They also inform you on an estimation of the price. They have some exceptional repairman and they have a very above average overall supervisor Marty there's two people who usually handle myself in my SUV it's a 2014 Chevy. They keep it in showroom condition and when you get in and ride with me, of course I'm a limo driver. You are totally satisfied and amazed at the performance of the Vehicle. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Raymond Chevrolet in Antioch was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Suburban Z71 on January 6, 2026. Before purchasing, I pointed out several issues, including a cracked bumper and grille, rear-end noise, deep scratches, and other concerns. I negotiated with Jerry, and the dealership agreed in writing to replace the bumper and grille, properly repair the scratches, and address the other issues. Unfortunately, that was just the beginning. The vehicle spent much of the next two plus months either at the dealership or being sent around for repairs. Communication was consistently poor, and I repeatedly had to call and text just to get updates. The first time I went to pick it up, the bumper had been patched instead of replaced, the grille was still damaged, the scratches had simply been touched up despite being promised a proper repair, and the check-engine light was on. After it went back again, the headlights were adjusted so low that I could barely see the road at night. Then I discovered new damage to the passenger side that was not there when I purchased the vehicle. I had photographs documenting the vehicle's condition immediately after purchase. After it had been in the dealership's possession, it was side swiped - there was a noticeable dent, additional scratches, poor bodywork, overspray, and other paint issues. I repeatedly asked what happened to my vehicle while it was in their possession. I still have not received a satisfactory answer. The dealership eventually attempted to repair the damage, but the bodywork was still visibly poor, including orange peel, overspray, and scratches that remained unresolved. The window tint I had paid approximately $700 for was also damaged while the vehicle was at the dealership, requiring replacement. Thankfully, Jerry reimbursed me for that. I was also repeatedly encouraged to trade the Suburban for a new vehicle rather than simply having the original problems properly resolved. At one point, I was offered approximately $39,500 for a vehicle I had paid around $43,000 for and had barely driven. During one conversation, Phil referred to the vehicle I had purchased from the dealership as a "piece of shit" and suggested I should get into a new vehicle because it was never going to be fixed like new. That was an incredibly disappointing thing to hear from management about a vehicle they had sold me. I eventually asked them to address only the remaining safety and mechanical concerns. After another visit, I picked up the vehicle and, on the way home, the check-engine light came on along with "Reduced Acceleration" and "Service Transmission" warnings. The transmission was shifting so violently I could barely get the vehicle up my driveway. I ultimately had to take it to another Chevrolet dealership, where the transmission issue was diagnosed and repaired. Throughout this entire ordeal, I had driven the Suburban less than 1,000 miles, yet I made numerous trips to Raymond Chevrolet, missed work, canceled/rescheduled plans, paid for services and accessories that were damaged, and spent months trying to get the vehicle into the condition I was promised when I purchased it. I was not experiencing buyer's remorse. I actually liked the Suburban when I bought it. I simply expected the dealership to honor the written commitments they made, properly repair the vehicle, and take responsibility for damage that occurred while it was in their possession. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and accountability from a GM-branded dealership. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Raymond Chevrolet. If you purchase a vehicle here, inspect it extremely carefully, document everything with photos, and get every promise in writing. read more

Because of my hiccup in life. I was Amazed how they were able to assist me and help me out. I am super pleased and also got my dream truck I've wanted. He really listened to me and what I was looking for and what I wanted. Didn't have the color I wanted in my truck but you have to pick and choose what's more important to you. Giving 1 star to start with. Brought my car in for service the day after I installed a new throttle body maf sensor and air filter in an attempt to correct a problem I was having with reduced engine power. I was told I needed a high pressure fuel pump throttle body sensor, timing chain AND air filter for total of over $8000 in repairs. Told them they threw up a big red flag when they said I needed a new air filter seeing as though I just installed one the night before. After talking with the service manager and asking several questions on their findings the price came down to just over 2K for the high pressure fuel pump. They informed the part cost $1200 which on imparts.com it costs $520. ???? In our conversation about the fuel pump I was told there is gas in my oil and they couldn't tell me how the gas works its way in but I needed my car repaired so I let them do the repair. Picked the car up and got half way home when the oil light came on for low oil pressure. I pulled over and checked the oil, I noticed it still had the oil filter that I installed the night before and the oil level was an inch over the fill line. Called them up and asked if they changed the oil during the repair and was told no they did not. Really? They said there was gas in the oil because of a high pressure fuel pump and didn't change the oil ??? Drove the car back for an oil change and they charged me $96 for that when it should have done during the initial repair. I'm still having issues with the car but will never bring it back to Raymond for service after this. read more

My sales associate Stuart was great! Guy was professional, talkative, and had a good attitude. His manager (Phil) not so much. I drove down from Madison to look at a truck. Stuart came up to me to figure out what l was there for. I test drove the truck and liked it. I had a trade in that had some leasing issues that sounded like Stuart couldve work around. We talked numbers and they wouldn't budge, which okay that sucks but it was fine because I was interested in it. I let Stuart know that I had financing settled through my credit union. His manager Phil came to talk to me about running my credit through them. I told him no because I didn't want my credit reran for no reason. He kept insisting and I told him to stop "breaking my balls". I guess that hurt his feelings because afterwards Phil seemed like he didn't want my business anymore and made it feel like I had to jump through hoops to get the vehicle. Phil talked down to me, was very blunt, and overall not enjoyable to be around. I even saw him being extremely rude to Stuart in the middle of the dealership. I'm sure Phil is a great worker but he shouldn't be interacting with the customers. I drove 3 hours round trip and spent 5 hours at the dealership. Purchased Camaro along with an oil change plan 2 years ago. I don't drive this car a lot of miles as is a convertible. Was supposed to have 3 oil changes prepaid with my additional cost at purchase. Here now for my 2nd change come to find out it was a 2 year deal. So because I don't have a lot of mileage I have lost out on 2 prepaid service. It apparently ended last May. I was suggested to contact some insurance company that underwrites. Didn't understand that either. I have no doubt they would have verbiage on the multitude of pages. First of all we purchased a 2013 Equinox at this dealership and it's been fine. My complaint is of the cocky salesman Paul N who has known I've been a customer since 1994. Since February of this year I've became a dual amputee and called him to let him know I'm looking for a wheelchair accessible vehicle and he didn't seem to care and never contacted me to follow up. Now I'm working with Mobility Works and they're planning for a home visit help me find the vehicle we need and asked me what other disabilities I have and they're aware of my amputations and stroke and many other health issues. I went to this dealership ONLY to test drive a car. Once i pull into the lot there are immediately 4+ men staring at me waiting for me to get out of my car. As a young woman this is very intimidating and instantly caused me to be very anxious. Once i get inside i have 4 other men asking if i need water or a drink. I know this is just "being nice", but again, as a woman this can be seen as very intimidating. I do end up testing the car and I am interested in buying in the FUTURE. I wanted to get pricing and a trade in value for my car. So i gave the guy my car keys and i totally forgot i gave them to him right up until i left the building. because he didn't bring them back until 1 hr later. They also didn't assume i was the one possibly purchasing the car and went to shake my mother's hand. Then asked if i was the lucky one, which i'm assuming they thought my mother was paying for it since i'm so young. Very insulting. The rep also seemed very nervous and, while i was driving the car i asked how to turn off a feature and he starts pushing buttons whilst i driving. Was kinda of distracting and somewhat dangerous. Im going to speed this up, but basically the price of the car was changed 4 times before i got the "final" price. They wont take cash to hold a car, but will take 2500 on card to mark the car as "sold", they wanted to come into my bank with me while i write out the check to "save money" ??? and when we are told one thing by the sales rep we get told other things by the manager. It was very confusing, frustrating, and anxiety inducing. keep in mind we only came to TEST DRIVE not to buy. They also followed me out to my car, not cool. They called me right before close asking if i was coming back i was telling them no and they hang up whilst im talking. Very rude, and then they called me again today after i told them no. This sickos are predators! Do not trust them for a second, every negative review has the same copy pasted response, but from the years these review span, nothing has happened. Once you pay and drive away, then the fangs come out. Their mechanics are either liars or incompetent, their salesmen (not saleswomen, clock that) are pushy and slimy, their porters all creepy and negligent, and their managers know how to say the right things to make you think that something good will come out of this. They are predators in both the figurative and literal sense. I have had more problems with my car than I can count on my two hands and it's only been 8 months. I have complained to them, and even though their copy-pasted response said they were looking into it, nothing happened. They then started to spam my phone and call me all hours of the day, trying to give me offers to take down the review. Telling me to come back to the same garage/mechanic that lied to my face to try and bleed more money from my pockets. If you are looking to trade a car DO NOT give them your keys. They will not give them back until you make a deal. The salesman told me I would have a 300.00 chevrolet credit. turns out it was 140. I was told It would take an hour to install running boards on a new truck. After two hours I went back to check and the truck was done, no one told me. Then it gets worse they lost my key for my new truck. the staff was yelling at each other in the service department. Tried to start with me. I didn't loose the keys. I had a second set of keys in the truck told them it was a work truck and I needed to get back to work. They agreed to let me know when they found them. They never called or found my key fob. Bait and switch - awful sales tactic to get you in the door. Using the trade estimator on their site, my trade was worth almost $11,000. Once I was ready to buy a vehicle that offer went down to $7,700. I was being shamed after that point on how I wasn't willing to come up to their price. I felt like I was being scolded by a teacher. This was a HORRIBLE experience. After buying multiple vehicles at Raymond Chevy and Kia for my family over ten years, I will not go back. Either stay on the Kia side, or avoid them all together. For what it's worth, I've had a few Kias, and never had issues with them or the Kia sales or service. Adding additional, after the response from the Raymond Chevy Rep.: No, thank you! We talked for almost a half hour, and I had enough of trying to be shamed into affording more than I can. You should be ashamed of your negotiating tactics, and the bait and switch technique that is on your website for trade ins. After 10+ years, and over 8 vehicles at Raymond, I will never go back to the Chevy side again. I only rate the quality of work as a 5 knowing that your service department is very good, and your Kia dealership is still a quality business, This review should ONLY reflect on the sales side of Raymond Chevy. I've found the identical vehicle in the meantime, with lower miles, more features, and a year newer than at your dealership. Manny was basically waiting for us in the parking lot as soon as we pulled in and immediately attended to us. My wife and I already knew what car we wanted to see so it was easy for Manny to get us the keys and check it out. As soon as I test drove it, I knew it was the one. Not only did Raymond Chevrolet have the best prices on the Traverse, but there was no BS with the price. The price we got, was the price that was advertised. There is nothing better than a dealer that treats you right and makes you feel comfortable about buying your first car. I bought a 2020 Chevy Silverado and paid in cash. The dealership applied for a loan on my behalf without my permission. They also created accounts in my name for for Sirius XM radio and OnStar without my permission, in fact I said I didnt want onstar but they gave them my info anyway. I moved away and spent hours on the phone with these companies trying (to no avail) to get them to stop sending me mail and contacting me and to delete my info. It's not possible. They also sold me the truck saying they changed the oil but I found out when I got home that they did't change the oil. They did reimburse me for an oil change. What a hassle.
