Don't ask. They ordered the glass immediately and booked me in for the following morning. They fitted the glass as planned and did a nice job. Only problem- the tailgate then wouldn't shut. They meticulously removed every last shard of glass and tried repeatedly for a long time to get it to close. They researched online and discovered that apparently this is a recurring problem with Pacificas. They eventually got it to shut and advised me to wait 24hrs before opening it in the hope of giving the electrical system a chance to reset . Or something. Anyway, 24hrs later I tried but find I now can't open the door at all! Called them up and arranged to bring it back in again the following morning. They then proceeded to have three guys dismantle and work on it for well over an hour until they finally got it working. And didn't charge me for anything extra, even though none of this was their fault. Oh, and did I mention that it was super cheap in the first place! Excellent customer service and excellent work from all concerned. I would have no hesitation in recommending these guys for all your auto glass needs.

He was very responsive and answered any questions we had. They also had very reasonable prices and detailed quotes. My husband told me on the day of installation, they were punctual, efficient and completed the window replacements on time. We got Simonton laminated double paned windows, and although they haven't blocked out as much sound as I hoped, they actually help a good deal with lowering hot temperatures in that room in the summer. It's been about a year and the windows still look great and work well (they're also much easier to slide open than our old windows). I would definitely recommend them!
