My favorite pho in Denver right now. Best authentic deep bone stock ever!!! Perfect balance of spices and very boney stock. Often times people load the broth with msg and sugar to create flavor. But at Pho 555... you can taste the depth of stock building between bones & aromatic spices. I live on this stock every week. And the best part is... they're available on DoorDash and UberEats! Meat: 5/5 - perfectly sliced rare beef steak + flank, very tender Vegetable plate 5/5 - perfectly fresh bean sprouts, thai basil, juicy limes. I order from here time to time as it's close to my work and overall I have a pretty good experience! I always do delivery and with most pho places, they don't seem to check the extra note you put in. I always ask for extra bean sprouts, limes, and sriracha and most places don't acknowledge the note. However this place really hooks it up with the extras which is really great. You can definitely tell the difference between the sizes of the pho you get which makes me feel I'm really getting my money's worth. I've only ordered the rare steak pho and the spring rolls but they are pretty good! Only reason I'm not giving 5 star is that their broth could be just a bit more flavorful. It's good and you won't be disappointed if you haven't had a ton of pho before but if you're a pho-natic (LOL), then you can tell there is missing flavor in the broth.
