I think I have a couple other reviews for pho places already, but I love pho so why not add another to the mix lol. Pho 2 love is located in the same large strip mall area as Casa Bonita, so parking is very abundant. I come here occasionally on my lunch break and have never ever had an issue finding a spot. The signage out front is very obvious as well so it's a piece of cake to find. Most times I've been in there haven't been too many other tables present, but as I mentioned it's usually during the week in the middle of the day so it's to be expected. The restaurant has always been very clean and tables are bussed quickly so there aren't ever dirty dishes or cups sitting around at empty tables. The dining room is super open so you don't feel like you're cramped in at all either. The gentleman I usually interact with is very polite and friendly, and I've noticed that the other staff exude the same kind of attitude so I've always felt very welcomed. I love nice people lol. Service has always been very quick as well, which is great for getting back to the office in a reasonable amount of time. The broth is delicious and always comes out piping hot, which is something I tend to judge pho on right out of the gate. The flavors are super awesome and consistent. I usually get either the veggie with tofu or the chicken and add veggies to it; I tried the rare steak and tendon bowl (with veggies) recently and it was also awesome. That one was a new experience for me but I'm glad I tried it. I usually also get the smallest bowl and almost always cannot finish the entire thing. Story time. I've worked out next door at Planet Fitness since moving to Denver last year. I've pretty much explored this entire strip plaza--from WestFax Brewing to (dare I say) Casa Bonita. I'm kicking myself for not giving Pho 2 Love a chance sooner. After working out the other night the hunger pains were knocking. Oh, it was also 37 degrees outside. Cue the flavor jets! I'd say for a socially-distanced restaurant, these guys were packed. Delivery drivers walked in consistently to pick up their orders. The staff were bussing tables, taking orders, and working hard. I appreciate all the sauces and accoutrements already on each table! P5. Rare Steak and Brisket Pho - After dressing up the bowl with hot sauce, jalapeños, lime, bean sprouts and coriander leaves, it was time to stop, drop and roll into this piping hot bowl of noodles! The broth was flavorful, the steak was rare and the brisket pieces were huge and tender. The noodles were soft and silky. Overall, a great first impression! I ordered a medium sized bowl, which ran $9.99. Even after a lengthy workout, I still had a few bites left. Talk about a banging value! What's not to love at Pho 2 Love? Looking so forward to some nice pho last night! Having never been there and reading reviews I thought I would give it a try. The vegetables were fresh and the broth was nice, but the rare steak was like eating a leather shoe with a bad taste. I also asked them to leave the steak separate (so I could enjoy it when I was ready) It was thrown in with the broth. Highly dissatisfied after a long day of travel and a desire for some comfort food. I picked it up immediately when ready and ate when I got home 1/2 mile away. I came to Pho 2 Love on a Sunday afternoon. There were several open tables. The menu is fairly extensive, with pho, vermicelli noodle bowls, bubble tea, etc. I went with the chicken pho. While the beef broth had a nice flavor, the chicken was so dry and chewy that I could barely eat it and instead focused on eating the veggies. Based on this experience, I would opt for another menu item next time. For the low prices and large portion sizes, Pho 2 Love is a great value. read more

Super flavorful broth, they gave us matching ratio of meat and noodles to broth. Usually when we eat pho it's like you get barely any meat or not enough noodles but this place checked all the boxes. Good broth, good quality meat, good noodles, and good ratios. Weren't big fans of boba but that's not the restaurants fault we had just never tried it. We've been coming here for years and this review is a result of our experience Saturday afternoon. We wouldn't even be posting if the situation was handled differently. When we got home and opened our food to eat we found black hairs in the noodles. We called Pho 2 Love to tell them what happened and ask for a refund of the meal. Without even offering an apology we were told to bring the food back to show them. We live over 30 minutes away and asked if we could send them a picture and were told that we needed to bring the food back to the restaurant. I am so happy to see the Kuev Teav option for noodles. Its devived from China but has been a Cambodian staple breakfast item. Not many places have this option but I can say that the broth was delicious! I also had the chicken pho and it was not too overpowering which was nice. I would have given 5 stars but I understand that cleanliness is important but that particular morning it was the stench of cleaning chemicals but we were also there right when they opened. Visiting the area from the east coast, needed a dish for my tender tum and pho fit the bill. Found Pho 2 Love while looking for a Vietnamese spot at semi-reasonable distance from our hotel somewhat late on a Sunday and chose this 4-star from Yelp. Service was very fast and abrupt, albeit nice - a good outcome considering past experiences with pho nooks elsewhere. Had the veg pho and it was probably one of the best veg broths I've had, with ample savory flavor without adjustment, and not just tasting like peels. Veggies were plentiful and fresh, the tofu very lightly fried so the center was still soft and tender rather than sizzled hollow like it often is elsewhere. The "small" size was plenty and filling for me, tho there are two larger. My only gripe was that I'd planned for the pho ga (chicken), but it only came in a beef broth. Never seen that before, and seemed counterintuitive. Ga is usually presented in a chicken broth. If there were an option to add chicken to the veg pho/broth, that would be divine - hint hint. Chicky veg pho, mmm... My husband ordered the chicken cashew stir fry after grudgingly being dragged there on my insistence (he got his Indian food the other day) and was surprised at how much he liked it, making lots of yummy noises. Presentation showed a moderate effort, and the place was clean with a lively, urbane clientele, in a somewhat tired, cyclically-leasing strip mall. Time from arrival to departure was efficient. I probably go to this restaurant 2-3 times a week and have never gotten tired of the Chicken Pho bowl. It is packed with chicken and the broth is very tasty.
