I'm certifiably obsessed with boba tea, so when I found out that there was a Michelin rated spot…read morejust outside of ATL I knew I had to make the drive over. I decided to try one of their signature teas, the creamy lemon tart. The drink was beautifully packaged and the flavor is exactly as described: tart lemon with a hint of sweetness topped with creamy sweet foam. I happily sipped it and indulged in a refreshing afternoon treat. They also had a tea of the day sample which was a nice surprise. The aesthetic of the shop is very beautiful bright, and clean. Everything was thoughtfully designed and certainly added to the experience. Whenever I'm in Duluth I will add space in my itinerary for Chicha San Chen!

I was stumped on what I wanted to try so I asked the employee for recommendations. She mentioned that the Bubble Milk Tea is their top seller, so that's what I went with. The drink was so cute when it came out with the handle! The boba was fresh, warm, and had a subtle sweetness that I loved. It paired nicely with the milk tea, which was light and not sweet. I really enjoyed it! Even my boyfriend, who doesn't like tea-forward milk teas, liked it too. I'll definitely be bringing him along next time. The aesthetic of the shop is also gorgeous. I loved all the little details--from the baristas' outfits to the tea bar setup and wall decorations. Everything felt thoughtfully designed and very picturesque. I'll definitely be coming back for another Bubble Milk Tea, and next time I want to try something from the Grape Series since I love Asian grape flavors. Looking forward to it!

This location ruins the Tea Top name. I would hope that as being apart of the franchise, they keep…read morethe tea consistent with the other locations. However, I think this Tea Top does whatever and sources the cheapest version of every tea they can find. I tried three drinks here. 1) signature alpine green milk tea does not taste aromatic and refreshing like it is supposed to. Tastes like ordinary green tea. 2) taro milk tea uses purple taro flavoring and makes the drink too sweet, unlike the taro milk tea at other two tea top locations that use real taro. 3) oolong milk tea, once again, does not have a strong tea flavor. Tastes like all sugar even though I got 30% sugar. Oolong is supposed to be creamy and nutty or roasted but instead it just taste like sugar water. Puts the Tea Top brand to shame. Corporate needs to investigate to be honest, because I'm pretty sure they have standards for their tea but this tea top just buys cheapest third party possible. Not to mention how rude the staff was.

The parking here is a little hectic as it's beside a Publix, hair cut spot, and Buffalos restaurant. So you may have to park super far away at times as it gets filled up fast. My go to drink here is the grapefruit green tea as it's the best drink in the world. I miss the tea top that was in johns creek, as this is probably the closest one to me now. I been hitting this place up regularly weekly since it's a peaceful and beautiful drive through lake Lanier bridges to here. Staff is super friendly and I highly recommend this place if you want some bubble tea!

So many family, friends, and customers gathered to celebrate free drinks and BOGO drinks all the way up until the grand opening date. The staff are all very friendly, excited, and welcoming. The store owners are great and make it a point to check on you and your drinks to make sure everything is perfect and the way you wanted it. The drinks can be customized by ice and sugar level. There's a huge variety of different drinks. Some drinks can be ordered with lactaid as well. The shop is spacious with plenty of seating to hang out, and there's also games in the back for the young ones to hang out and play!

Our usual little spot in Winder was also closed. Located in the same plaza as Kroger and other popular spots, parking was a nightmare. I had to loop around twice to find an available space. I also didn't realize the location is still fairly new so it was pretty busy. Also it seemed the staff was still new and learning. For sure the order taker was new and even with someone supervising, my order was wrong. After waiting for 15 minutes just to pay another $8 to wait another 15 was a little annoying. I now have a large tea in my fridge that's most likely going to get poured out. Other than that the space was clean and modern. There are monitors towards the back with controls but not sure if they actually work or if it's just for show. We didn't figure it out. My boys thought it was really cool and was def nostalgic for me. Maybe we will wait a while before coming back. Just so the hype dies down some and staff is more experienced.
