He was so thoughtful and informative, I left feeling excited and comfortable with the makeup that he helped me find instead of overwhelmed and skeptical that I'd be able to pull it off. I really appreciate Andres taking time to make sure I knew proper application and color matching. I learned so much from him and can't wait to have a classy makeup routine that is age appropriate but still fun! Today, however, it felt like the moment the employees saw I was there for a return, I was treated differently. I actually came in planning to purchase a few items, but no one approached me or offered assistance. There were several employees standing around, and I eventually had to walk up and ask for help myself. At checkout, I also had over 700 Beauty Insider points available. After the employee had already completed my transaction, I had to ask how many points I had. Since it's also my birthday month, I expected to at least be asked whether I wanted to redeem my points or claim my birthday gift, but nothing was offered. I was considering placing an online order while I was there, but after this experience, I decided to leave without purchasing anything else or redeeming my points. The employee didn't offer me a shopping bag or ask if I needed anything else. Instead, he immediately began helping the customer behind me while I was still trying to indicate that I wanted to ask about redeeming my points. Overall, the experience made me feel rushed, overlooked, and unwelcome. Customers making returns should receive the same level of service as customers making purchases, especially when they are also interested in shopping.

I called to see if they took walk ins and vivian told me I could come right then. I walked in and the atmosphere was warm and inviting, the place was clean and smelled nice. I showed Vivian a photo of what I wanted, and she delivered. The nails she gave me were better than the inspo pic. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to add on anything. I will definitely be back.

When I walked in, I was greeted by the friendliest staff and the biggest hello from Alex! I was seated immediately on one of the most comfortable massage chairs, and I was in and out of there in 30 minutes with the best service (which is the fastest and most efficient nail experience I've ever had!). I got a gel manicure and a gel pedicure -- and I was treated so well, and I felt so pampered!! There were so many colors to choose from, and the nail technicians helped me out. Alex said that they've been there for 5 years, and the other client sitting next to me also said she's been a loyal customer since the start of their opening. I saw Alex greet people by name and go around to make sure everyone was comfortable. What got me upset is when my mother came in the lady started to laugh like it's funny I can't speak well as she points out. She told my mom that I can't speak and kept saying "umm". I was just nervous and confused about what was going on. My nails aren't even good at all. She did my nails that aren't even at all. Some are square like sharp square but others aren't even square at all. Especially, don't come there because she told me that she doesn't care about my feelings. The way she said it was beyond disgusting! I never seen bad behavior with a nail tech. She really is rude and will be losing her customers of how she is! Today, she lost 4 people at the same time! She thought I was gonna hit her like I'm not a type of person who fights. I was trying to express how I felt uncomfortable. Usually when I'm sitting in it processing, he's making fun of me the whole time, he came home and didn't even notice. This stuff was not sticky, and I looked so natural, I slept in it, and it didn't even smell in the morning I realized oh yeah, I got a spray tan. I need to shower this stuff off and I was definitely dark by then , so I jumped in the shower and the color was absolutely perfect super natural. I didn't look embarrassing and slightly orange like usual. Usually the first day everyone can tell I got a spray, and I usually have to wait a day or two for it to mellow down and then it looks really good, but this one looks good the very next morning, right after I showered, everyone is complementing how natural and glowy I look. Like I just got back from Cabo or something fantastic like that. Jen has a great personality, she makes you feel very comfortable and her space is adorable. She is fast and on time and knowledgeable in what she does, she also offers full body waxing. I'll definitely be going back for more sprays and I'll definitely be sending friends !!
