I had my wedding trial in January, which I liked very much. I had a question for my artist whom I texted a week before my wedding (end of March) to ask, only to find out that she no longer worked for the company and left mid-February. Neither my planner or I were informed of this, or were re-booked a trial with a new artist, which I found completely unacceptable. After calling this out, Makiaj booked me a re-trial on the Thursday before my wedding. This caused me a TON of stress on my wedding week, which could have been easily avoided. Trials are meant to be used to make changes, which if this was done on my wedding day, would have caused delays in the wedding day schedule. My new artist said she had my on her schedule mid-February, but Makiaj just didn't schedule a re-trial for me. I am still giving Makiaj 2 stars because their master artists (the artists for the brides) are extremely talented. Shout out to Jada, who's foundation and skin work is AMAZING!

She just got done coloring my hair bring pink in fact, a pink ombré. It looks great. Courtney is also my makeup artist. She has accompanied me to photo shoots and prepares me for various events when needed. I couldn't speak more highly of any other hair stylist. She's a great person too, fun to talk with. She's very easy going and is willing to drive any where for a hair or makeup client. If you decide to go with Courtney Ness you won't go wrong. I highly recommend her.

I'm not a big makeup person so I felt this makeup is going to be so heavy and caked on. But total opposite it looks super natural and lightweight (hopefully that makes sense). Debbie did a phenomenal job. We were a party of 7 - each with our own style. From the 20 to the 50 year olds, Debbie made us all happy. No one looked plastic or petrified - my fears were unfounded in her hands. I managed to garden to long in the sun just four days prior to our event. Debbie tackled my uber - strange sunburn pattern against my ghostly pale strap lines - like a true professional. She saved the day! She was flexible, professional and pleasant. A real gem - I highly recommend her.

I was getting married soon, and was very nervous about finding a quality artist. I had bad skin, and my blemishes were not easy to cover. I called Leah and set up a trial with her. She was professional, caring, and sweet! Despite being embarassed of my skin condition, I felt comfortable with her and confident she would do a great job on my wedding day. As I expected, Leah came to me on my wedding day calm and ready to beautify me. She did a fabulous job, and I am so happy I found her. My makeup looked fresh the entire night, and I received many compliments (and continue to) for having a great makeup job. All I can say is thanks to Leah! She also did makeup for two of my bridesmaids / sister-in-laws, and my mother... Her work is flawless! We all had fake eyelashes, which she applied smoothly and they remained secure the entire night.
