First time I've ever ran to Yelp to review! First point and most important... WHY is everyone talking about the prices? Not only is this on par for Indian food. It's a lot more affordable than other restaurants. $5 for three Samosas? That's a killer appetizer for cheap! And they're good--some places put way too much seasoning on the outside. The menu: A lot more variety, and compared to other Indian restaurants the menu is easy to navigate and very Anglicized for newcomers to Indian food. The food: I accidentally ordered the wrong sandwich(I had seen the tikka roll on Yelps ig) and I got the tandoori sandwich but I am not complaining that was amazing and I didn't even know it came with fries. Butter chicken was medium and it was perfectly creamy, slightly spicy, soooo much sauce which is perfect because I dipped my sandwich AND samosas in there. I am so stuffed and I have food left for days(which is great bc if I love anything more than Indians food it's cold Indian leftover straight from the fridge) The service was great, young girl at the front was so sweet and helpful when I said it was my first time. If you guys haven't gone here, you NEED to go. The food here is delicious, and the family that runs the place is an absolute gem. I came in and was greeted by wonderful smells of spices and meat being cooked. I asked what the most popular dishes were and what needed more love. They recommended I get the chicken tikka roll and the tandoori platter. They also gave me a fresh lemon-lime soda drink that had a mixture of salt and some spices in it, which I sipped on to cool down from the heat outside. The chicken tikka roll was packed with so much flavor. There was fresh vegetables, the chicken was smoky and spicy, and the sauce added an extra layer of flavor and moisture. As for the platter, it was basically the same experience as getting a variety meat platter at an American barbecue restaurant, except Indian-style. There were large pieces of tandoori chicken, fish, some kind of sausage, and more. Pair it with some sauce, and it was super filling and perfect. They also have plenty of desserts to go around, and I picked up some of what I believe they told me was Indian "cham cham" or "chum chum" - I took it home and had it later, and it was very sweet. Kind of similar to gulab jamun with a creamy filling inside. The owner is so sweet and kind, and the rest of the family is on-it with their customer service. The rating ain't for the whole place cus I have tried their butter chicken before and it was nice. Rating was just based on what I ordered and pricing and overall experience that night. I mean service was koo but the girl that took my order lowkey sounded all frustrated and seemed like she didn't want me to order anything else just cus I was indecisive on which momo to grab! I went to this spot cus I seen they had em on the menu and I wanted to see if there was anything that made them different from a Chinese dumpling. I ended up ordering the veggie one and the chicken one. They only came with 6 pieces each. I thought I'd get like 10 like in the picture on the screen. I don't think 6 pieces matched up with what I paid with taxes about $15 each so $30 for 12 pieces.. smh why tf I do that. I got them steamed. She gave me my order and told me the dipping sauce is mayo!! Yuck! That didn't even sound right. I went home and tried them while they were hot. But kinda got warm since it's a far ass drive!! Just looking at them I wasn't impressed. They look like Chinese dumplings that had veggies on top and some kind of tangy sauce at the bottom. Idk why I was expecting curry but no it was a slightly spicy tangy sauce. The momos tasted mid. The chicken one I think I tasted some kind of nut in it.. like pistachio I think I'm not too sure but I saw a piece of green nut when I took a bite. Nothing special about it nor was the veggie one. And then I said let me try to dip it in that mayo. Fuck no shit was gross. I ended up making my own dipping sauce to go with it. Honestly it's like dressing up those dumplings from the Walmart freezer aisle. I could've just went with that to be real. 6/25/25 Getting lunch! I ordered on the Yelp app. Convenience through DoorDash. Orders samosas, garlic naan & chicken Hakka noodles made spicy. Set the time for the soonest it could be ready at 11:10am! Go get when it got closer. It was ready early. Received notification and went. Arrived, greeted, let worker know and it was ready and waiting. Wished a good day and left. Restaurant is really nice. They have a bunch of bakery items to view & it looked like ice cream too! I came on 7/9/25 This place is nice ! Cool decor, colorful and full of chips, cakes and yummy Indian desserts. I ordered a protein bowl with chicken tikka masala and a side of garlic naan ($23) and it was full of flavor, I ordered spicy but it would still call it mild. Delicious delicious delicious. I can live off the garlic naan and tikka masala forever. Service was so nice ! So it was kinda hard to find. Parking lot is huge and the place is kinda hard to see. But the service was good. A lot of choices. I got the chicken tika and samosas.. I got it medium spice. They made it fresh so it took about 13 min. The fresh juice was also really good. It could be colder but it was good. This place also has a lot of desserts. Which i loved. I got 2. We ordered Samosas, Butter Chicken, plain Basmati rice and plain Naan. It was so yummy!!! This will be our "go to" Indian Restaurant in the future. There are tables for dining in the restaurant. I brought my kids to Kumon today and to my pleasant surprise, Chatore, the new restaurant next door is FINALLY open! The soft opening today offered samples of their yummy menu. I got to try many items and sauces. The owners Vic and Katie were so kind and helpful in explaining what they offer. The decor is bright and inviting. And the dessert display! My mouth is still watering about it! Vic let me try a butter cheese dish (Shahi Paneer). The butter sauce is to die for! There are a lot of different menu items to suit all taste buds and diet (I am pescatarian-mostly eating vegetarian) and I could find so much to choose from. There are many Indian restaurants in town. This one is a little different. It's set up to be less of a full dining experience and more like a quick serve environment, yet there are plenty of dining tables to eat comfortably. The items on the menu are authentic and not just like all the other menus in town that offer the same things. And most of the local Indian restaurants don't have this beautiful, extensive, dessert area. I will be back often. Great Indian food which is surprisingly hard to find in Fresno! I recommend the butter chicken and fish tandoori. Their biryani is flavorful too. (I have had some places pass plain rice with some peas added in as biryani!) Wonderful addition to the area! We ordered dinner for takeout, being able to order via the website was convenient, but the menu definitely needs to be organized a little better. The food was delicious. We got an order of the Chicken Tikka Malai which is their signature dish and was new to us. It has a much lighter flavor compared to many indian dishes, but it was cooked perfectly and was very delicious, you also get a huge portion. We also got the Butter Chicken, which was also very good. The butter sauce was rich and creamy and the chicken cooked perfectly tender. If I had one complaint it would be very minor, which is the spicy level of spice was not at all spicy. Spicy food doesn't bother me so this might just be a me thing, but even with big pieces of pepper in the sauce, it wasn't spicy. We also got some garlic naan which was fairly standard, but a tad thinner than naan at other restaurants. This isn't a positive or negative thing, merely an observation. My wife also got a mango lassi and it was exactly what you would expect, creamy and delicious with a slight yogurt tang. Will definitely be coming back, hands down better than any other indian restaurant anywhere nearby! read more

The food here is definitely delicious. I ordered the chicken seekh kebab, made of ground chicken and an aromatic blend of spices and the butter chicken which came in a one pint container. I was asked if I wanted rice or naan to go with it, I thought that these were both meals and would come with the rice, but it is more an a la cart situation. So I added garlic naan which was made fresh on the spot. The total of my order was $33, which I thought was a bit high for what I got but it was indeed delicious. I saw this restaurant on IG and convinced my entire family (parents, siblings, and the kids) to come here for Sunday lunch. We didn't know what to expect, but were so excited that they were able to accommodate 11 of us right away. We got seated and were able to order our meals within the first few minutes. We ordered everything from pani puri to keema naan to amritsari kulchas. There was not one thing we were not passing around and sharing with each other. Every dish looked better than the one prior. As someone who has had Punjabi street food in Punjab, this reminded me of the home. The customer service was amazing, even though they were clearly busy, the owners and the cooks checked in and asked how we liked everything. They custom made a cheese naan for our little five year old. This kind of service is hard to find these days. Totally recommend this place for everyone and anyone. We were a loud bunch and the kids got to be themselves. The restaurant had families, couples, a group of friends, it was such a lively ambiance. Definitely leave some room for desserts as there are so many to choose from. The ambiance of the restaurant is cozy and welcoming and the staff is attentive and struck up an easy conversation. I AM BLOWN AWAY! The chicken was tender and flavorful, the rice was soft and the naan was crispy on the bottom and soft on the top. The winner, however, was the winner. Tender, flavorful, perfectly spiced.
