My partner and I decided to give this place a try. I scheduled a Saigon signature and my partner had a deep tissue. The massage room was very clean and the massage was relaxing. I appreciated that the massage therapist checked in about the pressure because sometimes it was harder than I expected. The stretching was a little unexpected though and I wish I would've been warned. The length of massage time and the value are hard to beat.

We booked the Couples Saigon Signature with hot stone, and from the moment we walked in, it felt calm, clean, and quietly luxe. The front desk area is cute without trying too hard -- soft lighting, essential oils lined up, little Valentine touches, and that glowing Saigon Spa sign moment. Intimate but not cramped. The Massage John worked on me and Rachel worked on bestie. We don't get massages often so we both have pretty sensitive bodies. They both worked on us at different pace. I did tell the masseuse to focus more on my back whereas bestie didn't have a focus spot so her massage was evened out. This was very deep tissue. Some parts were painfully good? Iykyk. I felt like they were very intentional with getting out our knots. I liked John specifically because I had good stretches and back cracks needed that. The hot stones with oil were my favoriteeee ugh. would do it again just for the hot stones. Since we were both sensitive, I would say this massage is not for the weak... was definitely gritting my teeth for some parts. ALSO we kept our underwear on. We both felt more comfortable like that and I'm glad it was socially accepting to the masseuses. Would absolutely come back.

I received a gift certificate for a 90-minute massage and chose a deep tissue massage, which costs $160--pretty standard these days. I held onto the certificate for almost a year before finally booking an appointment. Their website is clean and easy to navigate, and I liked that they offer daily promotions (e.g., free hot oil on weekdays etc.). My appointment was at 1 PM. The location is easy to find, with plenty of parking for the businesses in the strip and additional street parking. The spa itself is quiet, welcoming, and inviting. They have a little rack to leave your shoes and wear slip ones provided by them or to go barefoot. Check-in was quick, and I was escorted to a clean room with a heated blanket on the bed--a nice touch on a cold, rainy day. My massage therapist, Sarah, was fantastic! She asked which areas to focus on, identified sore spots, and applied strong, effective pressure. She regularly checked if the pressure was right and adjusted as needed. I also appreciated that communication was easy. After the massage, checkout was smooth. There was no pressure to tip, though they provided a tipping guide (slightly higher than standard, but fair for the quality of service). Their technology impressed me--they use a QR code for tipping, which links to a page where you select your therapist and pay via Venmo. It's a seamless process and eliminates the awkwardness of tipping in person. Overall, it was a high-end, comfortable experience. I would definitely return and I highly recommend Sarah!

I came in for a 4 PM massage appointment that I had booked hours earlier without any issue. I wanted to do something relaxing and self-care for my birthday. The spa allows you to choose a female or male masseuse per preference, which I enjoyed as well. There was a lot of parking available for the spa as well. The check in process was really simple and they were able to see me almost immediately. Once I had checked in, they had me change into slippers prior to going to my room. The spa also has relaxing music playing in throughout the facility to really set the mood. The receptionist walked me to my room which was extremely relaxing. The lights were dim and the room smelt excellent. I booked the Saigon Signature 60 minutes and added stress relief essential oils. I undressed and got under the blanket and my masseuse was there briefly. I had an excellent experience during my massage. She incorporated the essential oils with hot stones and Swedish massage. It was so relaxing and I fell asleep several times. The music and ambience was great for relieving stress. After the massage, I feel very refreshed. I would definitely come back for another massage!

I've been here several times and they never disappoint. Set up an appointment on Friday and saw Rachel who seems to be a favorite here and she was just amazing. I don't get massages often, but I'm really comfortable with coming here to Saigon spa. Very friendly and welcoming team and the experience is always great. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because after the passage the hot towel used to wipe me down was really hot , but other than that great place that you must try.

I took my mom here in November for her birthday and she had a great time! I want to say, my mom enjoyed her time here. She has never experienced a massage before, and I figured she deserved a special treat. I did run into a few issues, which did not make me feel the best. Issue 1: Presentation This one is a bit more minuscule, because I did not mind too much at first. But thinking about it again makes me realize how disrespected I felt at Saigon Spa. When I first walked into Saigon Spa, it seems that my mom and I walked into the team mid-IT phone call. There were three staff behind the counter, huddling around the phone. It seemed like Saigon Spa was replacing their internet router, as there were boxes left open on the lobby's sofa. It wasn't a horrendous sight, but it definitely wasn't professional either. I made an appointment with Saigon Spa on the phone that morning, so it wasn't like we arrived unannounced. After my mom and I stepped in, none of the staff cared to tidy the boxes and offer us a space to sit in the lobby. So we instead sat on the bench in front of the doorway. When I think of a spa, I envision a sense of luxury and excellence customer service. Instead, I feel a bit neglected. Issue 2: Saigon Signature Massage I bought my mom the "Saigon Signature Massage," which is described as, "Our specialty massage and most recommended service. Combine with therapies of Swedish massage and Hot Stone," per their online webpage. As I was checking my mom in, there was a section asking if I wanted to add any inclusions for a small charge. I thought the Saigon Signature Massage already came with hot stones, but it was still on the optional inclusions list. I asked the receptionist to double check if the Saigon Signature Massage already has hot stones included. The receptionist assured me it did, so I did not make any selections on the optional inclusions list. On the ride home, I asked my mom about her massage experience. She described how talented her masseuse was, and how she felt so good. I was happy to hear that. I asked her how she did with the hot stones, but she informed me there were no hot stones. I was instantly confused. From what I read, and from what I was told, the Saigon Signature Massage should have hot stones. Where does the miscommunication lie?

Even 5 stars are less for the experience I had. If I could, I would give this place 10 stars - credit goes to Anna. Thank you is not enough, she opened me to a whole new experience. I had purchased a Groupon to try this spa, had called in on Tuesday and was easily able to get an appointment for Wednesday. The place is clean and ambience is nice. Loved the fact that the spa has individual rooms, they are clean and you hear no noise. The massage was just out of this world. It's one of the best massages I have ever had. I felt so light afterwards. The hot stone experience was sooo soothing, I didn't even have to tell Anna about any of the problems, the moment she saw me, she herself figured it out and worked on it. If your looking for an amazing experience, you don't need to think twice to try out this place. On top of that, I was charged more on my card than what I was told. Fifteen percent does not equal twenty percent, and that kind of discrepancy is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the towels used during the service had a noticeable mildew smell, especially the one placed on my face, which completely took away from what should have been a relaxing experience. Overall, between the lack of transparency, pressure around tipping, being overcharged, and poor hygiene standards, this was not a professional or comfortable environment. I called ahead to make an appointment for a 60 minute massage, but when I arrived, the only person available to do my massage was the receptionist. Kim did a good job on the massage (excellent pressure and very relaxing), but she had to run out a couple of times to address her front desk duties. I was happy with the massage, so I tipped 20%, which came out to be less than $20 (this is worth mentioning for what happens at my next appointment), then was on my way. I should also mention that on my way out, a man next to me at the counter who seemed to be a staff member but very well could have been a customer was clearly staring at me but not talking to me--creepy! 2nd experience (today): 1 star. I made an appointment for a 60 minute deep tissue massage. I arrived a bit early. No one was at the front desk, so I waited until 5 minutes before my appointment time to ring the bell. A different receptionist help me get set up and into my room. My therapist, Amanda, started my massage 10 minutes late, but to her credit, she made up the time so that I got my full 60 minutes. Although the pressure was fine (I needed the strong pressure for my knots and sore muscles), she was a bit rough and sloppy with the massage. For example, she would grab my skin so that it felt like I was being pinched (I discovered a bruise from this when I got home), and she yanked my underwear around a lot (she could have done this with more care). As a result, I only wanted to tip the minimum 15%, but after she counted how much I gave her in front of me(!!), she pulled out a sign that the business requires a minimum of a $20 tip for 60-minute massage because she couldn't express herself in English and got her coworker to explain that tipping at a massage parlor is different than tipping at a restaurant as the therapists work very hard. There are so many things wrong with this. My initial complaint is that they should be more transparent with their pricing by posting this sign up with their prices, but guess what? That's illegal, which is why they showed me a sign after the fact. Also, asking for a tip makes it not a tip. Finally, I would sure love to hear what restaurant servers have to say about her response because I guess servers don't work as hard as massage therapists? In all seriousness, if businesses need to provide a better wage for their workers, increase the massage price; tips need to be earned! Tips were traditionally meant To Insure Proper Service, but I definitely did not receive proper service. Try at your own risk, but the quality of your massage is hit or miss and I wouldn't want to support the business practices and customer service that I experienced.

This was my first time at Saigon spa and it was a 10 out of 10 experience. Upon arrival it felt cozy, especially with the holiday decorations! Once I checked in I was able to go to my room. The room felt calm, cozy, and clean. I undressed and was surprised with a heated bed. I got under the blankets and felt instant relief. Within the next couple of minutes, Rose came in and asked what I wanted to focus on. She felt comforting and easy to talk to especially with the check ins during the massage from time to time. Was looking to loosen some knots and thought that this place had such a high review and didn't want to think further so I arrived at my appointment time and when you first enter, they give you sandals to slip into the you are lead into the massage room. I was quite surprised that they also had a shower area which I wasn't expecting that you can shower after the massage. I did the 60 mins massage for $100 and it was well worth it.
