Since moving to the area, I was really glad to find this salon so close to me! The salon itself is…read morebeautiful; it's always clean, cozy (slippers, coffee, water), and comfortable. The chairs at the bowl are very comfortable (no neck strain, ever!) and the heating element is mobile and comfortable to sit under. The booking process is also very clear and easy to use. I've been seeing Emma for highlights. I'm very happy with her work!! I love the dimension she is able to attain. I would recommend her to anyone! Update February 2024 - still loving Salon Sano and Emma Eich! The most relaxing three hours getting highlights, tone, root smudge, deep conditioning, cut and style. It's a wonderful thing to have a long-running relationship with a stylist; Emma has great intuition about all things hair! I know I could walk in, not say a word, and leave looking like a million bucks. Not to mention the longevity of the color/style! The salon itself is as clean and comfortable as ever. It's clear that the stylists have a lot of pride in their work and their workspace!

The Hours are very convenient. The Barber Tony was excellent; he not only gave me one of the best cuts I may have ever had, but he was friendly and we had great conversation. I highly recommend this Barbershop (shoot I do not even consider it your typical shop - it is nice, spacious with the lounge (which has a pool-table and dartboard!) and overall is very well done from the decor to the jazz music playing in the background and big screen TV's!) to anyone who is looking for a great atmosphere and amazing barber. PS - I normally do not write these reviews but when I saw that they only had one review and it was only 3 STARS on Yelp, so I was compelled to write one on this platform (they are very well ranked on google). There was a comfortable chair, but the basin was on the floor, atop a massaging unit. Had to put feet on a stool- very uncomfortable. Technician was very meticulous, took her time. It was obvious that the salon was in the middle of redecorating and that someone had filled holes in the drywall and was preparing to paint. No worries- every building needs that at some point. Once my haircut started, some guy comes out of the back room, climbs a stepladder and starts sanding the drywall! No vacuum, no moisture to knock down the dust. It didn't take long for the gypsum to irritate my throat and lungs- I began to have coughing fits despite my best efforts to stay still and quiet. Didn't really help. My stylist offers to get me a glass of water, which I gladly agree to. She walks away and is gone for longer than I'd expect. When she eventually reappears, the manager is behind her... no water, just a single cough drop that she thrust at me with a sour look on her face. I thank them for the 'effort'. For the next five minutes, the manager makes multiple loud (enough for the entire store to hear) snotty comments about how she "can't stand the coughing and why doesn't it stop?" The cough drop hardly made a difference in my fits as the drywall dust continued to blow through the back of the salon where my chair was. Holy smokes Felecia, maybe don't do remodeling during business hours? I should have confronted her then and there, but just wanted to get out of the dust storm that continued to worsen. He checked in online comes in and is told five people are in front of him. It's not a holiday weekend, no prom, graduation. Unfortunately it's about staffing and today they only have two people. Listen kids it's just not worth the time sitting around. Go to a stylist and make an appointment or find a barber. This is not the place. The end
