Overall, very pleasant experience. Unlike other visits, actually had staff at the front to take your order rather than having to deal with the kiosk, which can be a gigantic pain. My sandwich was prepared to order and was above average in taste and presentation. The turkey and cheddar sandwich was delicious.  There was a generous portion of turkey with crisp vegetables. Two rectangle pieces of cheddar that were twice as thick as I expected.  The bread was also fresh with a good chew. The brownie was cake-type and perfect.  It wasn't too chocolatey and was moist.  It was a good size as well. After eating my sandwich I couldn't finish the brownie! Finally, the cherry danish had a great pastry base with a drizzle of icing and a generous tangy cherry center. I recommend this location! read more

Panera's has really upped their game. I was surprised and delighted by the quality and presentation of my salad. it has been quite awhile since I have visited because the previous quality and quantity left a lot to be desired. My Balsamic Greens and grains salad was 5 star was wonderful. I have been back a couple more times to see if it maintained the same level and each time was stellar. Highly recommend. read more

I want to start off by saying Lauren the manager is amazing. My daughter ordered a soup and sandwich and someone threw the soup upside down on top of her sandwich and it was a complete mess by the time my daughter made it to the car and opened it. I was very upset because my grandma broke her leg and I just couldn't stop or deal with this so my daughter had to just eat a soggy sandwich. The reason I'm still giving five stars is because Lauren was going to bring a replacement to us. Just wow, above and beyond. I've made mistakes in life so I'm just going to believe this was a learning curve needed. We will be back to try a second time. read more

We schlep to Cedar Park for Panera food since the Georgetown store doesn't give you all the items you pay for and forgets ?? the chicken in your salad that you paid for and other cookies or treats are missing. Cedar Park gets it right. Bagels and breakfast treats are tasty and packaged appropriately. . There is chicken when you order it on your salad and the soup is hot. The items are bagged so they don't spill out of their container or the bag. Today's order was a southwest chicken salad and a Greek salad with chicken together with 2 French onion soups. All very tasty. Salad dressing, cutlery, croutons and cheese were included. Not sure why other stores can't perform like this store. Order takers ask again if they don't hear your order details - bravo! Food seems to be freshly made and the quantity is sufficient for larger appetites too. The customer service is pretty awful most of the time and the WiFi is borderline useful for trying to work. I waited for 5 minutes and nobody ever came to the counter so I ordered with the iPhone app and I had to use my own phone hotspot to get some work done. Also it wasn't very professional to have the workers cursing so loudly in the kitchen that it carried over into the eating area where there were some children. Well first week back after holidays and wife and I decided to order out. First of all we used door dash and not Panera's fault but they delivered two doors down. That's how this meal started. Then my wife didn't get the bread order for her soup and she got some bacon and avocado sandwich that next to anything in it. The steak and cheese sandwich I ordered while ordering I could only order 1/2 but it was $11 for a 1/2 Sandwich. Seriously and to top that off there was hardly anything on my sandwich too (see pic). So wrong door, small sandwich, expensive, and hardly any meat or cheese. I paid $11 for some bread. We used to get Panera all the time. Now it won't be on my list ever. It's a shame. I get costs for everything are higher than 3 years ago...but high cost and less on the bun only equals not going here again. read more

It has been years since my last visit to a Panera. They messed up my order again so I said I'm not coming back. So ten years later, Okay I lied. It was early and I realized I was out of eggs but needed breakfast. Quick search and other than tacos there are few places open at 7AM. After a short debate with myself, decide to try Panera Bread again. Ten minutes later I am in the parking lot which is surprisingly busy. Upon walking in, I notice they have those kiosk iPad ordering system. Started to place my order, it was easy to use. Paying was a breeze too. Then starts the confusion. Where do I get the food? I spotted a worker and asked. She said to take a seat and someone will announce my name at the kitchen window to pick up. Okay easy. Good thing I sat close to the kitchen window, I barely heard them and they just called out my order. I go to get it. No, coffee so I ask. They said everyone just gets coffee by the coffee station by themselves. Okay so I drop off my food and head to the coffee station. Found the coffee, found the sweeteners, milk, lids, teas, but no dam cups. Looking around, I spotted some behind the unmanned counter so I walked over and grabbed one. Back to the table. I cut into my Bacon Spinach Souffle. Wow, it was good. Eggs cooked bacon not as crispy as I like but it was a tasty meal. I ordered a chocolate croissant for later. Interesting. They take a regular croissant and cut it in half then slather chocolate inside and close it up. Again it did taste very good. The coffee was decent. Price wasn't too bad. The crowded parking lot was due to the back room. Many tables filled with seniors. And when you first walk in, the room to the side with booths was filled with laptop users. This location used to be good. There were waiters that would actually come to your table and serve you. They'd play classical music on the radio and it would be a nice, semi-quiet space to have a meal and catch up on work. Now, you order your food at the front and pick it up yourself. They play any random pop song at a loud volume and you just have to suffer through it. The last time that I went to Panera, I ordered "Southwest Caesar Salad with Chicken", believing that my salad would come with the titular ingredient, chicken. I could not have been more wrong. My bits of lettuce and spinach were bare aside from some low-quality cheese and an excessive amount of sauce. I went up to the little window that looked into the kitchen and requested that they put chicken in my salad. The worker's response was to toss a paper cup of sinewy chicken in my direction without a word. I don't know if all Paneras are like this now, but I don't care enough to find out. read more

Meh. Usually have found Panera breads and pastries to be fairly dry. Friday I saw an ad on the internet for their spicy chicken sandwich and I thought I'd give it a try. I must admit to being thoroughly underwhelmed. The brioche bun was fresh but fluffy and dry. The chicken was moist enough but not flavorful, even with the buffalo chicken sauce. I had hoped the pickle chips would add something special, but they're literally deep fried pickle flavored flecks. Maybe they're potato chips? Maybe they're fried pickle pennies? But they didn't taste like much of anything. Also, I ordered with it an iced coffee with half and half. (Door dash delivered in very timely fashion.) I ate at this location for the first time on 12/19/2021. This was my first time ever eating at Panera Bread. I have tried the macaroni and cheese and their broccoli and cheese soup at Walmart. Today, I ordered the macaroni and cheese, broccoli and cheese soup, and a cheese flatbread pizza. All of it was disgusting. I prefer the Panera Bread macaroni and cheese and the soup sold at Walmart. The food was not worth the money. The food lacked flavor and was just mediocre. There was nothing special about any of it. People hype this place up for no reason. Stopped by here for a quick sit down with the kiddos. Ordered the Mediterranean warm bowl with chicken, couple of flatbread pizzas (one with pepperoni) and a cinnamon crunch bagel. Walking in there wasn't anyone at the counter but to the side were a couple of kiosks to "self order" your meal. The place was pretty empty and quiet except for the workers who prepare the meals and...deliver the meals?? Well after they call out your name to pick up your food, one of the many workers standing around chit chatting will help you with your food to your table. It's just funny because it is just quiet but the workers talking loudly. Food was alright. Nothing that stands out bursting with flavor but a lot of carbs really. Definitely doesn't justify the costs that's for sure. We have eaten at Panera Bread's across the country. We have never had an issue or a problem. We love their sandwiches and their soups. Many times I will stop by just to get a loaf of their bread. We love the Asiago Cheese or the Tomato Basil. They will slice it for you thick or thin and bag it. Ordering on line is easy as well and your order will be on the shelf when you arrive. They also have a rewards program but as with many of these programs it could be way better and more rewarding. Their menu selection and their prices are good and they do offer some very tempting desserts for those who indulge in sweets. Business was a little slow and it appeared to be one car in the drive thru. When we walked in no one was up front to greet us but we noticed a guy who told us "oh I'm not on the clock" just walking around behind the register. He didn't offer to get someone who was on the clock so I walked back into the kitchen to get someone. After the initial mishap of service our food was good. I didn't expect this location to have 2 stars only. Kudos to this location for being friendly. The problem that I had recently was placing a meal order and a Arnold Palmer order with a REGULAR unsweet tea and lemonade. The cashier at the drive through tried to hand me a Large and that isn't what I ordered. He apparently didn't pay attention or didn't hear me? I told him I wanted a regular. All he had to do was to pour the large in a regular cup instead of throwing it all out. That's wasteful. Then he told me that he is giving me the regular for Free. Like he is being generous. He messed my order up so he owed me money. He said he charged me for a large and that isn't what I ordered. I went to Panera a week ago and I did not get any salad dressing for my order and no utensils so I had to travel home. I was so disappointed. The cashier and order takers don't care. They don't listen to the customers. I won't go back. The Panera in Bee Cave is the same. You are lucky if they get your order right and they are so darn slow at both locations. First time ordering at this location. Ordered online (not from app) for curbside pickup. Because I changed screens (did not close the window), could not "check in" when we got there from the website, it changed and removed the "here" button. Also, signed in as guest. Luckily received an email that had the "here" button. Clicked it but wasn't sure if it worked. Waited a few and thankfully it did work as someone headed our direction with our order. The food on the other hand.... wasn't too thrilled about. The chicken sandwich was meh. The BLT we added carrots & cucumbers. Both are finely cut which did not stay in the sandwich. They should not cut either that small for a sandwich!! However the carrots were crunchy as stated in the name. The broccoli mac & cheese was not to our liking.
