Back in May I stopped by here on a whim and purchased a diffuser, three diffuser blends, kids fairy spray and a pocket farmacy. Primarily due to the employee being amazingly nice and kind to myself and my toddler. Yesterday I entered the store and no one greeted me. I was in the store for 5-10 mins and for a while the only customer in the store. I had a few things in my hands I intended to purchase but my toddler start getting fussy. Never once did an employee ask if I wanted help or even a hello. I only received either a small smile or a snicker I am not sure which from an employee after I put the two items I had planned to purchase back and take my moody toddler out. I wish I could recall the first employee name from May, I was actually hoping she would be working again. I have always supported this store because I love their products. The English woman Jane who works there is super sweet. However after being treated so rudely today by a curly dark long haired woman working, for not wearing a mask. Wow. Just wow. Truly disgusting. I was at the door, using their sanitizer and lotion, speaking to Jane about products, and as soon as my foot went over the line from outside the store to inside, this lady yelled from the back " do you have a mask?!!" I said "no, I do not". Her reply? "We'll we can't help you, and we need to ask you to leave the store." I mean, what a f**king c***! No, "we have one for you, can you please use it?" Nope. Just pure disgust of a healthy human breathing fresh air. Will not be back. Can't give money to businesses enforcing like this. Total disregard & disrespect. Shop elsewhere like Malibu Shaman. This place is incredible. And, Canadian! Yes! Super helpful staff. So glad to see this in this plaza. You cannot miss it as you walk by. The soothing smells! It is very warm and inviting inside. Large. Uncluttered and all the product shelves are stocked and labelled. You want natural products for muscle pain, headaches, bath, topical creams, allergies, men's product's etc - this is your spot. I purchased what is said to be their #1 blend, the Peppermint Halo. Rub some in your palms, up to your nose. Sheer bliss. And I am not even a huge peppermint fan. Or the lavender for that matter that it is blended with but it just works. (rosemary is in there too) At the first sign of a headache, you roll this on temples and back of the neck. Also purchased Muscle Melt (for soreness) and the large sized bath salts for pain. After spending a day by the beach, my friends and I decided to stop by this shopping center and to my lovely surprise, I spotted a Saje boutique -- I just had to go in!
