Finally, when we complained to the owner, Zoe made a passive aggressive comment in front of all of us. The seamstress Garine was kind and helpful, but another employee Zina was so incredibly rude. She came off very kind in the beginning but she is a very hostile woman who made the entire experience a very sad one for me and it's still on my mind. When I went to pick up my dress, she called me and immediately accused me of being "disrespectful" for not doing all my alterations with them--something that was never stated to me as a clear policy. In person, she continued to speak to me harshly and said I wasted their time and what I did was not acceptable. She said it so many times and so aggressively I started to cry, and only then she felt bad for being so ridiculously harsh. I even offered to apologize to her seamstress who she claims I was wasting her time, to which she then told told me "it's not a big deal" To make it worse, I was quoted $50 but charged $75 with no clear explanation. I did not want to further argue so I paid what was asked. I went in to pick up my wedding dress, an experience every girl wants to remember for the rest of their lives and left feeling upset and honestly in tears. No customer should be treated this way. Having said that though, my experience was the complete opposite, keeping in mind that I did not get anything altered or ordered anything. What I purchased was this beautiful back up dress for my daughter's baptism. It was simple and elegant but most importantly the quality was what I was looking for. The sales lady that helped me was Celine. She was amicable. Not pushy. Understood what I wanted. She found the dress that I wanted and even paired it with some cute shoes. She has a good eye for pairing items in my opinion. I had went to a different location and the lady was selling me an off white pair of shoes with an ultra white dress. Hate when the sales person disregard details like that as if they are minor. However, with Celine I felt she knew and was not trying to sell me something simply because I was there. The ease of our conversation, her manner of servicing was awesome. I was expecting to buy a 2nd back-up dress but I did. Mine you she offered great service despite knowing that I had already purchased a dress. She didn't ignore me and pass me off as a "looky look". I think it paid off. My mom went and tried on a dress on Monday and the manager, Irma, told her that she needed to leave a deposit and that it had to be half of the amount of the dress. My mom left the deposit and since they didn't have her size Irma told her that she would order her two sizes that she could try on when she came Thursday to pick up. An XXL and an XL. We got there Thursday and another worker was there and brought out only the XXL but the dress was stained with grease. Then when we asked her about the XL she said it didn't arrive. We never received a phone call from anyone telling us that only one of the dresses had arrived and why would we take a dress with a black grease stain on it? I asked the girl if my mom could just have her deposit back because we didn't have time anymore to be driving back and forth, the dress didn't even fit her and it was dirty. The girl just blankly stared at us and said she had to call her manager Irma. She called her manager in front of us and the manager told her that if we wanted the deposit we had to drive to their location in Buena Park and get it from her. The girl said she could not give a deposit back herself without a manager present. I find that odd, most stores can give deposits back why does a manager need to be present? I asked the girl when her manager was available at each location, and she wrote it down for me and everything so we could stop by another day. We had already wasted time and gas getting to that location. Irma agreed over the phone to give us the deposit and we heard it too because they talked in front of us. Forward the next day and Irma calls my mom telling her that she can't give her the deposit anymore and she can come instead Tuesday to try on the dresses because she would be ordering them. We told her she had literally confirmed yesterday that we would get a deposit back, then she played clueless and said who said that? I took the phone and said you said that, we heard the call when your worker called you. She got upset and said she would need to see who we were talking about and said she would call back. I'm pretty sure she will not be calling back. Please avoid this shop at all costs.

It was uncomfortable and unnecessary. I only got to try on one dress, and even then, there was no real effort to help me explore options or make the experience enjoyable. It felt like she didn't want to assist me or take the time to work with me at all. The shop itself is in a house, which I don't mind, but the customer service was extremely lacking. On top of that, many of the dresses seemed too short for taller girls, which made the selection even more limiting. Overall, I felt unwelcome, unsupported, and honestly discouraged. I was able to make an appointment the same day I found them on yelp. The customer service from the person making the appointments, Dantella and the other girls making the alterations was exceptional.
