Pulled up to the speaker, informed them I had a mobile order and gave them my name. After I do so, they didn't tell me to pull forward at all. They just mumbled over the speaker. Then after a few minutes they came back over the speaker asking for a name for the order. I explained again the situation and they said, "I asked you to pull forward." Gladys is extremely kind and funny. I really appreciate the kind service and her making me laugh after one of the most brutal 12 hour graveyard shifts I have ever had. It meant a lot to me even if I could only interact with her for a few seconds. I got my breakfast burrito and cucumber mint lemonade fast, and my day made! I meant to fill out the survey at the bottom of my receipt, but I somehow lost it as soon as I drove away from the drive through. Sorry, I don't think my mom or I have ever had a negative experience with any location other than this one today. Our order was wrong last night, Joseph helped us out and was super kind, he said to just come by today and they'll make the salad correctly. We don't know who we spoke with exactly in the drive thru line, around 9:45-9:50am, but as we were explaining the issue, she interrupts my mom (extremely rude), and told us one moment... she abruptly tells us to give her the order (no problem- it's weird you can't pull it up but we'll just read it back), as we gave her our order we just asked that she repeated it to us as well as extra precaution.. she lets out a huge SIGH and reads the order back, doesn't say thank you, doesn't say sorry about the inconvenience, or anything. We don't appreciate the attitude we're given for YOU guys messing up OUR order!! WE had to come back to have it fixed and we're treated like it's our faults. Get a grip lady, we were nothing but respectful and just came to have the order made again. If my mom weren't in the car id have my own choice words and would have reciprocated that energy- that's not how you treat people and I think her manager should have a word with her or if she is a manager look at retraining and/or demoting. She had on glasses is all I know, short with an attitude. I've lived near the Westgate area for a while now and haven't tried Salad and Go until recently! Within my first experience, the salad portion was OK but not completely filled up (about 1/2 or less than 1/2) and resembled another Yelp reviews portion before me. The salad was good but the lettuce was a little soggy. I tried again yesterday with a different salad and it was perfect! So good. I even decided to come by this morning to try their breakfast burritos, which are also a great size for the price and taste great! You get the choice of red or green salsa. I'm hopeful that they train all employees to make about the same portion size per salad in the future so there's no "hit or miss". I would recommend this location! I'm not sure what has happened, but this Salads and Go is not performing to the same standards they once were. It has been over a year since visiting this location. With so many food options neat Westgate, we have a tendency to forget about this far corner. The other restaurant we wanted to eat at had closed. While trying to find something else, we remembered Salads and Go. Ordering was quick through the drive thru. We ordered two fajita wraps with chicken. The edges of the tortillas were hard and dried out. The black beans were under cooked; they crumbled in the mouth when chewed. There was a small amount of chicken peppered it. While lettuce was fresh, tomatoes in the pico de gallo seemed old. This was not the fresh and enjoyable experience I once had. read more

It's really unfortunate when you roll up, order a breakfast bowl and then a wrap for lunch later that day and you ask for the dressing ON THE SIDE and they drown it with dressing. Great portion size for an unbeatable price. They salads have good choices and a create your own option is great. I like the Buffalo chicken salad. It's supposed to come with blue cheese but unfortunately I have been given ranch by mistake several times now. I even asked on my most recent visit and was assured it was not ranch dressing. I get home and sure enough it had ranch. They aren't labeled so I don't think they can tell them apart. Start labeling your dressings please! read more

I don't write a lot of reviews, but I just visited this salad and go for the first time as I just moved to the area. I go to the one all the time in North Scottsdale off Raintree, but this location blows that one out of the water. The lettuce is of a superior quality and more manicured. Toppings more abundant! I used to think I was getting a great seven dollar salad now I'm getting excellent one!. Not to mention, the gal working (maybe Amy, receipt said) was kind and efficient. Go Glendale! read more

So I have bought breakfast for the past month in this location and have ordered a salad with extra dressing 2 previous times before today and they forgot to add the extra dressing and in one order I didn't even get dressing at all. Don't forget that every time I've ordered they ask for a donation and I have gladly said yes.
