This was the worst experience I had wedding dress shopping. I went to seven bridal shops and Zoe was the rudest, most condescending employee. The appointment started off odd. She had us pulling dresses instead of her doing it. Every other place, I sat and relaxed while they pulled dresses. When the styles that I picked weren't working for me, and I voiced my concern she became difficult. My family tried to talk to her and she shut them down, saying me and her were having private discussions. Finally, when we complained to the owner, Zoe made a passive aggressive comment in front of all of us. And the owner offered nothing, all she said was that I could pay $300 for a special appointment with her. Def would not recommend! read more

I was able to choose my dresses instead of having the stylist bring my dresses to me. We were able to try on 6 dresses during the initial appointment. Saint-Clark was the second bridal boutique I visited to try on wedding dresses, and for me, the second time was the charm! Zoe was the one that helped me during my first appointment at Saint-Clark, and she made it such a pleasant experience. I let her know what I was looking for and she pulled dresses that fit my vision and my budget. She was patient, kind, caring, and just a dream to work with! At the end of the appointment, I was torn between two different dresses and didn't feel ready to make a decision yet. Once I got home, I was still thinking about the two dresses so I knew one of them had to be *the dress.* I think almost immediately or a day later, I reached out to schedule a second appointment. Unfortunately, they don't do second appointments on Saturdays, but Lisa kindly accommodated my work schedule and stayed late on a Tuesday just so I could try on the two dresses again. When I finally decided on the dress, I paid the 50% deposit and the rest was history! Lisa placed the order and the dress arrived on time as promised. I also got the dress altered by their in-house seamstress and was so happy with the results! Truly, a 10/10 experience!! I dont know where to begin. Saint-Clark Bridal Suite was absolute magic. From the second I walked in, I knew I was going to find my dress. I originally went in to meet with Lisa, the owner, about designing a custom dress. My stylist, Zoe, pulled a few dresses to see some different necklines and shapes, and then they put me in a gown from Lisa's own line -- something I never would've picked for myself -- and it was instantly THE dress. It pulled together everything I loved in ways I thought I wouldn't even like. It really taught me that sometimes the style you're convinced you want isn't the one, and having experts like Lisa and Zoe who truly listen and understand their craft is invaluable. Without them, I would have ended up with a totallyyyy different dress that doesn't even compare to this one!!!! The shop itself is gorgeous, by the way. Every single dress they carry is stunning, but Lisa's designs especially are next-level. Both Lisa and Zoe gave such thoughtful, smart opinions throughout the whole appointment. I was there for over two hours, and not once did I feel rushed or like I was taking up too much time. They made me feel like I was their only priority. I made my appointment online, it was very easy. This visit was my first visit to a real bridal boutique. I had so many butterflies, as a plus size woman, and just someone who does not buy nice things for myself. I was so anxious that the staff would be snooty and or mean. Well all of my worries washed away when I stepped in the door. I was greeted so warmly by Lisa (the owner) and Zoe they said they loved my outfit, and they made me feel so comfortable. After talking with Lisa and Zoe, expressing what I wanted, lisa pulled out a dress and said I think you're going to like this one, it just came off the runway. I was really excited, They let me pick out dresses, and we tried on about 6 dresses. I was able to pinpoint the things I did not love, and the things I did. The one I fell in love with, was the one Lisa pulled to show me. My sister bought her dress here during COVID and had a wonderful experience, so I was excited to come to the same place. When I arrived, I didn't realize there would be another bridal party at the same time. Normally that would have been fine, but the layout places both parties directly across from each other, which meant we were constantly squeezing by people and ending up in the background of each other's photos. The appointment started off well, but as it went on, my party and I began to feel like our opinions weren't being considered and that we were being rushed. The other party clearly had a much larger budget and was trying on gowns with long trains that were often spread into our side of the room. My stylist stopped laying out my train altogether, and members of my party had to get up every time just so I could see the back of my dresses. This felt strange right away. While changing, my stylist repeatedly walked away, leaving me waiting or with an assistant who didn't know how to clip the dresses properly. I either had to wait for the stylist to come back or walk out holding the dress up myself. None of this would have bothered me as much if there had been better communication, or if it hadn't been so obvious that I was receiving different treatment than the other bride. At the start, my stylist told me she didn't want my party choosing dresses because she didn't want me to fall in love with something outside my budget. I assured her that my group was very conscious of price--especially since I intentionally gave her a lower number than my actual budget to avoid being shown only the most expensive options. Despite that, I was repeatedly brought the same silhouette. Eventually, my mom picked a dress herself so I could at least confirm whether a different style worked for me. The stylist made several comments that implied my mom was trying to push me into something, even though I explained multiple times that I didn't think I'd like the style but appreciated my mom wanting me to feel confident in my choice. I really didn't appreciate the attitude toward my mother, and by the end, it felt like the stylist didn't care whether I bought a dress at all. Thankfully I had an appointment for a different shop later that day and was able to find a dress I loved and have an amazing experience with my family that flew in just to be there for me. read more

Beyond the beautiful gown, the precise alterations, and the immaculate attention to detail, I want to shine a light on Lisa, the owner of Saint Clark Bridal Suite. I honestly don't know where to begin with my praises for Lisa. I met her 11 months ago when I came into the store looking for my gown. As soon as I walked in, I could tell this wasn't your typical bridal shop. My mother and I were greeted with the warmest smiles -- even though we arrived late. My daughter had sent Suzanne her ideas, pictures and spoken to her prior to the visit and I've got to say they were more than ready with absolutely beautiful dresses for my daughter. I had gone to 2 different bridal shops before saint clark bridal. Both shops had cheap dresses but also cheap material. Even the most expensive dress did not compare to the quality of dresses you will find at saint clark bridal. When I called to make the appointment the expectation from the beginning to end felt as detailed and service to the end. I expected a beautiful say yes to the dress experience. At the other 2 shops both well known shops across the US gave a really cheap and acted like you were just a sale to them. This shop they care they gave me multiple appointments to find the right dress when I was stuck on 2 dresses. The staff and owner cared and really wanted me to find the right dress. They had conversations with me and found we had so much in common. Also the payment plan helped so much. They are quick with the in house alterations. I just picked up my dress. My wedding is in hawaii on 06/23/25. The shop owner gave me advice on how to travel with my dress. I hope every bride has the same wonderful experience I had. They were kind enough to offer a complimentary make up trial for my appointment. They ask you to provide photos of dresses you like for inspiration as well as your budget. They were very considerate with my budget and were not pushy at all. I had a great experience here and they have great affordable options for dresses which range $1200-$3k+. I tried on about 10 dresses for our 1.5 hour appointment. They were so eager to help me find my perfect dress which i appreciated. Great experience here, absolutely recommend. I would not recommend, they don't give you a lot of options. I felt like the stylist got bothered when I ask to try on more dresses and I ask to try on different vails. I felt rushed, she said if I don't place the order today. She would have to charge me an extra $150 for a rush fee. My wedding is in March of 2025. And the charges for alterations are $900 per visit. From 1700 it went up to $4500k. Sorry but, I wouldn't recommend this place. I found my dress at a different location and Wow, totally different experience.
