I have been going to this place since they opened. Always with an appointment, always make the appointment with the same tech. One time I got another tech and she messed up my toenail so I told them don't ever give me her again. That's fine. My other tech was wonderful and has been now for over a year. I Always tip well! Lately, the owner and a couple of techs have been very disrespectful. The tech doesn't show up, they argue about what I want and they say they know how to apply chrome and made a mess with no apology. It's like they have so many customers that the loyal ones don't matter. Sad very sad so I found another salon that treats their customers with respect and do a great job! If I could leave no stars I would.. I'm mind blown I paid 85$ for a full set! Black and white coffin with no design. Absolutely NOT what I got! I was told that I needed to be festive with the holidays coming up by the nail Tech if she wants to call her self that.. i kept letting her know that this isn't want I wanted the shape is off the design is off the quality of my nails are off. I paid 85$ for nails I hate and that are going to fall off I'm sure in a few days! There's no separation from my cuticle to the acrylic, the nail polish overlaps, my cuticle. The whole structure of the Apex in the middle of my nail is nonexistent making these nails flat and weak and definitely not coffin shaped like I asked for. Let get into the customer service.. HORRIBLE no listening to customers WANTS and NEEDS My "nail tech" kept insulting my natural nails, informing me that the bed of my nails are no good and it's going to lead to my fake nails popping off.. not the crap job of putting a full set on. I've been to this location before and was happy. I went for a pedicure and a full acrylic set and while the pedi was great, my nails look awful. My fingernails are not wide, the acrylic is wayyyy too thick and there are a TON of bubbles over the white part of the nail. Will not go back! The purple and blue are my nails when I paint them. read more

The worst pedicure ever! A five year old would of done a better job ! I went in for mani and pedi and left after the pedicure. The pedicure consisted of her washing and scrubbing my feet for a couple seconds, I saw she was getting ready to polish so I asked her to please clean up my cuticle, she told me I don't need it my toes look good so I literally pushed my cuticle back with my finger to show her, I won't bore y'all with the rest but sadly it didn't get better. read more

Waited an hour before they were ready to wait in me when I had an appointment. After that it was awful. The woman was so rough and did a horrible job on my feet. I did not enjoy it what so ever. I went to get a fill for my college graduation and the nail technician cut me 3 times with the mechanical file and with a regular nail file. One finger didn't stop bleeding so he cleaned it and put super glue and continued to file all of my fingers with the file that had blood on it. Granted the cuts were small, but it doesn't make this experience better. This is the worst experience I have ever had. I I walked out of there with no polish because I just did not feel comfortable with the work that was done on my feet. The lady hurt me three times and continued to use the same tool to remove the gel when she could have switched to something else just kept apologizing. Then at the end I told her that I had ingrown toenails but that it was just skin that people there in the past and told me it was just skin and I feel better when they just remove excess skin and she kept cutting and cutting my nail to the point where I almost had no now and I told her to stop didn't listen so she had to let her finish and I walked out of there with no nail polish. I have gone to the salon once previously in January. I had a younger woman tech who did a great job! There are only two techs at this location. I made my second appointment, showed up to find several women were ahead of me waiting for their services. I offered to return the next day and did. I had the other more mature tech. The pedicure was ok but she gave me the wrong color. Since it was a good color I let it go. My manicure was not ok. She said she didn't do dip so I had to do gel. I had hoped for a discount since I had graciously returned since there was no time for me at my appointed time the day before. Full price was charged. It's been two weeks and the manicure is awful. I could have had it redone in a week actually, I just didn't want to pay for it again so soon. I can generally wait three weeks plus. that's the benefit of gel right, it lasts longer?! Cuticles weren't trimmed properly or "pushed back" and gel polish could have been closer to the cuticles all the way around. Very disappointing as I had a good experience the first time. read more

If I could give a negative review I would. This place is the worst!!!! First off I told her the water was blazing hot and she said it would cool if didn't. My feet feel burned now. She used a machine to cut cuticles and around my toes I have three cuts in my toes now. She took over an hour to apply polish and after 15 minutes I asked her to stop and get help. She continued on and took off put back on.. mind you this was gel she was taking off and putting on. Whole experience was a nightmare and I hope they go out of business. The owner was watching this whole thing and I asked her for help she ignored me. This place is TERRIBLE. The lady was very rude and mentioned how terrible my nails looked about 10 times (because I painted them blue and the color didn't come off easily). She went on about how I ruined my nails and did a very poor job on my manicure. She didn't paint my entire nail, didn't paint the sides or the cuticle on each nail, and they are bubbly and bumpy. I stated I was unhappy, but nothing was done to fix this. Total waste of money. Rude staff and bad at their job! Save your money. read more
