isn't the important issue, but after a patient has spent more than two hours waiting and is already leaving without the service they scheduled, a little kindness and consideration would have gone a long way. Overall, I left feeling that my time was not respected and that the communication and customer service could have been handled much better. Adding: WOW, after writing my review I see many people have had similar experiences and verbatim told the same thing they had ready to throw at me. I'm going to give a formal complaint about their practices to my insurance and ADA and I suggest everyone else who comes across my review do the same as I'm sure they will continue to do this to other patients!
