Wish we had more space in our stomachs. We already had a large lunch earlier and brought our friends to the Edgewater Public Market after picking them up at the airport so they can get a variety of food right off the bat. But after looking at Saigon Noodle Club's menu we were too tempted and got some of the crispy tofu and chicken wings. And these have been some of the best cooked/fried wings and tofu. Crispy outside but tender inside. And the green onion chili dressing heightened up the flavor. They are on our list to come back and try the rest of their menu. I was so excited to try this place but also a little nervous because they've been here awhile now! I was NOT disappointed AT ALL tho! I got the pho sizzle to go as well as a mango sticky rice inspired Rice Krispie treat! Both were excellent! I usually do prefer a drier noodle dish so this sounded perfect and I was NOT disappointed. IT was SO flavorful - the meat was super flavorful and tender, the noodles had rich broth flavor and the veggies had CRUNCH! I loved it so muCH!! I ate my whole dish in one sitting. I was hyped to finally have time to try Saigon Noodle Club cause I have enjoyed PKR when they were a food truck and during their days at Yuan Wonton. Maybe we came on an off day but at $90, it's definitely hard to come back. Do not order based on photos - you will not get the meat portions pictured. We weren't impressed with the customer service that day. It felt like we were a bother and we weren't acknowledged. The best thing we got were the wings. We ordered the dry rub spicy salt and pepper seasoning. The wings were crunchy and full of flavor. Very tasty and the only reason I would come back. Next to the wings, the ube crinkle cookie was really good. At $3, it's a pretty good size cookie. I ordered the pho sizzle but it honestly is just noodles with a sauce of pho aroma. I wasn't a huge fan of it. Unlike the photos, there were barely any meat pieces and the meat was cut super small- think of the size as my finger tip. I'm not a fan of sticky noodles so it was hard to eat. Order the pho instead. The grilled meat bowl was slightly better than the pho sizzle because for roughly the same price, you get more food. I would skip the wraps because they're quite pricey (roughly $5 a roll). It was just filled with noodles and veggies and felt like a deconstructed noodle bowl. So pick either the wrap or the noodle bowl- they're roughly the same thing. Drinks were okay as well. My partner said the Vietnamese coffee was mid and mild. Overall, I came with high expectations and was left pretty meh afterwards. read more

I've been eagerly awaiting for this restaurant to open at Edgewater Marketplace, and patience pays off! If you ever had Pho King Rapidos as food truck or at Avanti food hall, you're already familiar with this team. If not- no worries, new food friends to be made! Their menu is fairly simple- you can choose to have your Vietnamese noodle bone assembled as salad, noodle bowl, or spring rolls. We got the spring rolls- the lemongrass pork was yummy. We also ordered most of the small sides- the crispy tofu and chicken wings were my favorite! Word of warning- the spicy kick is no joke- but it's so yummy. And I also got a Thai tea- yum! read more

Our family of 4 dined here recently and it was soooooooooo yummy! We ordered the pho sizzle, salt pepper tofu, egg rolls, and wings. It was a good combination as we have adults and kids and worked well with our different palates. We have picky kids and thrilled that they actually ate! A really fun take on Vietnamese food, I really enjoyed their dishes. I tried their build your own salad spring roll with chicken which was delicious but a little dry though. The wrapper was a little hard to chew. The PHO sizzle was super tasty and I loved their flavours. I would probably go back for that dish alone. Tons of seating available as it's in a food court and lots of other stations to stop and enjoy as well when visiting. Service was kind and quick. read more

All their food is deliciously amazing!! The pho is a staple and I personally love the tofu. My husband idolizes the Pho Sizzle and wings. And the best part - this is one of the few places I take my kids because they will actually eat! My 3 yr old is the pickiest eater but will devour the pho and kids noodles. Their entire menu is authentic and nutritious. And the portions are well worth it. I go back at least once a month. read more

I ordered a kids plate. I wouldn't recommend it. It's literally a cup of noodles with absolutely nothing added as far as seasoning. They add a tiny eggroll. Plain noodles, $.25 worth of a noodle and another estimated .$.25 for the cost of the eggroll. I'm obviously guessing as to what it cost them to make, but $9.00 for a "kids plate". Saigon Noodle Club has quickly become one of my favorite spots in Denver. The pho broth is rich and comforting, the noodles are always perfectly cooked, and the ingredients taste incredibly fresh. Tasty, but overpriced...tried the option of turning a bowl with pork into three fat rolls full of mostly veggies. The veggies were varied and crunchie, but the few pieces of pork were quite tough and had no flavor. Nice if you're looking for an expensive hand-held salad. read more
