Let me tell you--the food was AMAZING! The goat curry was easily the best goat curry I've ever had. The chili paneer was a solid 10/10, and the fish pakoras were phenomenal. The tandoori chicken came out piping hot, which I loved, and the flavor was even better. The butter chicken was delicious, with a great portion size and plenty of sauce for the naan. The samosas may have been the best I've ever had, and the garlic naan came out fresh, hot, and perfect. The kiddos especially loved dipping it into all the different curry sauces. The malai chicken was prepared well, but it personally wasn't my favorite flavor and probably isn't something I would order again. The kids, however, really enjoyed it! The flavor profile is amazing. It's made medium doneness on the shrimp and the bell peppers and onions with it is just perfect for this dish. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome by Sandeep Kaur. It was inspiring to see an all-female team running the show with such dedication. The food was beyond authentic. We ordered the Amritsari Kulcha, Tadka Dal, and rice, and every bite was remarkably fresh. The Kulcha was the star of the show--presented sizzler-style under hot tava with fumes still rising. Honestly, it tasted even better than the kulchas we had in Amritsar last year! The Tadka Dal and yellow rice were the perfect, delicious compliments to the meal.
