I had a great experience at this shop! Everyone was very helpful and I found my dress! The moment we left the shop the first time my mom says "you better go Yelp them immediately! They were amazing!" (Sorry mom I just got around to leaving this review) Pros: Great staff, good area to try on the dresses, great at helping me visualize changes to the dress or adding jewelry, veils etc. I lighted the lighting here. The selection was broad enough to try alot of different styles. My mom was treated very nicely and Joey was great at helping me give her a great experience as well. We had some last minute changes that they accommodated very sweetly and we got a great price! Everything ran very smoothly for us and really made it an experience with no stress. Cons: only one! The sizes here tend to run small but they can order it in different sizes and were really good about helping me see how the dress would look in my size so I didn't really feel this was too much of an issue. My cousin reffered me to this place and told me to check it out. I gave them a last minute call after being done shopping at another store and the lady was able to take me in last minute. I met Kandee when I got there. She was very accommodating and helpful. She helped me select the styles that would look good on me and there are various dresses there for rental. So if you're looking for rental that's within decent prices, this is the place to go to. If you decide to rent the dress there, they also offer many good deals and cleaning fee is included so that's something you don't need to worry about. Cute store with a good assortment of wedding dresses but overall service was subpar. I stumbled upon this store randomly and decided to rent my wedding dress and qipao here since the prices were reasonable. Fast forward to the day where I pick up my dress.. I ask the lady when I should return the dress and she tells me up to 7 days after the wedding is fine. Ok cool. So I plan accordingly. THE DAY of my wedding I get a text from the same person asking me if I was able to return the dress the next day. I was slightly annoyed but agreed to drop the dress off the next day. She stated anytime from 11:00am-5:00pm is fine. The day after my wedding, I'm tired as hell and I had ton of post-wedding errands to run, with returning the dress being one of them. I planned on returning the dress at 5pm since I was super busy. I get another text around 3:30pm, asking me when I am coming and there's another customer who really wanted to try on the dress and she had waited for a few days. HAHAHA. I mean really? I return the dress and that same lady checks the dress for damages. She had this unpleasant disappointed look on her face, and asks me if I was on grass, to which I replied yes. Then she tells me she's probably going to have to charge me for dry cleaning. I told her I've only been on dirt & grass plus there was some scuff marks from guests accidentally stepping on the dress... But she didn't seem to believe me. It's not like I had blood or oil stains. I mean it's just comical at this point. Of course in the end she ended up not charging me All in all, customer service was pretty subpar and I would suggest to go somewhere else. I made an appointment at LZ Bridal and I liked that each appointment is one on one. There are no other brides, just you and and your entourage in the shop. I believe my consultant's name was Christine. She was really sweet and made me feel very comfortable. She was very patient with me and let me try on any dresses that I wanted to wear or even ones my mom would pick out! All the dresses she helped pick out were beautiful, and my whole party liked her choices as well. There were certainly a few that we all liked so she helped send an email with my choices before I made any decisions for the day. Although I don't think I found my dress there, I would definitely recommend visiting LZ Bridal since they have a good selection of dresses to try. They also have option to rent if that is a route you are interested in. Thanks again to Christine for the experience! I scheduled an appointment for today for trying on wedding dressing and received a confirmation email indicating that I was all set. Check out the image I posted as proof. When I arrived no one was there to unlock the door. I called the businesses number and somebody picked up saying they had no record of my appointments despite having an email confirmation. I asked if they can help me otherwise since I was outside. They said no one was present and they said perhaps they can send somebody over to me but it could take over 20 minutes but no guarantee. I was unable to stay because I have to be somewhere at a specific time and planned this around other obligations. On top do it both my mom and I took time off of work in order to be able to do this. It's really frustrating and unprofessional. Likely the worst part was that the person I spoke to didn't think it was a problem and blamed it on the system, rather than having a true empathetic apology. Lesson learned - in the future I will call and confirm all appointments at other businesses by phone to hear a "yes" by voice. read more

I had the pleasure of renting not one but two wedding dresses at LZ Bridal and I adore BOTH! The only reason this reviewed dropped from anything lower than a 5 star is because my very first appointment, we drove over an hour, super excited about my first dress trying on experience EVER but then when we got there they were closed. We were able to reach Joey and he mentioned there was an error on their appointment system and no one was actually in the salon at this time or pretty much the whole day. I was incredibly disappointed, but Joey apologized profusely and asked me to come back again mentioning that if I did, he would offer a discount. He did honor that discount and made sure to confirm with me all the rest of my appointments via call and/or text. Usually if something like this happens, I just wouldn't go back but I'm glad I listened to that little voice inside of me. My experiences moving forward went smoothly, speedily but not in a rushed manner and I love love love both my elopement and reception dresses. They were clean, tailored and we received exactly what we thought we would. The salon itself is small and dainty but beautiful, bright, and very clean as well. This shop is honestly amazing! I came here with my bridesmaids and it was such a welcoming environment. They were able to squeeze me in for a last minute appointment in November. I tried on the first dress that my bridesmaid picked out and immediately fell in love! I didn't even bother looking for any other dresses after the first 3 that were picked out for me. But even then, I was still awed by all of the beautiful dresses around me. I didn't see any dresses that were trashy. You can tell this place has good taste and carefully handpicked. It's such an intimate studio, so we were free to look around and still maintain social distancing. I think they try to do one party at a time so that you can have all of your loved ones there. Picked my dress fairly quickly. The manager who first helped me was fine although she pinched my skin in the zipper. Shit hurt lol. When i came to pick up my dress the day before my wedding they handed me the wrong dress. Then they found mine and didnt even wash it, it had a red stain. The manager who first helped me wasn't there. Instead some kid was vigorously spraying the dress to get the stain out. They also didnt clean up any of the lose threads and the lose top inside the lining like we had discussed. The inside layers of the dress were too long and my feet were getting swallowed. Don't be fooled by the relatively small boutique when you walk in. I was interested in renting a dress, not buying, which I highly recommend. I went to several boutiques to try on dresses (1 in Vancouver, 4 in NorCal, and 2 in SoCal), including some that only sold dresses, and this boutique hands down had the most beautiful dresses!!!! Even though it seems like this boutique is relatively small, I feel like they carefully curate their selection so that each and every dress is of the highest quality and absolutely beautiful. The dresses that they design themselves are also so much prettier than some other designer dresses I had tried on. I had previously tried on Pronovias, Essence of Australia, etc. The dresses are so unique and feel very one of a kind. Yiwen was also super sweet in helping me decide my dress with my family and was also very responsive. Best of all, the price of rentals here was very fair and affordable!! I compared prices here to other rental places (NorCal and SoCal prices) and thought this was the BEST deal! Highly recommend this place to bride to be's. I said yes to the dress! LZ Bridal dresses are more unique, special and dramatic than other designs I've seen. My top two choices actually came from LZ and I had such a tough time deciding which one to go with, but I think I made the right choice!
