I had already planned to leave a tip, but when it wasn't what they considered their "minimum," I was questioned about it and even laughed at. That alone was unprofessional, but it didn't stop there. The front desk staff then pulled out a tip sign that was hidden behind another sign--something that should have been clearly visible from the start if it's truly their policy. On top of that, I was charged more on my card than what I was told. Fifteen percent does not equal twenty percent, and that kind of discrepancy is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the towels used during the service had a noticeable mildew smell, especially the one placed on my face, which completely took away from what should have been a relaxing experience. Overall, between the lack of transparency, pressure around tipping, being overcharged, and poor hygiene standards, this was not a professional or comfortable environment. I would not recommend this place.

The massage itself was not good. There was no consultation beforehand -- no questions about pressure, problem areas, or preferences. It felt generic and impersonal. Most of the time was spent working over a towel using elbows and forearms, which made it feel ineffective and not worth the cost. What bothered me the most was the gratuity expectation. A 25% tip was clearly pushed as the standard, regardless of the quality of service. I felt pressured to tip generously even though the experience didn't justify it. Tipping should reflect service, not be demanded. Overall, I left feeling dissatisfied and overcharged. I would not return.

I wanted to try this place out after seeing their 4.0 rating; which was better than my usual place…read moredown the street; which is getting busy and sloppy. I was quite pleased with my experience here. While it is a little 'rustic' inside (just bamboo screens for privacy in the open area), I had a nice 30 minute foot/30 minute body massage in the public area $45 cash. They raised the credit card fee to $2 for cards. Don't be shy ladies! If you get a male massuse, wear a bra that opens in the back, and they might ask you to remove your shirt so they can have access to your back area. This wasn't a problem. My male massuse had firm pressure to get knots out and was very through and did a slow, job (not rushed or sloppy). I liked this place more as they use oils and not a salt scrub for my feet and legs and then you are rinsed off with hot towel. Its a busy Korean strip mall so parking is a bit tight. I tipped $20 because this man did a good job; don't skimp on the tips please! These folks aren't paid that well hourly and rely on the tips to supplement their income. Bring CASH for the tip so they can take it home and they have sign that says $15-20 MINIMUM tip for 1 hour of work: thats reasonable. total out the door: $65....a bargain massage done well.

This facility *used* to be good, had respectable masseuse persons, and a welcoming environment. …read more.. Not anymore. Went in earlier this week for a one hour full body. $70 seems average in this area. The person providing the massage was nice at first, and the massage itself was very relaxing (covered all the points as expected). When came time to flip over, I was asked if my "member" wanted to be touched, to which I said no. Got a disappointed response and continued. -- Not what I was there for. At the end, after I got dressed, the masseuse was waiting right outside my door. Odd that the person couldn't wait in the lobby like other places. No complimentary water or "how was your experience" questionaire given. They looked at me and said "tip?" with their hand out. Gave them $20 (typical amount for a good massage) and was rudely asked "No $20! $30 minimum!" to which I noted it was a fair tip and all I had. The masseuse then said "I massage your whole body! This is nothing!" and softly punched me in the stomach, walked away, and slammed the door in my face. Lobby desk lady saw everything, and simply said "thank you for coming" as I walked out. They clearly are here to provide "extras", and think their attitude is acceptable when their paterons tell them no. -- Other reviews on here and some search sites show similar reviews. If you want "extras", this is the place. -- If you want a legit massage with respect and gratitude, don't even bother. Very disappointed. 1-star at best.

Parking was available both in their private lot or on the street. $24.99 for a 60-minute foot massage that included a warm foot bath, head and face massage, before moving on to a shoulder and arm massage. Plenty of free parking lots and street parking nearby (street parking limited to 2 hours from 9-6pm, except Sundays and holidays)... I parked right in front of the entrance on a Sunday afternoon. Got the combo massage (30 min foot, 30 minute body) which was $50 + $5 additional charge for credit card payment. It was more like 10 minutes on the feet and 50 minutes on the rest of the body. This massage was half clothed. My masseuse had me remove my top and wear a spa wrap garment, covering my upper body but open on the back. The shared massage room had four beds total with curtains that could separate the individual spaces to make them more private. The environment was dimly lit with soothing melodies playing in the background. The pressure during my treatment was good, on the strong side as requested, with the use of hot stones, heated pads, and ashiatsu. I was surprised to find they do back walking in the shared room, but I don't mind a variety of techniques being used as long as it's effective. I honestly don't need all the extras (like burning stones and fancy coverings), just a simple massage focused on loosening my knots. And my masseuse did that for the most part, though she was more successful when using her elbows and forearms. Staff was friendly here too, even with limited communication. Overall, I had a positive experience.
