    BBQ Ranch Salad

Got all the way home with no dressing! And nothing but lettuce with nothing else. Service was poor as well.

I have had so many friends and coworkers. Tell me to try Salad and go. But I love Caesar salad. I am so glad. I finally tried it for about 10 bucks. Not only did I get my chicken Caesar salad. I also got a frozen strawberry lemonade. They were both delicious. The portions were huge at least I felt like it.

    Quesadilla

Ordered quesadillas and the picture explains itself. Gf loves the Cobb salad and half the time the avocados are too frozen to cut with fork

Yummy! Our salads were super fresh all the ingredients looked awesome. Love the chicken lot pie soup.

    Salsa

Ordered a breakfast bowl. Only thing in it that was fresh was the spinach. Potatoes were cold and old looking, black beans were cold as were the eggs. This is my first and last time coming to this restaurant. It's to go restaurant and the food it should be hot should be hot. Some of us don't have the ability to heat up our food. That's why we go through a drive-through. The coffee was fine, but I'd like the option of putting my own cream in and not having the worker do it. They have no small packets of cream. The price wasn't bad, but for the quality of the product, I wouldn't recommend this place. They also forgot to add utensils or napkins. And this is what their salsa looks like. For me that went into the trash.

Anyone else have a craving for that Paradise Bakery taste (RIP)? Panera ain't doing it for you anymore? Well if this sounds like you, may I suggest Salad and Go!!! I've tried several locations, this one is one of my favs. The salads are always fresh, made to order and correct every time (this is my 4th visit but I keep forgetting to take a pic for a review). This review is specifically for their Caesar salads. I've had it as ordered without mods, with Kalamata olives added, without croutons (keto mode) and without tomatoes. Every version has been correct. The salads are fresh and crispy, the dressing tastes so good and the portions are huge (twice the size of the full Caesar from Panera). I also love their frozen strawberry lemonade: tasty, sweet and refreshing. They also make wraps and soups, but I haven't tried them yet. I love that I can grab and go for a fraction of the cost of most fast food places and still stick to my diet. I can't like them enough. My fav to-go salad place in the valley!

This is a very ripe avocado and mushy tomato.

Ordered a Caesar salad with an extra dressing. Got home to find ZERO dressings in the order. How do you mess up a salad with 4 ingredients?

We've spent a lot here over the years and have always supported and recommended this location. That's why my son's recent experience was so disappointing. He stopped in to get some work done, something he's done many times during slow hours. Sometimes he buys something, sometimes he doesn't, and it has never been an issue. This has always been a welcoming place. This time, a staff member told him he couldn't sit and work unless he purchased something. What made it worse was the explanation: a table of eight older gentlemen "didn't like" that he was sitting there working, and that was the reason he needed to leave or buy something. It wasn't busy, it wasn't about space, and it wasn't about a policy. It was simply another group of customers not liking his presence, and the staff acting on that. After years of loyalty, that was incredibly disappointing. If there's a new policy, that's fine, just communicate it clearly and apply it consistently. Asking a long‑time customer to leave because another table "didn't like" them is not acceptable. This experience genuinely made us rethink continuing to support this location.

Updating My Previous Review…read more I'm incredibly disappointed to be updating my review because my previous visits here had been wonderful. This was my 4th visit, and I've recommended Zeta's Grill to others because they had always done such a great job accommodating my severe dairy allergy. Unfortunately, tonight was completely different. Food & Service Almost immediately I noticed things weren't the same. I even politely asked our waiter if the owners had changed because the food and service felt so different from my previous visits. I ordered my usual dinner platter, but: * The lamb came out plain with no onions or bell peppers, even though the menu photo shows both. * The baba ghanoush was missing the pomegranate seeds. * The hummus was much less seasoned than before. * My salad arrived covered in feta cheese despite my dairy allergy. * My grape leaves appetizer never came until I reminded them. * I never received the pita bread that normally comes with the meal and had to ask. * Halfway through dinner they remembered I had ordered saffron rice for the table. It felt like our table kept being forgotten all evening. Food Allergy I have a life-threatening dairy allergy, and I mentioned it multiple times while ordering because previous visits had always been handled so carefully. As we were leaving, my throat began swelling and my ears plugged up. I immediately asked if anything I had eaten contained dairy, including the pita bread. Our waiter went to ask the kitchen. The cook appeared visibly irritated about being questioned, retrieved the pita packaging, and read the ingredients aloud. The second ingredient was whey. By then I had already eaten about half the pita. I had to sit down by the register and use my EpiPen before I could leave. Our Waiter I want to give credit where it's due. Our waiter seemed genuinely concerned and apologized once he realized what had happened. He told me I wouldn't have to pay for my meal. I chose to pay anyway because I didn't feel this was his fault. My frustration is with the kitchen and management, not with him. Other Issues My friends were told their meals included one side, including Greek fries, but were later charged a $4 upcharge. Another friend paid $8 for only two pieces of baklava. When she politely questioned it, the employee became dismissive and insisted only the assorted version came with a full container. After we left, we checked the restaurant's own menu, which lists the assorted baklava for $7.95 for the full container, making the explanation even more confusing. Final Thoughts I brought three friends because I wanted to share one of my favorite restaurants with them. Instead, they watched me have an allergic reaction serious enough to require my EpiPen in the parking lot. I've always spoken highly of Zeta's Grill, which makes this even harder to write. I sincerely hope management reviews their allergy procedures. A food allergy isn't a preference--it can become a life-threatening emergency in minutes.

My boyfriend and I split the Garlic Pesto Turkey sandwich, and I can honestly say it was the best sourdough sandwich I've ever had. The bread is everything you want from fresh sourdough soft on the inside, just the right chew, and that perfect tang. The turkey was super flavorful, and the pesto and sauces were next level. Every bite felt so well balanced rich, fresh, and totally satisfying. We also grabbed a white macadamia cookie, and it was the cherry on top. Soft, buttery, and perfectly sweet seriously one of the best cookies I've had in a while. On top of the amazing food, the customer service was incredible. The girls working were so friendly and made us feel genuinely welcome. The space is small but super cute and cozy clean, inviting, and great for a casual meal. I really wish I lived closer because I'd be here all the time (probably too often that bread is dangerously good ). If you're nearby or even just passing through, do yourself a favor and stop in. This place is a gem. Highly recommend!

Absolutely unacceptable and honestly shocking behavior from security here…read more My friend went out for what should have been a normal night, and instead was met with completely unprofessional and aggressive treatment. Her ID had a small dent in it -- still clearly valid -- and instead of handling the situation appropriately, the security guard snapped her ID leaving it almost completely in half. Destroyed it. Then turned her away. That is not only disrespectful, it's completely out of line. Security's job is to verify IDs, not damage personal property. There are proper procedures for questionable IDs, and this was NOT one of them. No apology, no attempt to resolve the situation -- just unnecessary force and a complete lack of basic respect. If this is how they treat people at the door, I can't imagine how the rest of the establishment operates. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else where staff know how to handle situations professionally. I'm just curious - is the security guard now going to pay for her new ID?? This is OUTLANDISH behavior coming from a plain old Jane of a security guard. Clearly he didn't make the cut at the police academy...
