I bought takeout yesterday and it was great. Spring rolls, popcorn chicken and fries, and a sandwich. Really fresh and delicious.

We were visiting UGA and found this restaurant in downtown. It was clean and fast service. As this was Athens, we weren't sure how good it might be but we were pleasantly surprised at how delicious the banhmi sandwiches were. My husband tried the veggie option and loved it. My son had the spicy pork. And I had the regular pork. We all loved it. Now I'm looking forward to visiting our son at UGA when he starts school this fall just so I can eat here again. Simply put, this is my new favorite pho!!! Paris Banh Mi has a nice assortment of pho's, sandwiches and baked goods. On my first visit my wife and I shared the VEGGIE PHO [K3], but substituted the beef broth in lieu of the veggie broth normally offered. Typically I'm a carnivore, so it was to my surprise this veggie version was the most amazing pho I've eaten in a decade. It was great to have all the veggies but also several types of tofu that tasted surprisingly like meat. I felt like Anton Ego from Ratatouille, as if this pho somehow was made especially for me (5+ stars). I was so impressed I had to come back a few days later to try the BEEF RIB PHO [K5], which was also good but not nearly as impressive as the veggie pho with beef broth (3.8 stars). It is a three meat pho which includes brisket and meatballs along with the featured short rib. The rib itself was very fatty and noticeably smaller than the one picture on their menu board. Disappointing to say the least and something I will not likely order again IF they are all as fatty as the one I experienced this visit. Their FRIED VEGGIE SPRING ROLLS [A1] were good (3.5 stars) but kinda greasy and I was also not a huge fan of the Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken (3 stars). All of their drinks and snacks are imported (even though many are American companies), and have a hefty price tag of $4.95 on everything from the Grape Fanta to the Cheetos. The restaurant itself has a cute small warehouse hangout vibe and the service was quick. Each item came out hot and fresh! FINAL THOUGHTS Since many of the ingredients in this pho are also used for their sandwiches, I assume the Bánh Mì's are excellent too, but I have yet to try one. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the VEGGIE PHO with beef broth. It should be on every pho lovers short list!!! read more

Great Banhmi and pretty good recently added Pho. Nice place to hango with friends. Don't forget to get a cup of sea salt cream coffee. The Pho broth is on point but I would honestly pay more to have some more protein in my pho. read more

Overall the pho is tasty. Not much meat at all, though. Maybeee three strips of beef. Also, charged extra for the bean sprouts and cilantro toppings that usually are part of the offerings at other pho restaurants. Minus one star because they feel skimpy. read more

I ordered the chicken banh mi and thai tea with boba. The banh mi was so flavorful and the bread tasted really good. They had their signature paris bread and traditional vietnamese bread and I got the traditional bread. The boba in the thai tea was the perfect texture and the thai tea itself was the perfect amount of sweet. Lastly, the staff was really nice and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back! read more

I'm so amped that they opened a Paris Banh Mi in Athens. They make a great vegan banh mi, which you can get on either a baguette or croissant. But they have a ton of other stuff as well, including pho, pastries, and boba tea. The Vietnamese coffee is delicious. It's really nice inside. I especially like the long counter at the front which looks out the big window onto the street. read more

The cafe is cute and a nice place to study with friends. The lychee tea was a little watery and didn't have a strong lychee flavor but the thai tea was fairly good. The Korean corn dog was delicious especially with the Cheetos crust. It's also a fairly good size for the price and the sauces added a nice flavor. The banh mi was a little bland and the pickled veggies didn't have a vinegar or pickled flavor. The baguette is also on the skinnier side and isn't a the typical French baguettes normally used in bánh mì. I would definitely come back and try the other sandwich options or the corn dogs. read more

This is the most delightful restaurant in Athens. The ambiance is incredible with the beautiful fish tanks along the wall, and the food is incredible. I have never had a bad thing here, but my personal favorite is the Tofu Banh Mi. It always comes stuffed full and is so flavorful. All of their tea has been fantastic and the staff are all so friendly, I would highly recommend for a good lunch spot!! read more

Actually really good. Got chicken pho and a mozzarella and potato corn dog. They both came out really fast and the presentation was nice. Price was also very reasonable. Good place to get a little snack or meal. No complaints, will Be coming back. read more

BEEN HERE MULTIPLE TIMES (probably 15+)never had an issue and food tastes amazing would say one of the best phos around but the most recent time I asked for my vegetables on the side like I have before and always have just cause I like to add my own. They have a kiosk here which I never use because I like to make requests like the one above. Well they brought it to me everything inside when confirmed with the cashier onions and cilantro on the side. So I took it up to the counter and tried explaining and a different lady was very dismissive and kept telling me I can't order it on the side using the kiosk.... After she kept telling me I was wrong I told her I ordered through the staff she was a little shocked then decided to take it back but just say they can only pick the stuff out. Food was great, customer service lacking just this one time hope they can get it figured out because I used to enjoy coming to this place! read more

Ordered chicken pho and banh mi with grilled chicken from DoorDash. Later, got an email saying they ran out of grilled chicken for the sandwich, and substituted it with pork. How ignorant?! With the amount of dietary restrictions and allergies individuals have, how could they have the audacity to replace white meat with red meat without permission? The banh mi's are very good. Had the combo banh mi and the proportion of meat, veggies, and baguette was perfect. We also tried the bulgogi banh mi but the combo was definitely better if you love Vietnamese bologna. They also had lots of cool and fun snacks you cant find in a regular grocery store. My girlfriend and I took our 2nd trip to Paris Bahn Mi in downtown Athens. We were left disappointed our first time as we found the food didn't have much flavor. The first time she got pork bahn mi and I got pho. I work in restaurants for 8 years and I've helped open new restaurants so I decided to give this place a second chance because I understand a new restaurant has growing pains. We were even more disappointed the 2nd time. She again got a pork bahn mi and I got a chicken bahn mi. It was probably my least favorite bahn mi ever had. Once again, just had no flavor. The sauce portions were also very concerning. They gave us literally a single squirt of each sauce to share between the two of us for our appetizer and our sandwiches. Every other Vietnamese place I've been to has hot sauce and other sauces sitting out on the tables for customer use. They do not provide that here unfortunately. Also , we noticed that even when you say you are doing dine in, you receive your sandwiches in a paper bag. The staff also just seems generally confused, which confuses the customers. My girlfriend and I love bahn mis and just Vietnamese food in general so we've had a lot. We've had everything in Athens, and this is by far our least favorite. If you are looking for authentic and tasty bahn mis/ Vietnamese food, go for mother pho (also downtown) or bon de Paris on east side. We may return to this place in a few months to see if they'be figured it out yet, as this place does have a lot of potential. read more

Went to lunch here on a Saturday, the food came out very quickly and was all amazing. I would highlight recommend their corn dogs and the pho is delicious. The tea was spot on, though it did have a lot of ice. My boyfriend tried a pork banh mi and said it was so delicious, we went back a second time! If you around UGA, you should come try the food at Paris Banh Mi Athen. My husband and I ordered Grilled pork banh mi, Bulgogi banh mi and pho. The baguette was soft and in decent sized, grilled pork and bulgogi was well marinated. You will be full after finished 1 whole baguette. Pho was on point, they served it hot and gave a lot of meat.
