I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the treatment I received at your Round Rock location on June 30 at approximately 12:55 p.m. I am requesting that this incident be taken seriously and reviewed, including any available security camera footage from that time. From the moment I walked into the store, I felt unwelcome. Instead of being greeted or treated with basic respect, I was met with an extremely rude and hostile attitude. When I was asked for my compartment number, I was trying to understand what was being requested. Rather than calmly assisting me, the employee--who identified himself as the District Manager--raised his voice and yelled, "LOOK UP ROUND ROCK LOCATION!" in an aggressive and embarrassing manner. His behavior only escalated from there. He continued speaking to me disrespectfully, shouted at me in front of others, and used profanity while addressing me. No customer should ever be cursed at or made to feel as though they do not belong simply because they are asking questions or need assistance. The interaction left me so upset that I cried as soon as I got back to my car. I have never been treated so poorly by someone representing a company, especially someone holding a leadership position. A District Manager should set the standard for professionalism, patience, and customer service--not create a hostile environment where customers leave feeling humiliated and intimidated. I find it extremely concerning that someone in a management position would believe it is acceptable to yell at, curse at, and disrespect a customer. This experience has caused me emotional distress, and I am deeply disappointed by the way I was treated. I am requesting that corporate conduct a full investigation into this incident by reviewing the security camera footage from June 30 at approximately 12:55 p.m. I believe the footage will clearly show the manner in which I was spoken to and treated. Depending on the outcome of your investigation, I will consider pursuing further action regarding the unprofessional conduct and emotional distress caused by this interaction. No customer should have to endure verbal abuse from a District Manager while simply trying to receive service. I expect to hear back regarding the steps being taken to address this matter. I hope your company values its customers enough to ensure that no one else experiences the same treatment I did.

Came here for the first time on Dec 12,2025. Nice, clean, little salad bar. I wish it was self-serve but I'm also glad there are soooo many ingredients to choose from. The woman making our food was friendly enough, and very informative with us since we explained to her we'd never eaten here. The multigrain croissant was delicious! My salad was huge and very filling. It is VERY pricy, unfortunately. We paid $37 for two people. My only complaint is that it was near closing time (1 whole hour prior), and all the tables were dirty. Visible crumbs and food bits everywhere. A man was cleaning the tables while we ate, and when we got up to throw away trash, I heard him let out an extremely loud SIGH with annoyance. I was confused, and then even more confused to see he was cleaning tables and chairs with wipes. Not a sanitizing bucket, or rag; just wipes from a pack.

I love Salata! They always get my order right and the service is amazing. They are a great company working with organizations to feed those in need.

Love this place !! Corpus needs one asap. Ate here 2 days in a row while at a work conference in the area. Everything was fresh, well rinsed , chopped up perfectly, and chilled. The variety of items was great , anyone could find at least 10 things to pick from the 50 options behind the glass. You get to pick the portion size , the ingredients , the protein , the dressing , the toppings , the bread option, etc. The pita chips are perfect , I had to ask for an extra order to eat later. They also have a kids meal that can be plenty of food for lighter appetites . And it was all done so fast ! The employees were quick to make my salad even with me rattling off what I wanted. The store is extremely clean and well maintained. Excellent choice when you want to eat 10 cups of something healthy !

Today I came in with Thing Two to get a bite! I ordered a wrap with various healthy bites to include items like apples, strawberries and mushrooms. I have been to this spot before and do believe that the salads are worth the price point IF you don't have capacity to chop up some veggies or like in my case you are waiting for the Imperfect Food delivery to arrive so you can make my own salad, yet the delivery truck is hours behind. However, for the quantity (not quality) of food you get for the price-point, it is a bit steep. Specifically for the kids portion (yes, I get the food is for a child) but MY child eats more than five spoonfuls of vegetables per serving. There is one spoonful of veg/fruit per container in the children's box. Generally, the food is fresh, but can cost you more than what you may think with add-ons.

Sitting outside, perfect weather and great food.

Going to give this place five stars, it is absolutely amazing. Plenty of parking and very easy to find. The food is very fresh and extremely healthy. The price is extremely reasonable, the tables are clean and the staff are warm and accommodating. I really enjoy mixing up the different vegetables and choosing their exotic dressings, they have so many different choices and they're all amazing. I will come back soon.

Best salads ever!! Love a build your own bar & the free pita is an excellent addition! Great add ins & taste which always leaves me satisfied & coming back for more!!

    Dang! Regular size is huge!

This is an awesome Salata. The location is clean, the staff is polite, and everything is fresh. I normally don't enjoy eating at these "build your own" salad places because of the expensive price, but when I think about all the preparation required to make it myself (and how much room ten Tupperware takes in the fridge), I rather pay the premium. It always ends up tasting better than the salads I make myself anyways! Expect to pay $8 for a regular sized salad, or $7 for a small size salad. For the difference in price and how much more you get, you might as well get the $8. You might not be able to finish the regular size salad if you aren't used to eating a lot either. You start off choosing a combination/mixture of any of the following: -Romaine Hearts -Spring Mix -Kale -Spinach -"Salata Mix" (which honestly looks like Spring mix to me) Then add any of the following toppings (included in price): Tomato, cucumber, carrots, broccoli, red onion, mushroom, radish, celery, bean sprouts, snow peas, cabbage, bell pepper, artichoke hearts ($1), corn, cilantro, chick peas, green peas, alfalfa sprouts, red beans, black beans, green olives, black olives, beets, jalapeno, banana peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, jicama(?), avocado ($1). You can then proceed to add fruits, cheese, nuts, croutons, and more items. Next top it off with your choice of dressings (fresh herb vinaigrette is awesome). Lastly you can add your choice of protein for extra. This is where I think things can get a little expensive. Chicken is an extra $3, seafood is $4, and vegan protein is $3 (i.e. quinoa, falafel, tofu). If you don't want to pay the extra for protein, don't forget that beans and eggs are a good source too! P.S - I still love Sweet Tomatoes! If only Austin had a location too.

I had dinner here last night. It was delicious! When you walk in, they'll ask if you have been to Salata before, and if not they will explain the process. I found out later the lady who helped with our Tutorial was a very important person in the salata organization, like a VP or something. very cool!! Directions: You can either a) get salad for $8 or a wrap for $7. The wraps looked HUGE and delicious but i had to try a salad. 1) So you can pick your lettuce, I went with romaine and baby spinach 2) pick all your toppings. Everything that is not a meat is included.. you can sample dressings, also! 3) I added pesto chicken for $2 extra. it was delicous and there were no chewy pieces of chicken (*that i ate anyway) and that to me is the mark of a good restaurant.. the quality of the ingredients and the manner in which they were served. And the chicken was cold.. yay.. who wants to eat a cold salad with hot chicken, nobody. These folks got it right 4) You can add you dressing and they toss and serve,or you can be like me and have it on the side. OOOH and you must try the Fat Free Mango dressing, it was bright. fresh and made you feel fresh while eating it SOUP Yesterday they had 3 types of soup 1) Tomato basil 2) Tortilla 3) Broc. cheddar? (I think) You can order a cup for $3 or a bowl for $4 This place kind of reminded me of Sweet Tomatoes or Souplantation (those of you that are from metro cities i.e. Dallas, Houston, or California..which is the eutopia of soup and salad restaurants) All the ingredients were fresh. There were fresh flowers everywhere.. Gigantic balloons shaped like carrots. It was delish. I'd give five stars but being a poor college kid I cant give a full 5 stars on 1) a first visit and 2) $10 for a salad.. Nursing school is a draining monster but when I can afford this I will. Side notes: I loved they had a plethora of toppings, an array of goodies to put on your salad, grapes, apples, garbanzo beans aka chickpeas, peas, red beans, olives black and green, feta, shredded cheese, blue cheese (but no blue cheese dressing), parm (to go with a Caesar salad) Only thing disappointing to me was that I missed 2 previous opportunities to try this before its grand opening. They provided lunch here at my apartment complex, and they also were offering free lunch on Tuesday from 11-2. Argggghhhhh. I could have tried this 2 days sooner! All in all, a must try!

Food- 3/5- This is the main area that brought my review down- we both ordered burgers which were over cooked and dry, my burger had hardly any sauce and was just very lack luster. The fries and onion rings were good and the dipping sauces were excellent. Maybe the cook was having an off moment? not sure!!! Drinks 3/5- The selection was amazing, craft beers and cocktails, but my drink was awful i couldn't taste any tequila and it was that sweet it gave me stomach ache. I feel like if we had said something they would have happily remade our food/drink, so thats on us for not speaking up- We will return to give it another try, because as mentioned the service was fantastic and the outdoor space was perfect for our family. I just hope it was an off night and that the food/drinks are better next time. I visited on a whim but was so impressed by the fresh ingredient choices, customer service, and customizable bowl pricing. FAST FACTS: * Parking - located in a shopping center with a large parking lot * Online ordering - available for pickup on their website * Nutrition information - available on their website * Weekly specials - check their website or social media for updates * Rewards program - join for free and earn points to redeem for free bowls PRICING - The total was $32.45 after tax ($2.47) but before tip for 2 regular poke bowls (2 scoops of protein each). I think the pricing is reasonable for the quality of ingredients and portion size. Veggie bowl: $9.99 Small (1 scoop of protein): $12.49 Regular (2 scoops of protein): $14.99 Large (3 scoops of protein): $17.49 ORDERING - Place an order online for pick up or walk up to the counter to build your own bowl. You choose a base (white rice, brown rice, salad, half and half, seaweed wrap, or hot Cheetos wrap), pick a protein (number of scoops determines the size), choose a sauce, add as many mix-ins as you want, and then add toppings. PROTEINS - Choices include classic ahi tuna, spicy tuna, salmon, shrimp, tofu, and the weekly special. All of the proteins we tried were fresh and the scoops are about 2 ounces each. SAUCES - Choices include house, spicy house, Korean chili, soy ponzu, garlic miso, sweet ginger, sesame shoyu, and citrus. Descriptions and nutrition information for each can be found on their website. MIX-INS - Choices include corn, cilantro, crab, cucumber, edamame, jalapeños, onion, pineapple, red cabbage, scallions, and seaweed salad. Avocado is an extra $1.50 but you can choose any or all of the others listed included with the price of your bowl. TOPPINGS - Choices include chili flakes, furikake, garlic crisps, ginger, onion flakes, sesame seeds, shredded nori, tempura crisps, spicy mayo, wasabi aioli, and wasabi. You can choose any or all of the toppings included with the price of your bowl. I absolutely LOVE how customizable the bowls are! A lot of poke restaurants limit the number of toppings or charge extra for a majority of the items but this was pretty much all-inclusive. I was able to make my perfect bowl for one set price and left feeling full and satisfied! I randomly stopped here for dinner after searching on the map for a healthy and quick dinner option but it's now one of my favorite places! It can be hard to find nutrition information for a lot of restaurants so I absolutely love that they have it available online. If you love poke, it doesn't get much better than Poke House! Highly recommend!

Poke House is a really good "go to" for a great poke bowl…read more First, the staff is always patient and really helpful! That is important when there are so many options to choose from. Patrons are making a ton of choices from all of the great options and, it can be time consuming. Today, I stopped by to pick up 2 bowls. Each had VERY different ingredients and sauces. The employee was patient and very accommodating. I was reading, off my phone, the options that my sister chose. Then, giving the options that I chose for the second bowl. He didn't skip a beat. Even more frustrating for him, I think, was asking for all of the sauces on the side. He didn't seem to mind. He graciously put all of the sauces in little cups. He also labeled them with a Sharpie. Nice touch! Before I move on with the review, I'd like to offer a suggestion for the side sauces. If you are taking your order to go, the sauce containers will ultimately tip over in the bag, on the way home. Although the containers are of good quality, the sauce often leaks out. Perhaps adding a quick wrap of Saran Wrap (or the like), would aid in keeping the multiple sauce containers from tipping over in the bag, on the way home. The fish has always tasted fresh! Not once have I eaten here and complained about the quality! Sometimes we don't want to go to a sushi restaurant to get good raw fish. It's also hard to trust a poke restaurant in a strip mall. Trust me on this, Poke House does the job! I've been to this location at least a dozen times. Not once, was I disappointed in the quality and service. I'm so glad that this place is so close to me! Job well done! When you get that tip option on the screen, do what you see fit. Please consider the patience and kindness of the person building your lunch or dinner.
