I had a video consultation with Jeannie who was lovely as she talked me through my options. Then, for my "trial" I had Leo who did an amazing job. I couldn't believe how much these lashes brightened my face, but weren't overdone. I saw her again for the wedding and, again, in love. Leo is easy to talk to and she knows what she's doing. Lastly, when I woke up the day before my wedding with a couple of stray lashes, the front desk got me in quickly to fix. I worked with Jessica who sat with me until I was 100% satisfied that the lashes looked how I wanted. What an amazing and professional team, you will not regret coming here.

I went in for a haircut, wanting to ask about what to do with my hair as far as color/highlights etc. I have had a really bad experience in the past (in fact you can read the review!) and was super nervous about doing anything different with my hair... Well, Tula and Ezra were amazing. Tula came over and gave me a few options - not pressuring me in any direction - and explained EVERYTHING in detail!! She told me what each option meant and how often I would have to come back...When I explained what I was thinking, she recommended the most inexpensive, low-maintenance option and said it would honestly be the best. She *listened* to me!! I did not feel like I was getting overcharged, and felt so comfortable I ended up doing everything that same day! Ezra did a beautiful job with the dye and the color melt and cut, and Tula checked in on every aspect. You can tell these women love what they do and Tula has such pride in her business. I have to keep my eyebrows in check otherwise I'd look like Bert from Sesame Street. No one wants to see that so every quarter I get an eyebrow tune up. I am not a fan of eyebrow waxing. It sounds barbaric, they smear hot wax on your face, press tape on the wax and PULL! My sensitive skin can't handle that, I usually have marks for days on my face. So when I hear about a threading spot in my neighborhood, I'm going to investigate. I walk in at noon for my appointment. No one is at the front desk, after 3 minutes, I said hello? Someone comes to the front desk and checks me in. My appointment is with Lucy, she shows up about a minute later and brings me into her office. Now with threading, there's participation! Lucy tells me to hold my eye as she takes her magic thread, almost like dental floss and goes to work. The end result, I have a cleaned up face. The question is, what is your pain level? Both procedures, to keep my youthful appearance, there's some pain involved. Nature's Touch Day Spa also does sugaring, that topic is for another review. I tell this story to my brother in law, he laughs at me. The final result, I have my mani-pedi-eyebrow wax complete and I'm ready for vacation.
