    Amazing how good fresh tastes!!
    John E.

Everything on the salad bar was so fresh. A variety of dressing that will make your head spin. An awesome hot bar with meats, potatoes and veggies. 4 different soups on the hot bar ad well. As good as the food is, the homemade lemonades will make me fight traffic to get here!!

Selection is weak compared to other Salad Station franchises. High turnover in staff., untrained.

Great selection of items for a salad. I lived all the fruit options, which is becoming harder to find at salad bars!

Super fresh ingredients, DOZENS of choices, friendly staff and so clean. Wish we had one back home -- I'd be here all the time!

I had to wait longer than the two ladies who ordered after me, but I don't know what they ordered, so maybe it was something less complicated. My only knock was the presentation of the food. I ordered a hot wrap and it was tightly wrapped in serving paper, but that made it nearly impossible to eat like that. The paper got very damp and easy to rip, and the sauce that had melted to a thin liquid went all over the place. Thankfully I had grabbed extra napkins because I had to wipe my shirt and the eating surface. Overall a very quick and consistent option in downtown Baton Rouge. And the friendly service absolutely added to the experience because you don't get a smile when go certain other places a few doors down.

While they…read moreare a franchise, they offer lots of fresh sandwiches and wraps, as well as soups and salads. It's easy to find something tasty and easy to eat. The main attraction are the sandwiches and wraps, and boy do they have a extensive menu of both hot and cold choices. It would take a while to eat your way through this menu. Two favorites of mine are the Chicken Corden Bleu Wrap, and the California Turkey Roll. You can make pretty much anything a combo in one of two ways: the first is with chips and a drink, the second is with soup and a drink. Both are good choices! Speaking of soups, they have a good selection of those too. I'm used to seeing six choices posted on the menu. These can be had as a bowl or cup. There are also grab and go selections in a case at the front. These are pretty handy, although ordering from the menu is pretty fast as well. There is some inside seating, and a few tables out front. However, as they are located on the North Boulevard Parkway, there are lots of places just a few steps away that you can go to to enjoy your meal. These include little tables under the old oak trees, or you can have a picnic on or by the lawn. I guess you could also take your meal back to your home or work if you needed to, but that would be far less fun.

From the start, I made one clear request: do not hold my vehicle until the insurance payment and parts were confirmed and work was ready to begin. That request was ignored. My insurance company ultimately totaled the truck. When I informed Toussaint Customs, they presented me with a $2,400 storage bill -- for a vehicle they were explicitly asked not to hold, on which no actual repair work was ever performed. To put that number in perspective: it is $600 less than the original repair estimate, and $900 more than State Farm's payout on the total loss. I explained my situation plainly. I am a disabled veteran, a single father of two, and a full-time college student working two jobs. My truck is not a convenience -- it is how I get to work, to school, and to care for my children. I was met with sympathy at first. Once it became clear there was money to extract, that sympathy disappeared entirely. Toussaint Customs ignored a direct customer request, performed zero work, and is now demanding nearly $2,400 in fees from someone already dealing with the aftermath of an accident they didn't cause. I would strongly caution anyone -- especially those navigating insurance claims or tight financial situations -- to think carefully before bringing their vehicle here. P.S. the owner, Marcus Toussaint, would like it to be known that he was willing to help, before I shared my experience with y'all, not anymore; so long as I gave him as much as my lawyer was willing to advance from my injury claim, or as much as "Snap Finance" would let me borrow at an unreasonable interest rate. An everyday saint, truly.

They were kind of wishy washy and told me that Josh was not available to look at my vehicle that they. BM did not tell me he no longer works there. I asked them for a price and they told me they would need my RX all day for a simple black out. Told them Josh was always able to do it in a few hours. I started calling around and Fast Signs told me they don't do wraps and referred me to Excalibur. I called Excalibur and Josh answered the phone. Asked him are you the same Josh that used to work at BM and he responded yes and that he and his wife opened their own business. Josh wrapped the parts I wanted wrapped and was out in about an hour and a half. Highly recommended Excalibur. Josh is also the only wrap person that I'm aware of that is officially certified by 3M. Must have been my lucky day that Fast Signs referred me to Excalibur

We took our mom here for her birthday in early June. The service was okay at this restaurant. There was nothing that stood out in particular about the service, it was pretty average. The food at this restaurant all tasted great. I tried their fried green tomatoes appetizer as well as their golden fried alligator which was delicious. I got the jerk fried chicken with red beans and rice and smoked sausage for my entree and it was good. I was expecting my chicken to be spicy or to at least taste like jerk seasoning but it didn't at all. It was more like a BBQ sauce with no heat at all. The menu was also very lacking to me, we all felt that it was missing items or needed more. I wish there was more of a variety of items to choose from especially for those allergic to shellfish or vegetarian.
