We bought a truck from Craig in sales and purchased an extended warranty from John in finance. We had an engine failure and were promised a gm reman engine only to find out that the warranty wouldn't cover a gm reman and those were false promises. Due to our financial situation we were forced to go with what the warranty company would cover. After being without a vehicle for over 2 months we finally got our truck back only to have poor workmanship create issues for us 5 months later. After having those issues documented and repaired by a mechanic closer to our home (we live an hour north). We were told that these items were not caused by them even though carfax proved no one had touched it since them. They refused to help pay for these repairs or acknowledge the issue. We were told sorry that's what you get sometimes when you buy used parts. We even reached out to the owner to have no response. All the general manager would offer after going back and forth was a trade in credit for an unknown amount if we bought a different truck off his lot.

The main reason was our salesperson, Ken Leipart, along with the dealership itself. Ken was professional, courteous, and never high-pressure. He knew the CR-V inside and out and took the time to make sure we were fully informed about every feature. His approach was genuine and patient -- a true model for how sales should be done. We also met Mousa Abuhassan, the General Sales Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Both Ken and Mousa made us feel valued and respected throughout the entire process. Having purchased many vehicles in my nearly 70 years, I can honestly say this was one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. Even if Honda of Kenosha were 300 miles away, I would have made the trip. Everyone there treated us with fairness, professionalism, and respect. This dealership should be the role model for all dealerships Dealership: 10/10 stars Salesman, Ken Leipart 10/10 stars Ed M - Chicago

My girlfriend was interested in purchasing a new car and was only interested in a Honda or Toyota (the best, most reliable cars), so we decided to go to this Honda dealership in Kenosha after our visit to the Toyota dealership down the road, doing our due diligence to price match and wheel and deal. We were greeted by Sales Consultant David Cutts upon arrival and sat down at his desk to go over some available car options in stock here. He began telling us how the owner is his good friend and how they go way back and how he works off commission when we began our conversation. We then showed him our trade in car and did a test drive in 1 car, and he continued to press on what price Toyota was offering for their Corolla we were looking at (did not answer this question and you should not either) and then we went back to his desk to talk pricing and negotiate. His trade in offer for our car was insulting, it was almost 3X less than what Toyota was offering. We were about to just leave, but he calls his manager over and magically the trade in offer was doubled. We then talk price of the car itself, and try to negotiate with David Cutts and his manager. We ultimately weren't able to work out a deal, as they couldn't even come close to the price of the car/trade in car value that Toyota of Kenosha down the road was offering us. David Cutts proceeded to tell us how we wasted an hour of his time, and we told him that it surely wasn't the first and surely will not be the last (not to mention WE ALSO had an hour of our time wasted). He then handed us the key to our vehicle and said nothing else. Due to the shadiness/sneakyness/deception/disrespect of this dealership, I HIGHLY recommend that you take your business elsewhere, preferably to the Toyota dealership down the road, where we actually bought a car that day and they won our business for being the opposite of this Honda location! You work hard for your money, why give it to people that don't respect you?

The other day the battery had completely died. Pulled the battery and it's a Ford motor craft battery with a 36 month replacement warranty. There was a purple sticker dated 7/23 on one side and then some type of Kunes shipping sticker dated July 2023 on the other side. On 5-18-2026, my wife called the service department about the warranty to have the battery replaced as it was still within the warranty. Service told her they wouldn't replace the battery. I then drove up there to speak with service about it as it didn't make sense why the battery wouldn't be replaced when it was within the 36 month warranty. I was told they wouldn't replace the battery as I didn't physically purchase the battery even though I physically purchased the truck from the dealership with that battery in it. Also spoke to a sales manager who just pushed me back off onto service. The service department would rather lose revenue servicing my vehicles and the sales department would rather lose revenue from my future vehicle purchases and me no longer recommending Kunes over something that probably cost around $100-$150 or so at dealership cost. The request to replace the battery under warranty is not unreasonable and I don't understand how you as a Ford dealership will not stand behind a Ford product.

I've bought and sold multiple vehicles from this dealer. Back in January I brought my car in for an oil change which took over an hour and a half. When I went to say something the service manager gave me my keys and said I'll take care of the bill. I thought it was a nice gesture until I drove my car at night and noticed my headlights were pointed towards the ground and I could barely see ahead of me. When I finally got around to readjusting my headlights I noticed the passenger headlamp assembly completely broken. All mounts were broken. I hand wash my car all the time in the summer so I know for a fact that was never broken. When hand washing my car in the spring I noticed hundreds of stress cracks in my paint, on my bumper, just below the passenger headlight. Toyota hit something with my car and tried to hide it. They even adjusted my driver side headlight to match the broken passenger headlight. This dealership is the only place I take my car so I know they did it. When I called the general manager and asked if there were cameras in the service area he said he would check and call me back. Of course he never called me back. It's crazy to think they would risk losing a customer over a $300 headlamp. Do not do business with this very unprofessional company. My parents also just bought a brand new RAV 4 and they added something that my parents never agreed to. They were able to get a hold of the owner and a check was cut to make it right but because of their shenanigans they lost another customer. It's business decisions like this that make car buying so miserable. Stay away from this dealership. Nothing but sc artists.

I'm noticing a difference since the recent management change. 2 hours 20 min so far and still waiting. UPDATE: 1/12/2026 Updated from 2 to 3 stars. Upon further review, this was a shared issue. I had been recently getting spam calls from collectors. I made an appointment on the Toyota app and then later got a call to confirm. I thought it was another spam call and didn't know it was Toyota service calling to confirm. So I blocked the number (now it is unblocked FYI). But that action caused me to miss the text and a call that the service tech made while I was waiting. So blocking the number thinking it was a spam call was me causing part of this issue. The service department used to come up to me in the waiting room or call my name. Since that didn't happen, I think part of this was on them. So we both contributed to this. Given that, I bumped the star up from 2 to 3. Also kudos to the representative who called me to check up on this. They really do care about this issue. They are using the Kaizen method to improve and wanted to touch base to get that information. Looks like the service ticket was closed about an hour after I checked in. I waited 2.5 hours because of the blocked number and also because nobody came to get me. Water under the bridge. I went from Jeep to Toyota for the quality. So I need a good partner to keep my car alive. That means the service department. Thanks for checking up on me and I'm sorry that I caused part of it.

I'm sorry to say but it dosent surprise me you can't find me in your records. I would love to come to a resolution but I know for a fact that it will take a lot of negotiations and time to get anywhere with Raymond Chevy on car repairs. 5 years ago I dealt directly with you on my wife's Kia that died at 98,000 miles. We brought the car in still 2000 miles under the warranty and the service department said that we have to do an oil consumption test that took us over the 100,000 miles mark and I was then told that the warranty was up and you could do nothing for us. It took me involving legal counsel to get Raymond Kia to honor the warranty and replace the engine. And yes I dealt directly with you sir. I am truly sorry to leave a review like I did but my review stands. Your service department is not trustworthy and honorable in how they take care of customers. And before anything else is said, yes my wife and I have purchased several cars from Raymond. We also will take our business for new cars elsewhere. If you would like to discuss, you have my information. Organize your records, find my contact information and call me. That is how good and quality customers service is supposed to work. Your customers shouldn't have to chase you down. I do still have your contact info as well as email but the ball is your court to fix this. Not mine.
