I drove over an hour from LA for this appointment, and I would have driven MANY more just for this experience. I have had quite a few appointments elsewhere, and have always left disappointed. Hanna Bridal is such a cute shop with a great selection, and Candace was an absolute breath of fresh air! She sat down with me and really got into what I was/wasn't looking for, and what hadn't worked about other dresses I've tried. I felt heard for basically the first time, and like she genuinely wanted me to find the perfect dress - she wasn't trying to force me into a decision just to make a sale (which had been my experience everywhere else I tried in LA). Her feedback on each dress was invited and very thoughtful, and she made it so easy to trust that I was in good hands. I'm also the type that has gone into shops with a list of specific dresses that I want to try on, but Candace herself pulled THE dress! It's 100% not a dress I would have ordinarily picked from looking at the photo, but she had me try it and I fell in love. I wanted to respect another appointment I had made later that afternoon so I didn't buy it right then, but knew it was the one and went right back to Hanna Bridal after finishing the second appointment. This review is long overdue! I would leave Candace and Hanna Bridal 10 stars if I could. Bottom line for brides: no need to go to OC or LA - Diamond Bar has the best bridal shop around. Hanna Bridal is women-owned, has bridal stylists with high integrity and deep knowledge of the bridal industry, tailoring, styling. I got engaged in March, and my fiancé and I decided we couldn't wait any longer and wanted to get married in November 2022. I was so excited to go bridal gown shopping, and the experience was sadly not enjoyable. I had traveled to several "TikTok famous" stores in LA and OC, only to be met with stylists who didn't understand my vision, sample sizes that were too small, and shamed into limited options due to the "quick" turnaround time. I was told my options were damaged dresses off the rack, or pay hundreds in rush charges for a new dress. That was until I found Hanna Bridal. I stumbled upon their store randomly on the internet and decided to give it a try since it was 15 mins from my house. Upon entering the store, Candace greeted me as if we were old friends, asked for my inspiration pictures and got to work. She totally understood my vision. The "quick turnaround" that other stores claimed I needed to accept scraps, Candace gladly took on as a challenge. She only showed me dresses that could be shipped in time, with no rush charges. They helped me narrow down my choices and were very observant on my responses to each dress.
