I saw positive reviews on Yelp and decided to book a try-on appointment. They didn't pick up the phone so I contacted them through the website. Someone texted me and we just communicate via texting. There is a fee per hour to try on dresses. I confirmed my appointment again via text a few days before. There is parking behind the business but I didn't know and I parked on the street. There is no business name on the suite. Just go to suite 103. The door was locked so I called and someone opened the door for me. I brought my mom and sister to this appointment. Kandee helped me out and I told her it's my first time trying on bridal dresses. She recommended that I try on several styles so I know what I like and didn't like. She is very nice and patient with me. They offer rental if you are not looking to buy a dress. They also do custom gown if that's what you want. I like that Kandee didn't pressure me to buy a dress. In fact, she encourages me to try on more dresses at other places too. I appreciate that I wasn't pressured into buying a dress that day. I feel very comfortable. I'm going to browse a bit more and I'd definitely consider them once I know what I'm looking for. Overall a great experience especially if this is your first time. read more

Also, the quality of the dresses look better than another wedding dress rental place I've gone to. Annie can provide suggestions for dresses based on your liking and also will inform you if the dress looks best for photos indoors or outdoors. I had a great experience at this shop! Everyone was very helpful and I found my dress! The moment we left the shop the first time my mom says "you better go Yelp them immediately! They were amazing!" (Sorry mom I just got around to leaving this review) Pros: Great staff, good area to try on the dresses, great at helping me visualize changes to the dress or adding jewelry, veils etc. I lighted the lighting here. The selection was broad enough to try alot of different styles. My mom was treated very nicely and Joey was great at helping me give her a great experience as well. We had some last minute changes that they accommodated very sweetly and we got a great price! Everything ran very smoothly for us and really made it an experience with no stress. Cons: only one! The sizes here tend to run small but they can order it in different sizes and were really good about helping me see how the dress would look in my size so I didn't really feel this was too much of an issue. I made an appointment online for 10AM today and I could not find the store, there we no signs anywhere, and when I called the number from Yelp and from the consultation confirmation email, both times it went to voicemail. I am beginning to think this store is not even in existence. Is it a scam? I have no other alternative but to think these things. If this is the case, please beware of this and don't bother going. If this store is real, then you have just lost a potential customer, and I wasted my morning going to my appointment at the scheduled time, going in circles trying to find the place and getting sent to voice mail on two different numbers that I called.
