Their lunch specials for $7.95 is worth the price. You get to choose from about a dozen entrees and includes a spring (fried) or summer (not fried) roll. I got the pho tat which is the rare beef slices soup. With the pho you get a dish with herbs and bean sprouts. I emptied this plate including what I thought were red jalapeños into the bowl. It was immediately spicy, getting hotter with each bite. I asked my waitress what kind of peppers they were; she said Serrano. No wonder! I've been here twice. I come to visit Winter Haven often because we have family there and have Legoland passes. It's one of the tastiest restaurants in town, nice and clean, inexpensive, and plenty of outdoor seating if you have a worn out kid and don't want to subject other patrons to post-legoland meltdowns. The veggies on the food are always crispy and fresh, and everything I've had so far is yummy and well crafted. The Pho broth is aromatic and flavorful, I really enjoyed the goi du du tom thit (shredded green papaya salad with shrimp and pork) last time I was there. The Bun dishes are lovely too. Don't let the strip mall surroundings fool you. This is a hidden gem in town overrun with chain restaurants and pretentious yet mediocre steakhouses. read more

Went again yesterday to this gem. Living in Kissimmee and driving here 26 miles each way is well worth it. We have been coming here every two weeks since it's opening 5 yrs ago. The food is always great, steaming hot Pho, and Bun. Staffing is always good even when busy. Maria, our favorite waitress ever, is knowledgeable, courteous and, on top of everything. I came for lunch with my family. The portion sizes were very generous, and all the food was well presented, fresh, and tasty. The issue with the bar being in the way the front door detailed in a prior review has been addressed, as there are two main doors. The decor is how you'd expected to be in a new establishment: contemporary and clean. We often go to Saigon Café in Lakeland, but when we are in Winter Haven, this is definitely where we'll go. Hands down BEST BOBA IN CENTRAL FLORIDA! My boyfriend and I have been on a years long search for the best boba options in our area and no other place comes close to Saigon Garden. Every time we go (which is probably once a week) we leave with nothing but satisfaction and the perfect milk tea tapioca pearl drink in our hands. They have over 15 flavors and it can be milk tea or a blended drink. My favorite flavors are taro and green tea and my boyfriends are peach and honeydew. The service is outstanding and although we aren't in there for over 5 minutes, we always make sure to leave a nice tip. PLEASE never stop serving boba, Saigon Garden. I've tried Pho in many cities, however, this particular restaurant is fantastic. The pho is so wonderfully delicious that it left me craving more and more. The noodles were by far the best noodles I've ever had. The only thing that was missing was some fried chili oil. But that wasn't that big of a deal since the soup was sooo overwhelmingly good. This place is delicious! In town on business and found this joint based on great reviews and it did not disappoint. I ordered a shrimp pho which was amazing. My coworker had a shrimp and pork noodle soup. They have the option of egg or rice noodles. He got egg and said it was fantastic. We also started with an order of spring rolls which were different than the norm but tasty. The only complaint is that the tap water tastes strange but that's probably a FL thing. After a day legoland, we wanted to grab dinner nearby and this was what we were craving after days of burgers, fries, etc. Seated promptly but waited 25 minutes for order to be taken and after complaining. Then waited some more to just get water. Sat for over an hour, with hungry kids, finally by 8pm we left. We went in there before 7pm. Seriously have never walked out of a restaurant before. Review is strictly on service and it completely SUCKS. It's not even crowded in there. About 60% full. Completely disappointed. When we were halfway out the door, food started to come but by then they have left such a bad taste in my mouth. The staff said "we're busy, you know"... not apologizing for anything. However busy she thinks it is, the truth is the dining room was not full at all and it does not excuse them for servicing other people who came in after us. Several tables that came in after us, ate and some already left. They were not apologetic and service is not a priority. read more
