Poke House is a really good "go to" for a great poke bowl…read more First, the staff is always patient and really helpful! That is important when there are so many options to choose from. Patrons are making a ton of choices from all of the great options and, it can be time consuming. Today, I stopped by to pick up 2 bowls. Each had VERY different ingredients and sauces. The employee was patient and very accommodating. I was reading, off my phone, the options that my sister chose. Then, giving the options that I chose for the second bowl. He didn't skip a beat. Even more frustrating for him, I think, was asking for all of the sauces on the side. He didn't seem to mind. He graciously put all of the sauces in little cups. He also labeled them with a Sharpie. Nice touch! Before I move on with the review, I'd like to offer a suggestion for the side sauces. If you are taking your order to go, the sauce containers will ultimately tip over in the bag, on the way home. Although the containers are of good quality, the sauce often leaks out. Perhaps adding a quick wrap of Saran Wrap (or the like), would aid in keeping the multiple sauce containers from tipping over in the bag, on the way home. The fish has always tasted fresh! Not once have I eaten here and complained about the quality! Sometimes we don't want to go to a sushi restaurant to get good raw fish. It's also hard to trust a poke restaurant in a strip mall. Trust me on this, Poke House does the job! I've been to this location at least a dozen times. Not once, was I disappointed in the quality and service. I'm so glad that this place is so close to me!
