I decided to settle with a Turkey Burger and Fries because as much as the Garden Salad and the Shrimp looks delicious, the pricing was just a little bit much. But I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt since it's a small business. I was bummed out for them not selling any Smoothies (Not in the Chester Location but only in the Glen Allen as far as I know) but I wasn't disappointed with what I got. When I questioned it, the manager's response showed little concern for customer satisfaction. Poor food, poor service recovery, and a manager who could benefit from some days of customer service training.
