The communication and follow-up were impeccable, and they were very accommodating for making appointments, too. My situation is I have recession rent, so that my landlord wouldn't help us out with the work that needed to be done on our kitchen floor. I thought we had linoleum, but Raul identified it as PVC. I wish we had a more environmentally acceptable flooring, but at least I found a green-friendly cleaner. We saved the tiles from the dump/incineration and got them cleaned up and covered a double coat of wax on them, which turned them from yellowish grey to sky blue. I also learned that with waxed floors you shouldn't scrub or use harsh acidic cleaners on them - that only compromises the finish more. A team of 4 guys came over for about 4 hours for the process of stripping and rewaxing. This is also a family company and Raul stuck around for his guys making sure everyone and everything was doing well. In the end, I felt that I had gotten a very good value for the man hours and expertise. It gets even better if you can split the cost amongst roommates. Now our kitchen floor feels fantastic underfoot and I actually know how to take care of it. I highly recommend this company and will gladly send you pictures of the work they did on our floor.

Unfortunately, the second cleaning felt a bit rushed, possibly because she had another appointment afterward. Once she was finished, she seemed to be in a rush to leave and I didn't really get a chance to walk through and double-check that everything was good to go before she left. I would have appreciated having a few minutes to look everything over and point out anything that may have been missed. It also didn't feel like the same level of care or attention to detail was given this time. I noticed some dirty spots that weren't completely wiped down or vacuumed, and one of my floors wasn't as spotless as it was after the first cleaning, so I don't think it was fully mopped. My room also didn't have that same clean and organized feeling it had after the first visit. The first time, the stairs in my hallway were also cleaned, but during the second visit I was told that the stairway wasn't included and would be an additional cost. That was a little confusing since it had been done during my previous cleaning. Overall, my first experience was excellent and genuinely felt like the cleaner went above and beyond. The second cleaning just wasn't as thorough or consistent, which was disappointing since I specifically rebooked the same cleaner based on how impressed I was the first time.
