My experience with Jordan at Connection Roofing was similar to my experience when working with my best friend. Jordan didn't treat me like a stranger, he treated me like someone he cared about. I imagine he does that with all of his customers. He did a fantastic job on the roof. I was able to see all the materials and verify it. And, he even came back out and fixed a problem I had with one of the wind turbines. Jordan answered all my questions, and wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the work done, and I was very satisfied with the work. I kept trying to get rid of them and Aly just kept talking and what he said made sense and more sense and I invited them into my home. I started listening and could not be happier with the service we received. They helped navigate the red tape between insurance and bank and roofer and home owner. I was kept up to date and was never pressured to do anything. Blue Hammer said 1 day - and as i watched all the houses around me get their roof replaced and not one of them were in and out in 1 day. So I apologize to the QC inspector that arrived at my home at 6:45 am and I did not return until 6 pm. I did not think they could get it done in a day. But they did! David and ARS are phenomenal…read more After a hail storm came through and damaged my roof, garage door, and several other pieces of my home, I called him, and he and his team were out to help get started on stuff within a week. He was able to function perfectly as a general contractor -- he has connections everywhere to cover every single thing that you could possibly need done, and he handles it all. He also was able to guide me through the insurance process, including when my adjuster was being difficult (but that's another story). In any case, no matter what work you need done on your home, I would highly recommend you contact David and ARS to get it done. 3 months later, I still hear some of my neighbors getting their roofs repaired, and as far as I can tell, they're not doing as good of a job. His crew was fast, efficient, and respectful. I'm not sure what other great things I can say about ARS. There were literally no negatives in this experience for me, which is rare -- I love to provide a balanced review, but in this case I literally can't think of a downside to calling him.

Micah Harlin is so polite and so respectful and so darn experienced at helping homeowners receive the most coverage from their roof damage. Micah is so experienced with both sides of the tracks (roofing and insurance). Both were present when my insurance adjuster came to service my claim and man - I had NO IDEA how many things that showed creditable damage - Micah knew what to look for and most importantly - how best to speak with the insurance adjuster on the home owner's behalf. Insurance provided payment to replace the roof from hail damage; the roof vent pipes; the roof vents; the roof drip edging; damage done to my solar screens; damage done to my painted fence - heck, he would ensure gutter damage if I had gutters!
