I've only been here once and did leave empty handed but not without a few almost-take homes! I always start in the homegoods section because my closets are overflowing and I can never have too many tchotchkes, wall art, cute dishes, etc. They have rows and rows and rows any everything was incredibly reasonably priced. I think we have all been hearing about stores like this jacking up the prices for whatever reason, so I was thrilled to see they still have normally priced items. Shoes were by the plenty as well and I noticed some great brands like Madewell, Doc Martin, Call it Spring, etc. Unfortunatley nothing that I loved in a size 10 but I will be sure to return for check ins. I tried on a few mens blazers for that oversized look and even though I really liked a couple, opted out of getting them because the inside lining wasn't great. Again, at like $8/coat, it is really not a bad deal. I also found an Abercrombie oversized white button down with the tags still on but it was justttt a little too oversized at a XXL. Happy to have found another great thrift store to add to my list!

The Container store can contain itself with its ridiculous outrageous prices. You can get almost everything they sell with a few exceptions anywhere else around line for a fraction of the cost. Bought a divided hamper there one day only to find it at 1/3 the price at an ALDI !!!can you believe it? They forced out the World Market because they tripled their rent. The greedy management MOFOS . I used to love this store because of all the imported food they had also some of the product line was superb as well (OK so a little Pier Oneish but a little bit nicer and a better price point.) The pretentious little French(Asian) bakery is overrated and a bit pricey you're better off just going across the street to WF. Saksofffifth total waste of time a lot of junk that's ugly and over priced that you wouldn't even pay $ 20for online if you wanted it. Nordstrom rack has a few deals to be found if you're a stealth shopper. Some of their candles aren't bad they have a knock off brand identical to the Volcano candles at a great price and the same cobalt blue container with the steel top. It's a better place for women to shop as they have better deals for them for men forget it anything that's worthwhile . Mightt as well just go to the real Nordstrom store and buy it there because they'll sucker you into paying regular price for something that is hideous in color or design. Did manage to get a nice pair of Magnani men's shoes during the pandemic but that's only because I think they thought the world was coming to an end so all department stores were giving incredible deals lol (well not really) but you know what I mean.

Relatively neutral experience with room for improvement. Read on:…read more Burlington is not a place I usually shop in my adulthood. Though way back when the stores were known as Burlington Coat Factory my mom would take me for - you guessed it - a winter coat. At the time decades ago they had solid plus size options for coats. Plus size girlies save your energy these days cause they don't have nathan for us now. But that's all good cause I was really just here for shoes. What I've noticed about my recent Burlington forays: - some are better than others. South Plainfield for example is ELITE. Bright, orderly, great variety of items especially in the men/young men section. Great dog items and cleaning items. Friendly employees and fast-moving lines. You want me to say "item" one more time don't you? - this location is no Bridgewater. It's small, kinda dark, and limited items. [You're welcome] THAT SAID, I found just what I needed so book-cover and all that jazz. -the man before me in line bought no less than 30 shirts so cashier called for backup. The woman who hopped on register was really nice, efficient, and made me want to come back despite the spartan atmosphere of the store. -I found shoes I needed for a likkle work event. $17.99. I call that the recession special. Heres to hoping the platform wedge doesn't collapse on me tomorrow lmao. My newest obsession is "old lady sandals." It's me - I'm the old lady. This location definitely underpromises. And then overdelivers. I'll never be mad at that.
