Super good food, I go here all the time. Lots of options outside of just sushi. I went yesterday and want to go again today. it's around $50 per person with 18% tip for all you can eat. Cheese wontons are super good.

Came here last night with my mom and sister, since they were craving sushi. We came here since my mom lived close to the area. We have never been here before, and saw how great reviews are. Haven't had ayce sushi in a while either. Upon walking in, we were seated right away in a corner tucked beside where the sushi bar/chefs were. Our waitress came and handed us an iPad for ordering, and asked what drinks we would like. Got our drinks, and we started ordering. We ordered a lot of sashimi, a couple of hand rolls, beef sashimi, dumplings, fried tofu, shrimp and veggie tempuras. Food was alright. I feel like quality of food from ayce sushi establishments isn't what it used to be. My mom, who isn't a picky eater even said it wasn't that great or fresh. There was a fruit fly that kept bothering us all night long. I looked up and there was like 4-5 on the wall just chilling. Total turn off. We didn't order desserts as we just wanted to leave. I was kind of disappointed because if my mom felt that the food wasn't that good, then I should've done better and picked a better place since my sister and I don't always get that special one on one time with our mom and hang out. From now on a la carte sushi only.

Fantastic food, service, and experience! - the employees were all super nice and courteous -Salmon sashimi, Alaskan Rolls, Salmon Avocado rolls, squid, octopus, eel, Thai beef, yakitori, deep fried scallops, enoki beef, -literally everything was fantastic! A note about the sushi - I've been to all sorts of AYCE sushi buffets and they all overload your rolls with a ton of rice - but not Sake Sushi! They are very generous in their portions and they do not hesitate to bring you your order ASAP! Sake sushi takes 1st place! thank you, from Texas! I hope Sake Sushi will still be here ready for me next time I come back to visit Brampton!

a platter of sushi and a bowl of dipping sauces

I have a bit of a mixed review. The first time we had Sake we absolutely loved it!!! I've told so many people to try it. The second time the sushi was at rolled properly. Our last time ordering.... It was a very nice set up. We got the boat and veggie tempura. Veggie tempura is 5* The boat was great until we got to the last set of rolls. Something just wasn't right. Would I go back. Definitely!!!

Ordered take out sushi during covid-19 crisis. Tell me how is spicy salmon sushi roll is mushed with some random stuff in it. Looks brown instead of orange. I usually order take out from them monthly and this is the first time seeing poor quality sushi!

Menu is limited... but what is on there is great. Decor is dated and not the cleanest... Friendly staff and service was quick. I would definitely come back here

I ordered two SALMON teriyaki and 100 piece party tray over the phone. First off, "Eva" gave me two CHICKEN teriyaki and blamed me for ordering wrong but too bad for her I wrote down everything and remembered exactly what she said on the phone- she didn't repeat my order like she said she did. Secondly , during the call she told me I was over by 3 pcs when in fact I was only at 95pcs- again, I wrote down my order and did the math. I had her repeat my order and number of pieces then asked her to give me total number of pieces..she still insisted I was over 100pcs so I ended up doing the math for her and she both agreed I was only at 95pcs. Thirdly, I'm a returning customer who always order party trays and more. I am super disappointed with the honesty and customer service. She gave me credit for ONE TERIYAKI chicken even though she messed up both. She even sounded more pissed off than I was. Tip for future customers : write down your order . She will try to give you less sushi pieces than what you're paying for. Update after eating : the chicken teriyaki was as dry as it looked with NO teriyaki sauce :| .. should have asked for sauce on the side to make sure they give me some. Sushi was decent ...maybe 5.5/10 for Vaughan sushi.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Very disappointed with the quality of the sushi. I ordered from here before so I decided to order again today for my family. We ordered a party tray and 2 separate rolls. The crab seemed old and the shrimp was soggy. Didn't seem fresh at all. I talked to the owner in a peaceful way about how I bought this sushi to open my fast with my family and none of us wanted to eat this. He yelled at me and made hand gestures in a very rude away. I asked him politely to stop yelling at me but him and his wife (I'm guessing they are the owners) kept yelling and going on and on. I saw another tray they made for another customer and the sushi looked 100x better. Not sure if they had the party tray premade because it was Mother's Day but it was definitely not worth the $60 total. Will not order from here again. Customer service from this place is a 0.

Its all about AYCE baby! I planned a trip with coworkers and I would have to say not the best but a huge menu. The service is ok and sushi is average. The place it self is not that big but there is decent seating available. I was disappointed as the expensive stuff either was not being received or was coming very late compared to all the fillers on the menu. We were ordering from 2 units so it can't be confidence.

Good enough selection and quality of sushi as well as other dishes to satisfy your cravings for Japanese. In comparison to similar sushi joints within the area, Sake Sushi set itself apart by far -Friendly and helpful servers -Fair prices, especially for the weekday lunch special -Fast service, dishes started rolling in within 4-7 minutes after ordering -Excellent quality for an All You Can Eat Buffet All in all, will be returning as this visit has been the first time in over 2 years in which my expectations were surpassed and my cravings were satisfied at an all you can eat sushi buffet.

Recently, I've been staying away from all you can eat sushi places, but this was on the way home. My girlfriend ate from the al a carte menu but I decided to stick with all you can eat. I must say, I've had better even from an all you can eat place. It wasn't bad, I've just had better. The wasabi also tasted "cheap." I also assumed they forgot about one thing I ordered (that's Ok, it happens). So I ordered it again and waited so long that I finally just gave up on waiting. I wouldn't come out of my way to eat here again.

I was told by a friend to try this sushi place. I was skeptical at first because of the location (it's hidden and is by a gas station). After trying a few pieces of their salmon sashimi, I was convinced that this was one of the best sushi places that I've tried. The sashimi was fresh and I have no complaints about the food. Since it's a small location, everytime I've eaten here, there has been a wait for a table. The service is fast but one time, they did not clean the table thoroughly. There was garbage and food left under our table which caused a lot of flies to disrupt our meal.

This be the sushi place to go when in the area because not only do they have cute green dragon rolls(I could fit 3 in my mouth), they've got some deep fried varieties rolls that is sure to kick up the taste granted you load up on wasabi for the zinger. Service was fast and friendly, they seem to work as a team so if you're server is caught consoling other costumers demanding more ginger, another one is more than happy to ask you for the what the hell you want...or they point to the ipads where you can place orders genuinely showcasing their lack of interest in human interaction. Hey that's okay as long as the grub is good and that it was. I'm gonna have to come back to try more of the items out and with an even hungrier appetite and maybe steal hubby away from the kids to save a trip to the washroom because there is no baby changing section available (fyi moms) and you get a cold draft in there like you're taking a peepee in an igloo. Will update soon on more when I take a trip back.

We were also informed it would take about 20 minutes, but it ended up being closer to 40-45 minutes due to the lunchtime rush. Totally understandable though, and the manager was very apologetic and even gave us a $5 coupon for our next visit along with our box. When the food arrived, the presentation of the tasting box was absolutely WOW.. it was so beautifully done. We were honestly just too hungry at that point to admire it for long. Unfortunately, I noticed the first roll I picked still had cucumber in it, and when we flagged it, the staff immediately looked into it. It turned out there was a miscommunication about the substitution, and most of the rolls in the box had cucumber. The manager personally came over, apologized, explained everything, and immediately took care of it by offering to remake the box without cucumber and providing a full refund, which really went above and beyond. Despite the hiccup, the service and care from the team really stood out. Mistakes happen, especially during busy lunch hours, but the way the team responded made a big difference. I'd definitely come back again.

I wasn't expecting the gold leaf OR edible flower garnish at all. It was a very cute touch on this very snowy day. The oshi sort of fell apart everytime I picked it up which was a shame because it was nicely charred and sweet from the mango. Bit of a personal peeve but I don't think sushi should fall apart when you pick it up with a chopstick. I think it should stay in tact. Next time I'm gonna order takeout and have it delivered so I can feel like I had a nice package of sushi delivered

The moment you walk in, one detail that stood out to me was the Mahayana Buddhist altar blessing the owner and visitors with health and prosperity. As a Taiwanese person, that instantly felt relatable and oddly comforting--like being welcomed into someone's home. Although the restaurant is Vietnamese-owned, the Japanese food here is absolutely top-notch. I've visited three times so far, and the quality of their bento boxes has been impressively consistent every single time. My personal favorite is the chicken katsu bento. The chicken is incredibly fresh and flavorful. Unlike many places where chicken katsu can end up greasy or heavy, Ikigai's version is perfectly crispy and airy on the outside while staying juicy and tender inside. Paired with their tangy, addictive katsu sauce, every bite just makes you want the next one immediately. I'm also a big fan of their maki rolls and tempura. You can genuinely taste the care and quality in the food--even the side salad and miso soup feel thoughtfully prepared. Considering the quality, the prices are very reasonable, and the portions are generous. The bento box is around $20 if you pay cash, which feels like a great deal. The space itself is cozy, spotless, and welcoming, and the service has always been excellent. I genuinely love this place and will definitely keep coming back.

We ordered this time the Yorokobi set for 2 and upgraded the sushi to brown rice for $5 extra and upgraded the green dragon roll that came with the meal to volcano salmon roll (which is one of their popular special rolls) and paid the difference. We also added a hamachi carpaccio just for more more protein for my SO because he thinks it might not be enough, but we were left super full. I love that the sushi wasn't loaded with rice and it was thinly included, we did mention that we usually don't like that much and the server said they can even adjust the rice content in the sushi.... We didn't confirm to adjust it but perhaps they went with it because rice is perfectly thin in the maki and less than usual for a nigiri, which is great because otherwise I don't know if we would have finished the meal. $5 to upgrade to brown rice for the sushi set that didn't have that much rice is still IMO a bit steep. Other that, the sushi is fresh, the special rolls are eye catching and tasty and the hamachi carpaccio was good too, LOVE the presentation. I think the best thing here is still their special rolls though! Server is so personable and made sure we were well taken care of. Only feedback I have here is the miso soup that with the Yorokobi set is way too salty I couldn't finish mine after a sip. Ambiance was clean with little Japanese decor throughout.
