    Samosa sauces!
    Ashley L.

11/18/24 Getting lunch! I called and ordered Chicken Biryani made spicy, 2 Roti and 2 Samosas. At first the worker had a bit of trouble understanding English and a guy got on that understood it well. After ordering, he said it would be ready in 40 minutes. Very kind. I went to get it shortly later! It's in an Indian Grocery store. Indian music playing. I had to go to the back to try to find someone and he told me the order was almost ready. I was running late too. At least they are making it fresh! Paid for the order and left. They have a little kitchen in the back. Only to-go orders. No seating inside. Lunchtime! Order split. Chicken Biryani was spicy & Really DELICIOUS! Flavorful! It's a good amount! I have leftovers. Samosa was Great too! Even better with the sauces! Roti was fresh & tasty! Mother said hers was Really great and had "just the Right spice!" Good service & GREAT lunch! Highly recommended!

Called this place to order some "samosa" which are an Indian appetizer.. The lady who answered the phone confirmed that they make them there but hung up on me after I told her I only wanted 6. Seems like they want you to order large quantities. Only order here if you're ordering for over 10 people otherwise they will not help you. Very disappointed.

We were seated quickly, and since we had already looked over the menu at home, we came ready to order. We ordered the fish pakora, samosas, tandoori chicken, butter chicken, goat curry, chili paneer, garlic naan, Indian desi salad, malai chicken, cucumber raita, and mango lassi. Let me tell you--the food was AMAZING! The goat curry was easily the best goat curry I've ever had. The chili paneer was a solid 10/10, and the fish pakoras were phenomenal. The tandoori chicken came out piping hot, which I loved, and the flavor was even better. The butter chicken was delicious, with a great portion size and plenty of sauce for the naan. The samosas may have been the best I've ever had, and the garlic naan came out fresh, hot, and perfect. The kiddos especially loved dipping it into all the different curry sauces. The malai chicken was prepared well, but it personally wasn't my favorite flavor and probably isn't something I would order again. The kids, however, really enjoyed it! Overall, the portions were generous, everything tasted fresh, and there were so many standout dishes. We left very happy and will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend the goat curry, chili paneer, fish pakora, and samosas!

Guys I found my favorite Indian restaurant! First off, this restaurant is really beautiful inside…read more I love all the intricate designs and the vibe here. The order: I tried two cocktails. The Gulab Twist was very refreshing! It had gin, mint, lemon, and tonic water. The lemon drop with vodka was good and a little strong. The Dahi Puri was scrumptious! Crunchy on the outside and filled with yogurt inside. It's a very delightful dish to eat. The tandoori chicken was oven baked, tender and bursting with flavors of the spices. The lentil soup was hearty and wholesome. I love their noodles! It has bell peppers in it and it was so good. It was my first time trying soya chaap and I really enjoyed it! It's a plant based dish made with soy and wheat , came in creamy gravy flavor and Achari, I can't pick which one I liked more! The chicken biryani was fantastic! The rice was nicely spiced and the chicken was so well made and tender. I added some yogurt with it and it was just the best thing in the world. The garlic shrimp was my husband's favorite. The flavor profile is amazing. It's made medium doneness on the shrimp and the bell peppers and onions with it is just perfect for this dish. I got the garlic naan and it was very good, I used it to dip it in my butter chicken. The butter chicken was delicious, so warm, creamy, and rich. Everything was sooooo good! Service was great. My server checked up on me just the right amount of time. They were friendly and helped me with ordering. I even met the owner and chef Mandeep and she was very kind. Please come and check this place out, I highly recommend it. The food is a 10!

Better than Amritsar!…read more Coming from Los Angeles, we weren't sure where to pick given the many Desi options, but this restaurant was an incredible find. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome by Sandeep Kaur. It was inspiring to see an all-female team running the show with such dedication. The food was beyond authentic. We ordered the Amritsari Kulcha, Tadka Dal, and rice, and every bite was remarkably fresh. The Kulcha was the star of the show--presented sizzler-style under hot tava with fumes still rising. Honestly, it tasted even better than the kulchas we had in Amritsar last year! The Tadka Dal and yellow rice were the perfect, delicious compliments to the meal. We desperately need a North Indian spot of this caliber in SoCal. We're already wishing they'd open a branch in the LA area. Thank you Sandeep kaur for your hospitality and the service.

Second visit here and food was great as before. This time we ordered Samosa Chaat and Hakka Noodles…read morethat came as the first course. Both were a little more on the spicier side than expected. I prefer the regular samosa over samosa chaat. I was missing the crispiness of it. Hakka noodles ended up being too spicy to our niece so we ordered a second one with just the tomato base which was still delicious. Since there was only one server for all the tables and pick ups, it took awhile to get our food. We had plain Roti (1 per order), Butter Naan (4 per order), Shahi Paneer, and Paneer Tikki Masala. Again both of the dishes were flavorful and creamy and had a kick of spiciness. Unlike other Indian places I've been to they do not ask you what level of spice you would like. Roti and rice were nice but I would not order the Butter Naan again. You cannot taste the butter even though it was glossy. Their food were delicious! Hopefully they get more severs for days where it's busy.

The folks who run this place seem to really care about the quality of the food and the experience the guests have. Unlike our first visit on Valentine's Day which was very busy, we came back on a weekend evening this fall, and there were only a couple other diners. It seems like "the new normal" is that most business for these mom-and-pop type restaurants appears to be by Doordash, Grubhub, UberEats -- even if they're making plenty of sales, very few people come in and sit down. It's odd. You can no longer judge how good a restaurant will be by how many people are seating having dinner on a Saturday night. But despite not very many people dining in, it's a comfortable, welcoming, clean space. Everything was still fresh, delicious, and very similar to last time, EXCEPT: The main update I wanted to give is that the little "glitches" I noticed when the place was brand new are all gone now. This is just as I expected, but I wanted to let Yelpers know this. So yes, this time the got everything we ordered, we got sauces with the appetizer, and we were given full-size dinner plates. Love those black lentils. Everyone: go eat them!

The ambiance here is super cute with plenty of seating inside and out. They also serve food, but I just wanted to try their chai today. They have different flavors to choose from including, rose, cardamom, paan, etc. They are also served in cute pottery cups, but be mindful they are super hot to touch for a few minutes in this type of cup. We ordered at the counter then took a seat. No one else was there, so our teas came out quickly. I got the rose, which was a tiny bit sweet but not too bad, and the rose flavor was very prominent. My other 2 friends got the cardamom without sweetener, but they thought it too bitter without the sweetener. My other friend got the chocolate chai without sweetener. She said it was fine, but she forgot to order hers with oat milk so she was slightly disappointed but her own fault. Overall, the cups are cute but it seemed to give off a weird flavor when sipping from this cup. I liked the rose and might want to go back and try another flavor for a final opinion, but if you like chai check it out! It's a super cute place with pleasant service.
