The gentleman I usually interact with is very polite and friendly, and I've noticed that the other staff exude the same kind of attitude so I've always felt very welcomed. I love nice people lol. Service has always been very quick as well, which is great for getting back to the office in a reasonable amount of time. The broth is delicious and always comes out piping hot, which is something I tend to judge pho on right out of the gate. The flavors are super awesome and consistent. I usually get either the veggie with tofu or the chicken and add veggies to it; I tried the rare steak and tendon bowl (with veggies) recently and it was also awesome.
